Rent Seaside Villas #355 through this company. The beach is awesome! This is a recent sunrise, which I walked to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Theres a great pool, the condo complex is on the ocean. The villa is well equipped & decorated. Pretty awesome ocean view ( we can see dolphin swim). Two big TVs too 🙂

Only giving it a 4/5 because it was a quick and efficient check-in. 3/5 on the worker who checked us in. He gave us 0 information on the area, no info on checkout procedure or dropping off our keys. However the receptionist next to him was incredibly friendly to the family he was checking in so service based on who you get.

Some of the best customer support Ive ever experienced. We had a slight error in our reservation due to date changes caused by COVID and the staff was responsive, helpful and provided full customer satisfaction. We will be booking with them again in the future. When a company can put their customers first, even during a pandemic, well gladly return time and time again!!! We love this place! Beautiful views from all directions, the ocean right out your back door, and the grounds and new pool are just beautiful. We love the family atmosphere and the way it just feels like home when youre there. You can absolutely tell this is a family-run business as they treat you just like family. Quick walk to shops and restaurants, amazing bike paths everywhere, peaceful quiet days on the beach, and cozy beds at the end of a fun day. Our unit was decorated like a cute cottage with granite countertops, and a great dining table for breakfasts and dinners there. Our kids also loved eating breakfast at the little table on the back porch and watching the birds. Vacation time= relaxation!! Thank you!!

We stayed in ocean dunes villa 111.. we checked out this morning 2 days early because the issues never stopped. EVERY bed had dirt in them, the floors were sticky, the kitchen faucet wasn’t attached, the spoons were rusty and had shards of metal. So we called and spoke to Stephanie who at the time we thought was helpful. 2 days later, we wake up to several cockroaches. We called Stephanie again, and she did not care. She wasn’t worried her property is dirty and infested with roaches. I recommend you save your money and go elsewhere.

I have traveled a lot over the years, and these guys have it down perfectly. From Christine in the office, to the whole staff, nothing but 5 stars. The condo we rented was in perfect shape, spotless and everything the pictures showed. I will 100% use them again and they actually made Hilton Head my spring vacation for next year!

I’m excited to be vacationing again soon with Vacation Time of Hilton Head. They have always been an incredible organization to work with in the past… Through the past 4 years they have helped me personally, as well as a group of individuals that I bring on retreat from our Church each year.We have always had a fantastic stay and the accommodations have always been perfect for the price! With easy access to the beach, comfortable living spaces, great views, as well as an incredible local to everywhere you’d like to be on the island, they do it right. Weve had the privilege of staying at Ocean Dunes for the past nine years. Like many visitors we started back then with two weeks, we now stay for a month and wish it were more. We love being here. Weve met and made many friends over the years, who always make our stay more enjoyable. Everything seems to be just out the door or around the corner, we look out the window at the ocean, if we desire we walk on the beach, is this paradise or what?

We stayed at ocean dunes across the street and previously stayed at sea side villas. Vacation time Hilton Head are very helpful, professional and have been very good to rent from. No surprises, good inventory too.We will be back!

Friendly and helpful. I recently visited Hilton Head with my husband, and we had planned on staying with family in Bluffton. Once we got in town, we realized we wanted to be much closer to the beach. Vacation Time was able to get us a nice weekly rental on the beach with ocean views on the same day we called for a price cheaper than all the local hotels & resorts (it was off season).We didnt like the first place we reserved, so we went back and asked if they had anything different. They were very nice about it and gave us keys to multiple units to the condos across the street, so we could take a look at a few and find one we liked. We found one we liked and had a great trip with no issues. It was much nicer having a small condo with a kitchen, rather than staying at a resort and eating out the whole week.

What a pleasure to work with Vacation Time! We had specific bedroom requests and they found a great place to accommodate all our needs. You cant beat how close you are to the beach and our kids love the fountains at Coligny, which is just a quick walk or bike ride away!

Excellent location

Our family had a wonderful time at this timeshare. Our family use to own a timeshare there when I was a kid and it is still the best vacation we have took in a long time. I would definitely recommend it to everyone one. This is a place we will be traveling back to.

