Look elsewhere! Ocean Escape, Hilton Head SC. Spider webs/spider bites, ceiling fan hanging by wires, trash from previous renters, shower wouldnt drain & smelled of sewage. These were the main issues. $5000.00 for this. Ridiculous. Shame on Vacasa & the owners for allowing this. A $1500.00 refund was a joke. We ended up leaving on Tues when we arrived on Sat.

Check in was 4pm, but cleaning crew did not show up. No one bothered to inform our party. When I called they said to give them a couple of hours. No follow when it was ready. I called back to find out. You could tell it was a rushed job. The kitchen was the least equipped ever. We had to buy coffee filters, coffee, salt, pepper, etc. The back sliding door made a loud screeching noise. There was a few other issues, but mainly this management company did not care and did not respond to my text and request.

The house was beautiful. The customer service is horrible. I paid over $6000 for a house in Sea Pines. When I picked up the welcome packet...there was a slip that says the pool was too green to use and that maintenance had been informed. This was on Saturday. On Sunday morning I around 10am, I called for an update. I spoke with Jane who told me that she was aware, took down my phone number, and said she would get with property management and get me an update. I NEVER heard back. I called again around 230pm and spoke with a gentleman. He said he saw that I had called previously...would mark my situation urgent, and would get the property manager to call me. I asked him what time they closed and was told 5pm. I NEVER received a call back AGAIN. I arrived at Vacasas Rental office at 415pm. They were closed...and the workers were upstairs watching customers. They either lied about when they were closing, or they closed early to avoid dealing with these issues. I called the emergency after hours number and got a voice-mail. No call back. Unprofessional. There is no excuse. I will NOT be renting thru Vacasa again. There are many better rental companies. Beach Properties Hilton Head was a great company to rent from a couple years ago. We will use them next time.

We have rented similar vacation spots in the past and thought this would be the same experience. We were disappointed with the cleanliness, instructions and preparedness of condo when we arrived at Huntington Villas in Palmetto Dunes.The pick-up of the materials went fine. When we arrived at the vacation condo we thought we were unlocking the front door but realized later in the week that the lock instructions were not correct and in fact the front door was never locked when we arrived and we were not locking the front door properly. There were no pillow cases in the upstairs bedroom, not enough trash bags, and insufficient toilet paper. The grill was not properly cleaned so we cleaned that ourselves. The smoke alarm low battery alarm went off in the middle of the night (they always do). When we called Vacasa the next day the mailbox was full. When we tried again there was no answer so we replaced the battery ourselves.In the past we have had better response from the people managing vacation properties but this was not a good experience. We left our concerns with Vacasa but never received a response or apology. It seems like they do not care. I would not recommend going through Vacasa for a vacation rental property in the future.

The location was absolutely beautiful! Access to the beach was great and the grounds were well maintained. The condo... well thats a different story. It was very dirty. In one of the bureau drawers in the bedroom, there was a used sanitary napkin left there. The other drawers were filled with hair and other unmentionables. The furniture was very old and filthy and we never sat on it. The patio screen doors were off track, screens ripped and cobwebs in the corners. The larger bedroom had pop and beer cans left underneath the bed. It was very clear that the suite was not cleaned. I love the location but I will never book with this company again.

Perfect for family getaway!This property was exactly what i was looking for and more. Any questions or issues we encountered was addressed timely and in a very pleasant manner.The location was perfect, cleanliness perfect, amenities perfect, even supplies in the kitchen, perfect.I can truly say, everyone enjoyed our time here and looking to return.

I will NEVER use Vacasa again. We have been coming to HHI for 10+ years and have family who live here.Local Vacasa “management” is horrible. J is unresponsive and lies! They claimed to come to check out an HVAC issue and NEVER stepped foot on the property. After a miserable night of 78 degree plus, they finally sent a tech out who confirmed MULTIPLE issues with the HVAC. The dishonest management does not care about their tenants, families or issues. Corporate blames local “leadership” yet takes no responsibility for issues. The organization is awful.Condo was dirty, hot and not as described. So disappointed. I’ll update and post more soon; see texts attached for now.

