Loved it!! My nails look amazing!! However I didnt love theyre pedicure chair... it was comfy, yes! But it was uncomfortable having to put my feet on top of the water bucket thingy... felt like I had to balance my self to not knock it over or for my foot not to slip.... it was not a relaxing moment.

A team nail appointment was scheduled for our office. They blocked off two hours so we were the only clients there. There was about 6 staff members and 8 clients it was great. We brought refreshments to serve and played heads up at the salon. The owner Rosali was superb, she really made the experience.

DO NOT GO HERE! I called ahead and booked an appointment and when I walked in they took two people ahead of me and I waited for 20 minutes. I then had my gel manicure done and paid but when I walked out the door and looked at my nails I could see the top coat was bad and it gave a bubbling effect. I went back and they attempted to fix it but still had the same problem so I asked that they remove the polish entirely. I was there for two and a half hours and finally had to leave to catch a train and they still hadn’t finished taking my polish off so I walked out with gel remnants and scratched nails. Such a waste of time and their customer service was abysmal.

The reviews in this place have to be fake. Disappointing, sloppy and in a hurry service, not worth it. Made an appointment and had to wait 20 min, got a regular mani and pedi and the services was poorly executed, there was no attention to detail and it felt rushed all the time.

I went to get my nails done on a Saturday, I couldnt make an appointment but they managed to accommodate me and they did an excellent job on the powder it was a very good good Job Rosi was amazing I’m definitely coming back

I got a dip mani in July 2021 and am writing to express concerns around the cleanliness of the place. FIrstly this was my first time getting my nails done since COVID but even if we were not in a pandemic there were multiple times that it seemed cleanliness best practices were ignored. One example was when I sat down in a chair after a girl had just gotten up and the same paper towel was being used. I asked for a new paper towel and the woman took it away but didnt put a new one down as if I was asking for something absurd only after I asked again did a new paper towel get put down.Additionally none of the staff was wearing masks and they were constantly touching their faces and their phones while doing my nails. I understand that it is not required to wear masks but if you are touching your face the least you can do is wash your hands. The entire time I was there no one from the staff washed their hands which I feel should be a standard in between clients, pandemic or no pandemic.Besides the cleanliness factor it also took forever as they were constantly rotating workers throughout the process. I guess it could be that some of their staff specialized in some aspects of treatment but it caused delays and seemed a bit chaotic.

Erika is the best! Shes no longer there, but this review had to go up! Such a people person and always goes above and beyond making sure my nails look superb. Even after a month my nails are still intact.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming she shaped my nails so nice, rlly took her time and im in love with the outcome. very affordable im a client for life now!

This is the second time I’ve come here, made an appointment only to wait 20-40 min before getting started. The service is soo slow with basically zero communication. Didn’t seem to be short staffed either just unorganized and didn’t seem to care at all about anyone’s time. The second time I was here, waiting 40 min to even get started, the woman next to me said 3x when they had to leave and eventually mid appointment had to get up and leave after waiting so long. I also had an appointment for a mani pedi, the pedi which they totally disregarded when I came in and after it took so long unfortunately I wasn’t going to remind them. So clearly they didn’t cate about that business. I hate heaving bad reviews but this place really is so slow and doesn’t care at all.

I’ve been a customer of Gotham Nails for a long time and they have always done a great job. The staff is friendly and professional. All I have to say is good things about them and I don’t have any complaints. They have a whole lot of variety within their colors and you will always be satisfied with your decision. I need to share about my experience here. I went to get acrylic nails, I showed them a picture of the design I wanted and I asked them if they could do it and they said yes. They messed up the flower, saw it and didn’t fix it. Not only that the paint was starting to chip so I went back and they fixed it. Then a two days later my nail came off. Please don’t go here

This place is nice enough but i will not be going back. I made an appointment and showed up on time. When i got there, instead of telling me the tech was delayed, which is fine since it happens, i was just sitting around with no one saying anything to me for forty minutes. Then, because she was in a rush, my entire service was rushed. My nails were not the shape i asked for, the gel was put on improperly and my skin was glued to my nail (which was really painful), there was glue left under my nails and my nail polish was messed up and i was told it was my fault it got messed up when in reality it got damaged because she was moving the UV light so carelessly she banged it into my nails. All that and i still had to pay full price. I’m never going back.

Their listing says they do acrylic nails. I came all the way here, took me 30 mins, for them to then say we only do dipped as I see the acrylic powder thats used on nails sitting on the wall. Funniest thing was reading a review about them doing acrylic nails messed up... guess that means it was a lie when I was told they dont do acrylic.