We booked our vacation July 2014 with Vacation Time, for the Ocean Club Villas of Hilton Head. We received a confirmation for Villa 22, which was the one we viewed on-line. When we arrived we were given keys to another villa, which was not nearly as nice. It did not have the bed accommodations that Villa 22 had. Our assigned villa also smelled like smoke, had stained carpet and was very out-dated. When we went back to the office to let them know of the mistake we were told to take it or leave it. Being that we were 7 hours from home in the busiest time of the year, we had no other choice because vacancies on the island were minimal.When we asked what had happened, they replied that the Villa 22, in which we had conformation papers for, had maintenance issues. We later found out that day, that was a lie. There were folks staying in that condo and it was in operable shape.I know that sometimes mistakes happen, but the fact that they treated us as if we had made the mistake, did nothing to correct it, and did not apologize for the mishap, set an uneasy tone for the start of our vacation.I would not recommend using this company for rentals. Rent directly from the owner if you want to stay in this particular complex, or you may end up sleeping in a twin bed, dog pee stained, cigarette smoke smelling condo like we did.

We stayed here last April! There was a little construction going on but it didnt even phase us! The pool was clean and quiet, the beach was great and so close to the room, our condo was beautifully renovated and cozy and the complex is just a quick bike ride from fun restaurants and shopping! We were totally pleased with our stay and our service AND the price!!

We will be returning!!!

For our most recent stay, we rented a condo at Seaside Villas through Vacation Time. The condo was abolutely perfect and the business end of things was super easy using Vacation Time. Their office was very close to our condo (1/4 mile down the street) and they made the whole process painless. Would definitely rent through them again, and hope to rent the very same condo next year.

Filthy, disgusting and run-down accommodations. The office staff were so nice before we arrived and we were excited to spend over $2,600 for a week rental assuming that the condo would be decent. When we arrived (Beach Villas) there was pink slime all over the door threshold and welcome mat. The front door was covered in mold. Inside, the condo just looked trashed. Scuff marks and dirty smudges all over the walls, the wall around every light switch was surrounded by grime, there was random bits of trash on the floor, an old slice of lime was still in the sink, the microwave was covered in built-up grease and food debris, the dishwasher was the same, the AC vents had huge caked on layers of dust, one of the lampshades in a bedroom was held together by gobs of packing tape, there was an open and exposed electrical box in one of the closets that also had built up mold inside the closet..........I could go on and on. I took dozens and dozens of pictures, just amazed that anyone would have the nerve and/or lack of conscience to rent this place. This was not a skipped cleaning or two. This took many months or more to build up such deep layers of filth. We bought bleach and lysol and spent the first few hours of our vacation scrubbing the place down enough that we would feel comfortable having our children in there. They gave us $250 off, but that is not nearly enough considering this place should rent for $1200/week MAX and IF it were clean! They really could care less since they already had our money.Also, there was heavy construction going on right next door (which they never mentioned when we booked the place), so we got the sound of heavy diesel equipment (beep, beep, beep) all day from 8am on.Stay away from Vacation Time. There are so many tourists coming to Hilton Head they know they will always have customers so they dont care if you ever come back.

Rented a condo through VRBO, and I couldnt be more pleased. It was super easy to get in and out, next to no paperwork, significantly more affordable than the area hotels, and it was right on the beach!Loved it

The time here is always so sweet for our family! Its right on the beach, has cozy accomodations (including full kitchen) and relaxing balcony porches, nice new pool and an amazing location for access to Coligny Plaza and our favorite bike paths. Weve had a great experience with the staff and are thankful for the reasonable rates too! (They even kindly discounted them during the nearby construction the past year or so.) We have stayed here several times over the years and look forward to being back soon!

Worst stay in our 30+ years of going to Ocean Dune Villas. We were not advised of construction at time of booking/confirmation by Vacation Time of Hilton Head. After complaining twice we were advised we would receive 40% off units. It took two weeks and four calls to get checks. Did not get return calls. On my last call Terri answered was extremely disrespectful and laughed at me on more than one occasion. We rented two units (101 and 104) each are two bedroom units. Could not use the balconies due to heavy equipment, construction workers and dust. Reported several items with unit 104 (bedroom door loose from frame, closet door stuck very hard to open, shower in small bath painful due to water pressure), wifi not working in either unit. After numerous years of going here this will definitely be our last. Very poor management and customer service.