We stayed at 922 Cutter Court. The property was very nice. Vacasa was a horrible experience. Once they got our money they stopped answering emails. We were able to check in alright. We talked with Jane she said Call me any time you have a question. Im here 8 to 5. First lie, they never answer the phone. We could never get a key to the laundry facility. They finally brought a key that didnt fit the lock.The freezer leaked water all over the inside and on the floor. They said someone would be over. That person never showed up.I would visit another place before I would pay these people another dime.

Great family stay at 211 Turnberry in Palmetto Dunes ResortCondo was open concept with a private balcony/ patio area. Lots of glass windows floor to ceiling to key in sun and the beautiful outdoor views.Walking paths with short walk to beach. Several bikes, and kayaks available to rent.Would recommend and stay again

Our family of 4 stayed for a week with another family of 4 and it was perfect for our vacation! The kids enjoyed the space and how close it was to the beach and pool (15 min or less walking distance). We enjoyed the little shop, the outlets and savannah too. Everything was clean and set up perfectly! Thanks again!

Bed bugs! And no one caresMy wife Sophia and I came down here with my brother and sister-in-law for a week and rented a house ( specifically 21 Cartgate) . We come once a year for a week. This year was completely different… we found bed bugs in our room and the management company won’t even contact us back. This one of the most expensive property rental companies on the island and the quality is not worth it.Do not rent here!

Planned a week long vacation with my wife and kids. Vacasa found us a condo on Hilton Head. They charged my card a month in advance of our vacation. Ah hour before checkout, they emailed to tell us sorry we dont have a room for you. They cited an electrical issue which was a lie. Not only did we lose our room but they will not refund the prepayment for 3-5 days, meaning no money to make other arrangements. Very unprofessional, uncaring, and in it only for your money. Do not walk, run from doing business with this company.

There were pet stains in the carpet. If you are going to charge for a pet deposit I expect the place to be clean.The washer and dryer did not work for my stay at this property. This was one of the main amenities that drew me to this property and only brought limited clothes knowing I had access to washer and dryer.Staff was terrible. I immediately called when I arrived on Fri to report the issue. The staff said they would get someone over to check it out. Sat came and I had to call them 2 more times and still no response. I called the local main office 3-4 more times and still no response. I call again towards the end of the day and they recommended that I call the maintenance person. I believe his name was Mike.I call him and he basically tells me it wont get looked at till Monday and nothing more he would do. He told me things break what do you want me to do.. He then suggested that I do my laundry at the main office. He was basically just trying to get rid of me.The staff is non responsive. Every time any communication happened it was done by myself. Nobody ever called me back to give updates or provide solutions. Every person would say Im making a note on your account. This happened multiple times each day with no response. When I was checking out I even asked to speak to a manager and no one was available. They told me that a manager was going to call me directly. Its days later and no call.Avoid at all cost.

Booked a house May 2020 for June 2021, it was cancelled, they said they charged me 2020 rates and the system shouldnt have allowed it. I should have known then the lack of integrity they operate on. The 1st party service VRBO helped me book a 2nd Vacasa property. One week before my trip Vacasa cancelled a 2nd time and did not assist in finding a 3rd property they simply gave me 1/2 my money back stating the property has termites, well I drove by and guess what people are staying in the property. I found a property 40 minutes away, but the experience from Vacasa was unprofessional and the rebooking team spent days not communicating I paid out almost $6k for 1 week received a credit back for the 1st service fees cancelation, and 1/2 my money was given back and since its been a year since the first payment I have to wait 4 weeks for a paper check for the other 1/2. Total nightmare - I spent days with a headache worrying about my pending vacation. They had an absolute lack of care. Still waiting on over 2k to be refunded. Disgusting company to deal with contracts are not respected or upheld, your money is at their liberty. BEWARE

