We’ve stayed with family for the last 5 years. They’ve been going for years! We always have an amazing time and get a lot of relaxation. The villas are nice and spacious.

The location of this property on Hilton Head Island just cant be beat. Just steps from the South Beach Marina with its shops and restaurants, and also just about a hundred yards from the beach. We are staying in a studio unit with a Murphy bed and it is all we need for a fun week. I would return to this property again in a heartbeat.

Very nice location for the price. Right along the beach. My main issue is that it is do dark it is hard to see people at night. I know it is for the turtles but some light lighting or at least road reflectors would be nice.Salty dog ice cream is nearby but aside from putting on a mask at the register most people are not being cautious at all.

We loved our short stay at Bluff Villas. Lovely view,beautifully decorated unit. Quiet,peaceful location.

Sat the southern tip end of Sea Pines. Rental was fine. After staying two earlier weeks at Marriott resorts in Hilton Head the quality difference was dramatic but fine for the price difference. We could walk down to inlet/beach behind our place where we were entertained by porpoises unique fishing style at the foot of our beach chairs. Low key portion of Hilton Head.

Place was filthy and furniture dirty and worn. Beautiful view of golf course was the only saving grace. Construction noise from unit below getting a renovationFrom 9 am until 4 pm everyday during the week we stayed.

Been to HHI 3 times had a house twice and villa this time this place is amazing and always worth the drive one of my favorite places to vacation

Peaceful quiet comfortable great views walking distance to Salty Dog nice neighbors. All great. Huge comfortable bed. Nice decor

The location is nice and views can be good depending on unit. Right across the road is sound water access and a short 2-5 minute walk to salty dog and the plantation pool.Things I dont like is the climb to get up to 3rd floor units, rather utilitarian common areas, no common amenities like grills, pools, or even wash stations. The lack of common amenities is probably the biggest downside of the whole complex. It would cost nothing for the owners given the amount of units to add a couple grills and wash stations.

Nice quiet neighborhood right across the sound. Lots of rental condos available through various websites. We have stayed at 2-3 different condos here and all are airy, spacious condos. The sound is right across the street from these condos. It is about 15 mins (at the very end of sea pines) from the nearest grocery store so plan your groceries ahead of time prior to heading here

Love it. Right next the Salty Dog restaurant and bar.

Very nice apartments/condos that we stayed in at Bluff Villas. The space was open, clean and modern. We really enjoyed out time here. We will definitely be back next time we are in HHI

We stayed in 1736 Bluff Villas in August of 2014, and the unit needed some serious attention. Be wary of the positive reviews on the VRBO listing as they virtually all of them do not appear genuine if you check the profiles of those leaving the reviews. I can tell you that the response to my review on VRBO was met with a blatant lie from the owners alleging that we attempted to extort them. This dishonesty makes it no surprise to me that all of their positive reviews happen to share reviews with two other properties managed by the same owners. The Bluff Villas complex is in an excellent location, so if you can find a decent unit, its a great place to stay.

Spatious, clean, comfortable. Very close to the private beach and the pool. Great as pairs or family retreat

Great location in Sea Pines near Salty Dog, a toddler friendly playground, across the street from beach access, tennis courts, and a large open play area good for pets or kids.

It just makes you want to slow down and enjoy life being here the slow walks on the beach just sets the mood specially for Honeymooners and people thats been together awhile brings them closer
