I’m sad to report that this salon gave me the worst powder dip manicure of my life. It was sloppily done and they sent me home polish/powder under my nails and all over my cuticles. The clear coat started chipping within 5 days. Most of the time, powder dip manicures last me at least 2 weeks without chipping. This location was too busy for me to think they would care about my complaints. The two stars are for it being a clean, pleasant salon and for them accommodating me at short notice. I would normally not post (because maybe it’s a bad day for the technician or something), but this was such a waste of money that I feel I should warn others.

This place does not know to do acrylic nails! Do not waste your money . I got acrylic gel and three days later the gel started peeling and 2 nails come off!! Horrible and expensive for no reason

I was looking for a new nail spot, and this place came up in my searches. I asked for a dip powder manicure in the color pink, and at first the technician started doing a French mani on me—which is not what I asked for. The technician then applied my dip powder unevenly, messed up my cuticles, and did not even attempt to make the dip powder look clean or even. When I complained they acted like there was nothing wrong with my nails. I’ve been getting dip for 2 years consecutively and I know good dip from bad dip. This was certainly a bad job and I will not be going back.

Third time here and first time ever leaving a manicure bleeding. First two times (mani+pedi) were great. Got a new technician and well, never coming back. Had to ask for a band aid upon exiting.Gave it 3 * because the previous technician was great. Manicure only this time and very disappointed.

Best nail place in Hoboken. Great prices, very nice service, always friendly and I rarely find a wait line. Highly recommended.

I got a gel manicure and GOT RIPPED OFF!! please do not go here, i paid $55 for gel and extensions, and supposed to be designs, think wow that’s a great price!! then i get the color, glue on my nails everything done, and expected me to pay $70 for designs after i asked her how much for that design. two days later two of my nails fell off, one nail looks bloody. my friend who came with me also has a nail fallen of only two days after too. please for your sake and your nails. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

I’ve got my wedding nail done here, and it was great! The UV gel set was perfect to my satisfaction. They helped my special day to be extra SPECIAL!Oh also, I wouldn’t forget to mention the cute polar bears for Christmas. They are super adorable :)

I did my pedicure with Deborah the other day, not only her service was excellent but she is a very patient and professional young lady! Definitely going back there again and making an appointment with her. Totally recommend her services! Thank you so much Deborah

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE! A SCAM! I usually get a full set here and its about $75 its usually just about average at best and theyre always not the nicest... i decided to give them a chance and there was no appointmnets anywhere else (covid). This time Im getting them done and at the end they charge me $120 she didnt tell me they were going to make me pay $120 or I wouldve went somewhere else what a scam! very slick people... funny part is I had to pay cash and didnt get a reciept... fishy

$25 Mani/pedi weekdays before 5pm, thats a great price. The pedicure is fine, the manicure was not a good. You get what you pay for I guess. I recommend it though, especially if your on a budget.

I went last week and got a gel manicure had to go back 2 days later bc 2 nails peeled off. Now not even a whole 2 weeks I have 4 nails chipping and peeling. Not worth the price and they charge 5.00 to take off previous polish without telling you ahead of time

They are great and efficient. I never wait. Sometimes i do get someone who is too roygh but most of the time not. They have refused to do nail art almost every time i ask .

Would not recommend- I got the Dip Powder here on Saturday 8/31. Within 5 days, I had 4 nails fall completely off. I went back on Friday 9/6, had the 4 Nails fixed. Sitting here on 9/10, 4 days after with 2 nails popped off. I have been getting dip powder for the last 9 months at other locations and will never go back to this one. Sad because the salon is nice but what a poor job. and for $15 more than i usually spend..

I’ve gone to Bloom Spa many times but stopped going after immediately getting chipped nails days later. I thought I would give Bloom Spa one more chance this past saturday 12/22 and.......3 days later.....chipped nail!! Oh and these are gel nail polish! This should not happen! Plus they charge so much money! I am so disappointed that this continues to happen when going to Bloom Spa. I will continue to keep going to my new spot where my gel manicure lasts about 3 weeks and more plus.....it’s only $25 for gel manicure!!!UPDATE!! After going back so they can fix my 2 chipped nails (gel manicure).... 3 days later yet again.....chipped! Officially not coming back! Not worth the money.

Walked in here to get a pedicure since I just moved to the neighborhood. They have member and non member prices. Got a membership and they still charged me nonmember prices, fine Ill deal. Also they didnt have sandals sized 8 or larger (I didnt bring a pair because I just moved and it was a little chilly out when I left home) which was annoying but I dealt with having just one coat on my toes and waited for my nails to dry. You cant add tips to the bill but they have an atm conveniently placed inside that charged me $3 to take money out to pay for the tips! The girl that did my nails did an ok job except for the fact that if I pay $50 dollars for a pedicure the least she should have done was FILE MY NAILS! Never ever ever again! Miss Astoria and its amazing nail places already.

I received a gel manicure and am very disappointed with my service. My nails chipped the next day and have begun to discolor only 2 days after. I will not be coming back here.