I hope this honest review helps people not make the mistake that we did and stay here! We paid a high price for a very uncomfortable stay. More people need to read google reviews and not Vacasa reviews.7164 Harborside Villas in SHELTER COVEWe found the overall cleanliness to be very poor. The very first thing that greeted us was an overwhelming odor of fried fish ! When I say overwhelming it took your breath away and obviously had hung around on the cloth Furniture as it had absorbed the smell. Our children were very put off by this and complained the entire time. We tried opening doors but it did not help at all making it seem as if it had been here for quite some time!The floors were smeared and streaked and the carpets were not at all vacuumed. This appeared to be build up overtime and not from the previous stay! When the vinyl flooring was wiped with a paper towel the paper towel was brown. The bathrooms were satisfactory given the age of the property. The kitchen was very poorly maintained with accumulated debris and buildup in high traffic areas. There were grease drippings down the oven door and food debris including French fries in the bottom drawer. Because of this we avoided the use of the kitchen except for refrigeration use. The fridge was well maintained overall. There was absolutely no broom or dustpan for use and the only vaccum was extremely outdated and did not work well at all. I think what struck us the most was the air filter located by the front door. It was so incredibly dust and debris laden it was sagging into the vent. It was apparent someone had tried to open the vent at some point as one screw was out and it was slightly ajar. It appeared that the filter had not been changed in years. The bed linens were changed but based on the cleanliness overall we did not rest comfortably. We travel alot and this was one of the worst maintained properties we have ever stayed at. We called to let Vacasa know and they were supposed to send someone out Saturday and they did not show. We would not stay here again and recommend those who do come ready to clean! It is so disappointing to spend a significant amount of money to go on vacation and get there and be completely disgusted by it. In Reading other reviews this seems to be a pattern for this rental company and its properties. You cant help but wonder if this is because they have gotten away with the uncleanliness and unprofessionalism as it is hard to find a place to stay and once there you are stuck. Previous reviews have noted that people spoke with Jane and promises were not kept. This is exactly what happened with us when she said we would have a cleaning company, come on Saturday and they never showed up. We never received a call from anyone to make this right. Yall this place was dirty. Please read this review and others and do not make the same mistake we did. If you have already planned or stay with one of their properties PACK CLEANING SUPPLIES! As I said before we did not even have a broom or a dust pan in our unit! You have been warned.

This is our familys 4th year staying at Endless Summer, a beautiful, spacious 8 bedroom ocean front home. For almost 30 years before that time, our extended families had vacationed together in Palmetto Dunes; however, as the kids married and had babies of their own - we ran out of space! We love so much about this home - the amount of room we have to spread out if we need some quiet time, or small group time, as well as the large family areas upstair and downstairs that accommodate large family gatherings. The pool is a great size, there are wonderful outdoor spaces on the upper deck and right outside the ground level that leads to the pool and, of course, we love the beachfront! Resort Rentals of HHI have been very organized, accommodating, quick to answer the inevitable service calls and professional and friendly.

Near the beach. Usual rental period is Saturday to Saturday. Pet allowed depending on unit.

This is a great property. Beautiful, beach access great as is pool and total layout. Rental company Vacasa provides terrible support. A/C failed and no emergency contact available. Only during “business hours” but no one ever answers the phone. Same with their 800 number. Tried several times but disconnected etc. Washer broken, toilet running, and a variety of maintenance issues. But to have no support available is ridiculous. Tried local office but ignored by the young lady. Great house needs a great Agency. Vacasa totally failed and really made our week less than enjoyable.

We loved a very wintry, ice-capped vacation this year, not at all what we expected from sweet sunny South, but a comfortable, delightful visit. Note to Resort Rentals: the otherwise splendid condo could benefit from several bright reading lamps in bedrooms and living room (the reason for 4, rather than 5, stars)

Terrible Company to do business with. The condo we rented had a serious issue with cleanliness. The spare bedroom smelled like someone had puked in the floor. We found the spot and cleaned it ourselves. They did send someone the next day to clean it again. We discussed a discount while we were there and then they simply ghosted us. When we finally got home and called them for the 3rd time....they sad a $55 credit had been applied to our charges. What a joke!!!! This company is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this group.

