The Postal Annex has ruined me for all other shipment centers! How could they in good conscience do that!? You should see them with their friendly staff, their quick service, all their little tricks for making shipping things easier. Ill never be happy going anywhere else again!

When I have a full day of running errands for my business I look foreword to going to Postal Annex. The staff always brightens my day! They are beyond helpful by keeping addresses of people who I ship to often, email my receipt and tracking info, and always give me the best options to make sure my products get there safely. Store changed covid policies in the middle of my 6 month contract. Refuses to refund the rest of my contract despite my disagreements with changes and switching to a store willing to accommodate me. Owner also stated that he wouldnt care if a person with a medical condition dies on their floor as long as they comply with store policy.

I like shipping things about as much as i like taxes and dental surgery. Postal Annex really makes the shipping experience tolerable and provides great customer service. They also dont overcharge for things like helping you package things or like $10 for a cardboard box like ups and fedex stores do. plus you have the option of different shipping carriers

Everyone here is so helpful. They are always so busy but also so kind and willing to assist with even the most ridiculous request. I have never had a bad experience here.

Service here is awesome. I recently came here to ship a package by FedEx. FedEx didnt deliver it on time and PostalAnnex refunded me my shipping cost even though they had nothing to do with the shipping issues I had. I have used PostalAnnex before and have always had great, friendly, quick service.

I mail through Postal Annex monthly and always get great service and a smile.

Karl is great! Ive sent bulk USPS mail through him, packages for FedEx and UPS...ALWAYS good. What I like most is that I get an emailed tracking number for shipped items instead of having to keep track of the receipt, which never quite works for me.

Do not come here to get passport photos done. Unless you want blurry and incorrectly sized photos that the government will not accept. Waste of money. Photos taken by a shaky handheld camera taken against a white wall as a backdrop.
