This is the first nail salon Ive been to in the area that I would go back to without hesitation. Ive found it hard to find a place that matches the quality and value of my two go to salons back home in Pennsylvania. I got a Green Tea Pedicure for the 4th of July and Ashley (not 100% confident thats here correct name) did and amazing job! The salon was clean and calm, making it easy to relax.

When I went here for my gel nails to be done they were not done the way or style I wanted. They were sloppy and parts of the nail weren’t even painted. I went back so they could try and fix it but that did not help. I later asked for a refund but when I went back the man was obviously not trying to have me there. When i was getting the acrylic removed I noticed that they use mma. Plus they didn’t get all of the acrylic off. My hands look worse than they did before I came.

This is such a great place. You dont always expect great service from a nail salon, but thats not the case here. They treat you like youre family. Such kindness and attentiveness.

Absolutely love this place! My new favorite nail salon! Everyone is so sweet. They really took such great care of me, did a great job and were lovely to chat with. Will definitely be returning and definitely recommend. Got SNS nails in color 105 and got a pedi as well! 💅🏾💗

I got an acrylic fill with gel polish and they look so bad. they are bumpy and thick and definitely not satisfied. going somewhere else to fix them next week.

I got my nails done with Anh and she did such an amazing job! She is so sweet and really wants you to love your nails. She does amazing designs too! Will definitely come back!

The first time I went, nails and pedicure were great, staff very friendly, place was clean, I was happy. So I decided, Ill go back with my husband for pedicures and my nails. The lady pinched my husbands toenail so hard, it drew blood! He was in discomfort for 3 days! And his toe swelled. I called back to let them know, they apologized but didnt offer any compensation. Ive spent well over $175 in a total of 3 visits and tipped well each time! And all I get is an apology. My natural nail beds are in the worst condition ever after having the gel nails removed! Very disappointed, never going back . Ill stick with my regular place in Durham

My experience the day of was nice, however less than 5 hours after I had gotten a fill in, one of my nails broke clear in half. A few days later I noticed my polish was chipping off of one nail and another nail had broken in half. If I’m going to drop $30 on a fill in, I expect it to last longer than a few days. Extremely disappointed with the quality after initially getting my nails done.

My mom took us tonight and they were so friendly and accommodating. They offered to stay open later to fit us in and didnt rush us and made us feel welcome. Our nails are gorgeous! I will 100% be coming back and Ive never been one for getting my nails done.

I came with my blind father for mani pedis. I had a normal mani pedi, but realized afterwards that they didnt give my father a full pedicure. They completely skipped the massage, hot towel, and the parts of the service that make it pleasant. And they didnt tell him when they were finished, they just left him there. I was so upset to realize he didnt get the relaxing experience it was supposed to be. We didnt pay to clip his nails and soak his feet, we paid for a pedicure and thats what he should have received.

Green tea pedicure experience was divine and results are amazing!

I took my Mom there today for a pedicure. Mom has dementia and the last time I took her for a pedi (elsewhere), she got upset when they did the cuticles and dug under water toenails. So today, I quietly told the nail tech to be very gentle and whispered that Mom has dementia. She was really great with her! Mom even asked for a manicure, which was provided in the same massage chair. I also went here last weekend and had my own pedicure. Great job and very friendly staff.

This was the hands down worst manicure I have ever had, I left and felt like I needed to go somewhere else to fix my nails. I will never go back!

I just got SNS done two days ago and it is already chipping off! I am very disappointed and not sure why it’s happening as I have never had this happen at the previous place I went. I’m thinking they did not do enough layers possibly. It’s frustrating because I don’t have time to go back a second time within the same week!

When it come down to getting any waxing done I wouldn’t recommend going here.

My only issue is that this salon charges you to remove gel polish with reapplication (and they dont tell you unless you ask). It should be done as a courtesy if Im getting gel polish with my next service.I just wont get gel anymore unless this changes. Other than that, theyre fine.

Deanna is wonderful. Stopped by for a pedicure prior to vacation. She did a wonderful job and arched my eyebrows perfectly for my face. I highly recommend asking for her.

I love this salon! I have been coming here for years. They cater to your every need. I get everything done here.. my gel polish, dip powder, lash extensions, and my pedicure. I will always give them my business.

Pedicures are always wonderful here and I just got my first manicure in years (I bite my nails). Very knowledgeable and helped me figure out the natural nail look I was going for.

Fabulous experience every time. I just went for the first time since the Covid shut down and they do a great job cleaning and sanitizing between customers.

Pedicure was very good. Young lady took her time and had a lot of patience with me. Definitely will be going back. Friendly atmosphere. My girlfriend also gets her lashes done here.

I have had my nails done here for many years. Their customer service is 5-star. And Peter does everything possible to accommodate busy schedules and walk-ins. Just couldn’t imagine going any place else. Thank you, Nail Tek!!

Not a great place to go. I have gone here twice now and left dissatisfied both times. I paid for a deluxe pedicure and it wasnt so deluxe. The lady put the scrubbing salt on my legs and next rubbed my legs down good. Also she didnt even massage my feet like every other place I have gone to. Total waste of money going here.

I loved to make my acrylic nails with the Dom🧑🏻. He very fast, did not hurt me.He did a great job.And when it came to paying it was not expensive as you imagined. Only $ 30.00. I will not stop coming back.

Nice place! I took my girlfriend here to get gel nail polish and her eyebrows waxed. Shes usually picky about places she chooses to go so if she approves then I approve. Prices are affordable, given my limited knowledge of nail salons, and Id bring her back again. Thank you!

The worst manicure ever. After getting shuffled between two employees, it became clear the young girl starting my manicure knew nothing about SNS powder dip or has never been professionally trained. The second lady then rushed through the rest of my $40 manicure to get me out the door. The gel coat has bubbles and is peeling 1 hour later. Apparently, everyone who have great ratings must have made specific reservations with Peter, the man in charge.

I decided to try Nail Tek as the reviews were positive. I can 100% assure you this was the worst fill I ever had. My nails started peeling after 3 days. I went last Saturday, June 29, 2019. I also had my polish on my toenails changed and the job they did was terrible.I spent $68.00 for my nails and toes to last 3 days .Extremely dissatisfied .

My nails look ok he did a ok my toenail Polish could be better and I most definitely will not be getting my eyebrows or toes done again but I will return to get my nails done maybe

Peter and Don have done my nails and they do nails better than anywhere else Ive gone. Ive tried some newer shops when theyve opened around town. They may be fancier with more atmosphere, but their skills dont compare with Don and Peter. Nail Teks prices are also better.

They are fast, prices are great and staff is super friendly. They do a great job!!

Peter (the manager) was great and very accomidating when my mother and I did a walk in and they were understaffed. He was very talkative and kind and did the perfect shape on my nails.