Perfect in Every Way!! We reserved 18 Night Heron Lane last minute via Agent Jane Hansen of Resort Rentals of Hilton Head Island by Vacasa & she was absolutely delightful, professional & efficient. We had such fun chatting via phone that we dropped by the office during our stay to say hello personally & to thank her for her kind hospitality. The unit has been completely updated & is decorated beautifully. We enjoy cooking in some evenings & the kitchen is adequately equipped for a gourmet chef. The breakfast nook has a comfy window seat that actually allows one to recline & chat with someone seated at the table. The living room furniture comfortably accommodates all guests with a large flat screen TV. Both bedrooms feature private baths with lovely showers, comfortable beds, adequate closet/dresser space. Laundry is located in the king room & is super-efficient--there is a window A/C unit in the bath to keep the room cool despite running the dryer. We all loved the screened in porch & spent considerable time there--ceiling fan keeps the air moving & the lamp adds a nice atmosphere for early mornings & evenings. My favorite feature is the 100% private outdoor shower: I came straight from the beach to the outdoor shower to bathe & shampoo daily: what a treat to bathe with the little tree frogs while listening to the mockingbird sing! All Night Heron Villas are a quick bike ride to the private beach & one can order chairs/umbrellas to be delivered daily for a nominal fee. The Night Heron Pool is always very clean & cool, with tidy restrooms--areas of shade & sun, depending upon what time of day. The Sea Pines Beach Club has undergone a recent renovation & is simply stunning--be sure to schedule some time there during your visit!

We have stayed at 2 Rum Row for the whole month of November. Its a great property and we really enjoyed it. Its very nicely decorated and it had all the amenities that we needed. Being there in November we could not take advantage of the outdoor amenities such as the pool, the big shaded terrace or the outdoor kitchen. But we can imagine that summer holidays there would be even better. The home is also ideally situated and the views on to the waterway with its bird life are beautiful. We certainly consider returning for our next holidays in Hilton Head.

Stayed a week in Hilton Head and the resort itself was nice. However the condo was filthy and barely cleaned at all. We found weed in the kitchen, the floor was disgusting and had dirt and dust bunnies on it so it obviously wasn’t swept. The fridge setting was turned all the way down and not keeping anything cold until we noticed the issue and changed the setting. Someone’s used soap with their hair still on it was left in the shower and someone’s used razor was still in the master bathroom. The tv is the guest bedroom kept losing sound and the remote was missing the battery cover. We emailed Vacasa asking who to address concerns to and they responded with the current email I was writing to. So I sent them pictures of the weed we found and a list of the issues to which I received no response at all after that. No apology, no refund, no rebate offer, nothing at all even though they responded to the initial email about who to contact with complaints fairly quickly. Unfortunately we booked two different trips through them at once and now have to look into refunding the next one which from these other complaints looks like it’ll be a huge inconvenience.

Had a wonderful week and unit in Windsor Place. Perfect size for the 2 of us and so clean. The unit (502) was very well taken care and newly updated. If we didn’t need to get back to work😩 we would of seen about extending our stay because we were so comfortable .Only thing we would like to see updated was the complex pool. Bathroom was always clean but pool concrete could use some maintenance . Also pool wasn’t cleaned out everyday .

We loved staying here! The condo was wonderful. Perfect size. We have two older boys and the second room with two beds was perfect. It had wonderful water views, and the two balconies were great. The beach was great. Took walk every morning, and took some walks at dusk as well. I have nothing negative to say about this place. We would definitely go back there again some day! One thing I will say about the complex, there were a lot of young kids in the hot tub, even though it clearly said you must be over 12. There was no enforcement of that. Otherwise, great vacation.

Carolina Breeze is a fabulous spacious six bedroom home with room for our whole family to spread out. There is a beautiful pool, 2 level deck and backyard. My nephews loved the basketball court. Easy short walk to the beach and bicycle path is across the street. Great view of the new Atlantic Dunes golf Course. House was fully equipped and very comfortable. Cant wait to return to Carolina Breeze!