What an awesome place for vacation! Fully equiped, clean and a fantastic view! Our family and friends were so pleased with our stay. We will definately be returning again. The utmost professional friendly customer service from making the reservation, to check in and check out. Thank you Vacation Time of Hilton Head for making our 2014 vacation a relaxed and comfortable one. Oh did I say, our pets loved it too!

Fantastic stay! We have been visiting Hilton Head every year for the last 15 years and enjoy it more every time!

We stayed in Seaside Villas, unit 360. A bathroom light bulb was burnt out. Bathtub was old and stained. The stopper did not function in the tub, so baths were not an option. Entire place needed to be painted. Very small. No place to keep suitcases except on top of bunk beds. Bedroom was very hot. Motel type air conditioner in living area did not adequately cool bedroom even when bedroom door left open. We found a portable fan in the closet, but blade hit side of fan grill, so we were afraid to use it. Curtians on sliding door did not provide privacy. 2 TVs complicated to use and unable to make both TVs function at same time. Public areas of this complex look worn and run down.On a positive note: nice view and convenient to beach. Would NOT recommend this unit.

We have been visiting Hilton Head for 30 years and always rent a condo through Vacation Time of Hilton Head. The check-in staff, housekeeping, and maintenance always take care of our needs. I wouldnt consider renting a condo through any other company!

Week of 6/26 - 7/2/16Had a bad experience AGAIN with Ocean Dunes, we have been going to Hilton Head for years and love the island. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Ocean Dunes, using Vacation Time of Hilton Head. Last year we had to move 3 different times, finally settling in a condo, that did not have mold, mildew or was dated and smelled bad. This year did not fair any better. We were told to call when we were about 2 hours out of Hilton Head, which we did. Knowing that we are on the way you would think they would ask the cleaning service to do that condo as soon as possible. When we get there it is not ready, they asked for our phone #s and they will call when it was, we rode around for 2 hours and no call. We went to office, asked if they can find out how much longer before ready, they acted like it was a big deal. Another hour and still nothing, we went back to office and sat and waiting, with the staff completely ignoring us. Finally, condo #170 is ready, at this point we are exhausted and upset, we get to the condo, open the door to balcony and see nothing but a pile of construction debris and garbage. We have been dealing with Stephanie and asked to speak with her, told her we were very upset with room, she moved us to 115 which was not available at time of booking, which gave a view of pool and not the ocean which is what we paid for. They did not offer any compensation. The next day, we discover toaster does not work, no can opener, no lids for the pots, no cookie sheets, plug in bathroom won’t hold plug. They fixed the plug, brought over a hand held can opener, a toaster that had been repaired and you had to manually pop up the toast. Maintenance man made comment of stealing to us! They advertise these condos as completely furnished and ocean view, this was neither. You would think someone would double check these condos to make sure they are in order. We met with the GM Gary Fons and voiced our concerns, he apologized and offered 15% off our NEXT VISIT. That’s not happening. We asked to receive a review email, so we could explain how disappointed we were, instead we had to speak with a family member named “Terry”, who is in charge of the online reviews and she decided what reviews make it on Vacation Time Rentals website. She was rude, disrespectful and did not care, she did not have time to reach to someone who sends the emails, we ended up hanging up on her. They do not care if you are satisfied or not. If they don’t rent it to you, there is always the next person. Many, more issues not listed. WOW!We were given Terrys phone # by the office and were told to call her. Terry did not mention anyone died and no mention of funeral arrangements to us and we asked if she was too busy who else we can talk to and based on previous comments we were not the only ones she was rude with, and they told us to call when we are on the way, 15% was given it was called a last minute deal and nothing to do with the construction and based on previous comments, construction was not mentioned to customers before. We are done with this as we mentioned this to the GM Gary Fons and we will take our hard earned vacation money elsewhere! If check in time is at 4pm why were we told to call when we were an hour out they said we could check in early, they set the expectation. We know the truth and so do they. Now they have something else to talk about in the office. Like we said we wont be back.