Today was my second time coming to the salon. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The salon is clean and welcoming! I will definitely be making this my regular salon. I had gotten my Gel manicure first time and I love it

Came in here for the first time and immediately felt like home :)) The staff is amazing, and I LOVED my pedicure! I went for the forest green color, will be rocking it tomorrow on a yacht :)) Highly recommended! Come in and the service will make you want to come back.

Had a great experience here! They are nice, it’s clean and I was impressed how they were spraying everything down heavily. Hand sanitizer everywhere too! Tina was so meticulous and my nails look wonderful!

This is the best nail salon in town. I have been coming here for years and the service never dissapoints. The owner also upgrades the business and now is doing facials which I am excited for. The staff are very friendly, they take their time and accommodate your need.

Horrible service, they take more people then they can handle, stuff is very rude and unprofessional. I was soaking my nails for 30-40 mins because everybody was busy meanwhile they kept taking more clients. When I asked to pay, the lady literally throw my credit card on me. Very poor quality and unprofessional.

She specially let you know she had to let the other ladies (workers) leave, due to an emergency they had. Super professional staff, I absolutely loved how my mani and pedi came out. Technician took very good care of my feet and hands and my manicure lasted over 1.5 weeks, which is usually unheard of for me. Definitely going back!

I wanted to like this place as I live only a few blocks away unfortunately I have never had a worse experience at a nail salon not only once but twice.The first time it took me over TWO hours to have gel polished removed and a new color done. It was not even busy they were just preoccupied eating and filling nail polish remover while I sat their waiting.The second time I came at 6:30pm and they close at 8 and walk in and was told they wouldn’t have time to do gel polish tonight because she sent the other girls home and it was just her and she had two people to do. You close at 8 why would you send people home an hour and 1/2 early so that you have to turn down customers?!Just all around extremely unprofessional and huge lack of customer service.

They did a great job and really helped me out when I found myself in a last minute bind.

Decided to try this place as it’s much closer to my apartment than my usual nail salon. Came in for a pedicure they took me right away and I was in and out of the chair in less than 10 minutes. NOT a good thing. Barely a massage or scrub, the pedicure is extremely messy with spots missing and my cuticle and skin near cuticle covered in polish. She also forgot a base coat until I said something which would have turned my nails yellow. Stay away!

First time coming to the salon. Very average pedicure. Blanca was yanking on my cuticles like I was her very first client right out of school. Definitely not impressed. Never experienced anything like it before.

This place is overall great, waiting time is minimal to none, staff is friendly and welcoming. For Gel manicures ask for Blanca! Shes is amazing, very good work! I can go a month or longer without getting another manicure if I really wanted to, but the growth makes me do them every 2-3 weeks.

I have been here twice already and couldnt be happier! Teresa does a great job with a gel manicure! I used to go to Nail Story but they always over charge and my gel polish doesnt last as long as it should. Very happy with my switch!!!

Good prices but the tech was really rough with her tools on my feet. She scratched my ankles while exfoliating my heels and cut back too much on my big toes’ cuticles making them red and sore. My spa pedicure was not very relaxing.

Ajjj this place could be nice... BUT I have had my nails done there 2-3 times as it was just around the corner from my old place and was not a good experience the last two times. The woman who was doing my nails barely spoke English and she cut my toe once and the last time she cut my nail too short or something as my toe got sore for a few days. Never again.

Sitting here now writing this review. Yikes, file job on my toes is less than stellar. Staff was laughing and fooling around the whole time. Maybe use that time to train the staff on filing and cuticle cuts better.

Incredibly disappointed in the service:1. The tech buffed my nails so unbelievably thin that touchingq just about anything is painful. I’ve NEVER experienced a tech take layers and layers off of natural nails before. I asked her to tone down the filing and she still didn’t listen. She seemed annoyed that I spoke up. I should have left I realized what was happening. My nails are essentially ruined until they grow out.2. I didn’t see the tech open clean tools so I have my doubts as to their cleanliness.3. The salon does not have a color wheel of polished nails so you’re flying relatively blind when picking out gel colors4. The tech was texting and listening to voicemails the whole time I was getting a manicure!5. The actual manicure is subpar at best. The polish is thin and she didn’t cover the entire nail bed.6. The salon offers a $5 discount if you write them a review - don’t trust everything you’re reading!I’m not overally picky when it comes to my nails and I’ve never written a negative review before so that should tell you how bad it was! Avoid avoid avoid!

I went to make myself a God powder Manicure and I greet many salons in the city I paid double and it was too thick this time I paid much less and I am happy the super nice girls a salon for 19 years and it seems that it is a new salon because of how clean it is keep n super recommended