The location is wonderful. The condo needs a bit of an update. Lighting over the dining room table is very much needed - there is NONE. Additional seating on the balcony would have been nice - 2 chairs and a lounge chair just isnt enough for 6 people to sit outside and enjoy the fantastic view. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. Would definitely rent again.

This villa is brand new and immaculately clean! Spectacular ocean views from well furnished and well appointed condo. We loved the rain showers in the bathrooms. I like the water softening system in this unit...I really noticed the difference. Having coffee on the terrace at sunrise is spectacular. Highly recommended.

Love the Island Club. Easy walk to the pool & beach from the condo. Very quiet. Nice family resort. The condo was nice & well equipped. The only complaints I have are the mattresses on all of the beds are very noisy when getting in & out of bed. Also, the AC would not cool below 70 degrees even though we had mild weather. We had it set at 70 during the day but wanted it cooler at night. Other than that we were pleased with our stay.

Condo was completely renovated and nicely done! I still do a fair amount of cooking even on vacation. Hard to eat out well when youre a vegan. Loved everything about the kitchen. The couch was comfortable for a cold rainy day. The porch was a great place to watch the wold go by. Dog friendly too...always a plus since we bring our girl everywhere with us. The only small thing I would share as feedback for the owners is that the master bed is a bit hard...other than that...perfect! Wed rent there again in a heartbeat. We love Evian anyway and, this condo is one we will keep on the list for future rental as we come to Hilton Head a couple of times a year.

The experience in Hilton Head with my Girlfriends at SunnyShores was extraordinary. The property is a very spacious beach home and it is extremely well-kept and beautifully furnished. We had a great time on the island and plenty of girls relaxation moments at the house. Extremely comfortable environment. It is absolutely beautiful and forces relaxation!!! I love it! Didnt want to leave.

Beautiful home teaming with light. Its the perfect choice for a family and just a short stroll to the most beautiful section of beach in Sea Pines. The house is beautifully appointed with wood teak furniture offering a bit of an Asian flavour. Its spacious, wonderfully designed and offers every convenience. Were already planning a return visit and will definitely be booking this home again.

Decks, grill, kitchen, laundry, bathrooms are all just as advertised and were just fine for our week long vacation. Everything worked. AC was cold and reliable. “Staff” was all great from the pool crew that cleaned the pools while we were there to the office that was super responsive and helpful to the garbage that was picked up multiple times in a week.Criticism:The bedding, mostly mattresses and pillows are in desperate need for replacement. The pans need to replaced. They haven’t been non-stick for a long time now. For the rate and location there should be pool and beach supplies provided.Overall, this was a very good setup and an ideal location. The house was clean and as advertised. And the rental company was great to work with. Palmetto Dunes was an awesome place to vacation and we will be back.

Spacious and well-equipped home! We loved the peaceful location near the stables to visit the horses. Lovely view of the pond from the deck. Plenty of room for our party of six, and we didnt even use the bonus room - easily could have accommodated another small family. Bedding and mattresses were amazingly comfortable. We prepared several simple meal in the kitchen and had everything we needed. Bikes waiting in the garage upon arrival made it easy to unload and get to exploring. We made good use of the beautiful community pool (walkable) and the Beach Club was within biking distance. Reliable WiFi made our teenagers happy. Highly recommend this property.

The condo was tastefully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen, well stocked. The view from the decks were spectacular as we watched pelicans fly overhead each day, a deer on the grounds at dusk and even spotted a dolphin one day swim by. The location was perfect for easy access to the beach and the many walking trails. Cant wait to come back and stay again!

Island Club of Hilton Head is a great resort for a family vacation. Right on a pristine uncrowded beach and a nice pool area. Will definitely return. Beautiful balcony view from Atlantis #3204 overlooking children’s play area to the beach and ocean. A perfect spot for morning coffee. Kitchen is well equipped for for those wanting to cook in.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It offered the space and features we needed for our family to have a good vacation. It was comfortable and the kids had fun playing on the tennis courts right outside the front door. The kitchen had some extra supplies we appreciated.We missed an entry space to drop beach gear and shoes. The kitchen layout was challenging as you could not open the dishwasher all the way due to the size and location of the refrigerator. A few more hand towels and wash clothes would have helped as well.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was very clean and our family of 5 stayed very comfortably. The view of the ocean from the balcony was awesome, a great place to read in the morning with a cup of coffee. The complex is well taken care of including the playground and game area as well as the pool area. We felt very safe there with security at the gate and lots of residents walking about.We hope to come back for a return visit!

We have stayed numerous times in this villa and have enjoyed this rental tremendously. It has become our second home. Everything you need for your vacation is there and it is always clean. We will definitely return again. This area is so secluded and beautiful nestled in the trees. The owners have thought of everything.

Very nice condo and the location is perfect. Equipped well with the exception of ceiling fans, there were none. Really needed the fans for air circulation. Could have done without the padded toilet seat in the master bathroom, really needs to be replaced. Master bed was fabulous, super comfortable. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, but overall condo was pretty clean for a rental. Really enjoyed our vacation in the lovely condo, would like to return again.

I must say everything was practically perfect from size of house to distance from the beach to price !!!! I have stayed in many vacation homes at various beach resorts up and down the east coast. I loved the community at Folly Field, close to everything! This home has two living quarters which is perfect for multi family groups or simply a single family who wishes to watch two different TV shows. The bathrooms are gorgeous and little details like the high rise toilets are a plus to us older folks. I also find the sheets and towels and gift basket of toiletries, dish cloths, paper products a real plus! Excellent customer service.

The rental location was excellent and very close to the beach. Resort Rentals was very nice to work with and helpful. However, the rental was not clean with Easter straw left on the carpet and a plastic Easter egg with candy inside was found behind a chair. The entry door code given prior to arrival did not work when we arrived on Saturday. A technician quickly came after we called Resort Rentals and provided a second entry door code. This second code worked until we returned from a walk on Friday afternoon. We called the management company and a third entry door code was given. The guest toilet did not flush properly.

Resort Rentals of Hilton Head Island is the best rental company we have dealt with when staying at Hilton Head! The customer service and communication was excellent. They did everything they could to make sure we had a great vacation. We would definitely rent from this company again! The condo we rented was beautiful!

Just returned from a long weekend away with a group of girlfriends. The townhouse was perfect for our needs. We had plenty of space for the 7 of us, kitchen was very well stocked, pool was great and we loved being right on the beach.Everything about the rental process was easy and went smoothly. Would absolutely recommend working with this agency!

Our experience here was terrific!!! The condo was well stocked in kitchen and our 3 year old loved the movie selections. The complex is outstanding! We hope to be able to visit again soon! Thank you for sharing your wonderful spot on the ocean!!

Very nice condo. Comfortable furnishings inside and on the deck. Unobstructed view of the beach to the front and right. This unit does have a jetted tub in the main bath that measures 22.5 in height and entry/departure can be challenging for someone who is short. Owner is responsive to any concerns that may arise. I would definitely reserve this condo again in the future.

Booking process was easy and communication was great. The house was great and any issues were remedied almost immediately. It would be nice to be notified in advance of any service schedules so the tenant knows when to expect people showing up during their stay (pool service, yard service, trash pickup). Overall we were very satisfied with our experience and will definitely look to Resort Rentals again for our next vacation.

The house was great! Loved the layout, open spacious rooms, great for entertaining many people. Great location and definitely within walking distance of the beach! Unfortunately, my only complaint but a big one was the bed. Both the King and Queen size beds were so hard and so uncomfortable that several of us ended up sleeping on either the couch or one of the twin beds (luckily this was not a kid included trip). I’d love to give this house 5 stars but poor night’s sleep is a biggie to me.

We rented the large home at 24 Belted Kingfisher with another family and the 7 bedrooms accommodated our 13 adults comfortably. We loved the location and the beach is great! The living room and dining spaces had enough seating for all of us which has not been the case in other large homes we’ve rented. It worked well for us but we were disappointed that there were only 2 beach chairs, no beach towels, and poor quality sheets that wouldn’t stay on the mattresses and some beds frames which were loose and noisy. Each bathroom had only 1 tiny bar of soap and no shampoo or other toiletries. The kitchen is well stocked to cook in but there were only tiny samples of cleaning supplies. Plan to buy everything including salt and pepper, coffee filters, paper towels, trash bags, dish soaps, etc.The Resort Rental agency was great to work with, quick to respond, and sent someone to the house when we had questions about the pool and hot tub heating. We recommend Resort Rentals and this home.

Loved the condo in Palmetto Dunes resort community. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Nice people. Best location for golf courses and ocean. Very well manicured landscape, easy communication and follow up with Resort Rentals of HH. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short with the threat of Hurricane Florence so we did not get enough time to enjoy all of the island activities. We will be back!

The property at 30 Pelican has great space and proximity to the beach - both of which we really enjoyed. Everything worked in the house which is good but regrettably, for this price point, the property itself is past due for a makeover. The swimming pool deck furniture needs to be totally replaced and the pool itself needs refurbished. The gate to the pool did not close and was not repaired during the time we were there. While all appliances worked, they are older models. The counter top in the kitchen had seams where food debris collected. The bathroom fixtures were dated as were the furnishings. Having said that, great space and great location.

The villa we rented for three weeks was a good value. For the price of a hotel room at a luxury hotel we had three bedrooms, a living / dining area, a patio, a kitchen, a fully equipped laundry room, and three terraces. We were surrounded by beautiful gardens and views. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.There were a few negatives. The freezer part of our refrigerator could not keep ice cream from melting and a repair attempt failed to solve the problem. The villa was very clean, but was approaching a time for refurbishment: a shower door was warped and leaked water on the floor, a tile floor was beginning to disintegrate. The furnishings were comfortable but a little bit sterile; a few books and games were the only evidence of people actually living there. The art on the wall was of the genre one finds in hotels.Our biggest annoyance had nothing to do with either the villa or the rental agency: the noise pollution of power leaf blowers and lawn mowers and power edgers which continued even in the apparent absence of leaves to be blown. Id pay a little more for leaves raked by hand.

Recent update was very well done. Definitely high end.We had 7 adults and 2 infants. There was ample room to be together and for privacy.View of the ocean is limited. But it got better when lots of shrubbery was removed on our last full day.This was a rare case where the write up and pictures were very close to what was advertised. The only two things I would add to the online description is that it is located next to the public beach access walkway (stay presentable); and, there is a 4th full bath for the loft dwellers but it is in the downstairs hallway.We had a wonderful stay.

Grand Times was the perfect home for the 10 of us. The split floor plan was just right. The master suite was on one side of the house with no rooms above it. It was very roomy, with a large closet. The master bath was large and beautiful, but there wasnt a tub. One daughter and her family stayed on the other side of the great room that had a king bedroom, 2 sink bathroom and twin bed bedroom for her kids. Above those rooms, were 2 more king bedrooms with attached private baths. There was also a huge room with a 50 TV or so with two couches/futons that we used to play games on some of the evenings after the grand kids had gone to bed. We also used the large screened in porch for after dinner games. It was a great play area for the kids in the morning before the other adults were awake. We had two large coolers out there because the fridge was not big enough for all the different beverages. The pool was perfect for afternoon and evening dips. It wasnt heated, so it was a bit cool when the sun wasnt shining on it for me - the kids were all fine with it. There was plenty of room for all our pool toys. This house had booster chairs and pool chairs for the kids. There were 2 beach umbrellas, a cooler, and a beach chairs as well. All the beds were comfy. There was enough seating space for all of us in the great room or on the screened in back porch. There was coffee, tea, dish soap, laundry soap, and dishwasher soap. There were ample dishes, cooking pans, cups, glasses, silverware, grill, and even a lighter for it. It was a short walk - just 4 houses away from the beach. There was a place to wash off between the sidewalk to the beach and the pool. This house had it all. We will definitely rent this home again when we return. Thank you for a great celebration week!

Terrific place to stay. Clean, quiet, close to the beach. Easy access from parking lot. Elevator and stairs are just steps away.Will probably be returning again next year.Only suggestions would be to have a TV channel guide. We had some rainy days that sent us inside. Took along time to scroll through the channels. Also, would have liked a bath mat for when you step out of the shower. No problem though, next time Ill know to pack one!

Villa was well appointed and clean. Grounds were spectacular. Beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful time.Only a few negatives; toaster didnt work, limited cookware, and the shower heads and faucets were in need of some maintenance.

We had a really great time. It was our first time in Shipyard. Beach access was convenient & easy and the pool was very nice. Our condo was really great, but we kept having problems with appliances & smoke alarms beeping all the time. Also, condos should come with a sponge or a brush to wash dishes. Otherwise, really excellent facilities that were comfortable and well-furnished.

The good news: this is a beautiful condo that has just had a complete renovation. Extremely well done. Everything is brand new and beautifully decorated. SeaCrest is well located to walk to restaurants, bars, groceries and shopping. The beach is wide and flat although this is a busier section of Forest Beach. The community has two pools and a beach bar and is relatively well kept though an older property.Not so good news: the complex did a very poor job of managing the significant maintenance and construction that went on the entire week we were there. Pressure washing at 7:30 am, saws and hammers all day on some new deck construction, housekeepers banging on trash cans around the amenity areas and loudly talking very early in the morning, fire alarm tests one long morning without warning or explanation. It’s good to see a community spending time and money on their facilities but this was the week before Memorial Day and we spent over $4000 for a week’s vacation. Couldn’t this work have been better time managed or done over the long winter?All in all, a lot of pluses for this location, it just could be better managed to take care of the folks paying to vacation there.

Six hours into my ten hour drive to Hilton Head today l, I received an email that the condo I had rented for the week was “under construction” and unavailable. In addition, they had no other properties available to accommodate my stay. Four hours before I was scheduled to check in, they realized that the property was under construction. When I spoke to the “relocation representative” she asked me if I wanted to just “cut my losses and get a refund”! I have rarely seen such an example of complete incompetence in a business. I will never rent a property from this company again and if you are a property owner I would think long and hard about Vacasa representing your property.

Best stay ever. Weather cooler but heated pool warm enough and spa lovely. Like the reduced traffic and crowds in the winter. Comfortable stay and havent found a restaurant in Hilton Head yet that I dont LOVE. Best location in the island!

Loved the deck and pool. We spent most of our time. The house is roomy and nicely decorated. Lots of room in the kitchen. Nice big TV and comfortable couch in the living room. We loved it. Definitely plan to return here again.

We have been coming to HHI for over 7 years. This is one of the nicest condos by far. Great location! We always stay in Palmetto Dunes and this was perfect. Condo was gorgeous, and ready prior to our arrival. We are already planning on returning to this same condo complex next year. Thank you so much for such a wonderful unit.

Had a great time at this Villa (22-J in Fiddlers Cove), clean and fresh. We were able to walk to the beach, and a few bars and restaurants also. Full kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer, lots to do on the island and rode bikes everywhere! Definitely a great time!

This was a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the ocean and the beach. The apartment is perfect. Everything clean and well organized. Would certainly stay here again.Resort Rentals was wonderful. We had a problem with the deadbolt on the door. We let them know and it was repaired within the hour!!Thank you for our best chillaxing vacation ever !

We had a great time staying at the Island Club in Hilton Head! The Club was perfect for our 4 year old & 18 mo old. They loved the playground, pool and beach area. Everything was clean and the staff very helpful. Definitely recommend staying at the Island Club!

Our overall experience was very good. Resorts Rentals provided us with a good rental at a fair price. There was a minor issues with a small leak under the bathroom sink and after we reported it to them they had someone out to fix it immediately. Our overall stay in our condo was a good experience and I would definitely consider using Resorts Rentals again.

Our vacation turned out better than our expectations. Kept us informed during the hurricane which we appreciated. The grounds are well maintained. The property had everything we could have needed. Only wish is that the pool was closer to the beach.

The location and view from condo were fabulous. However the condo lacked a few things that could have made it more enjoyable given the price paid. The condo should have a decent beach cart like the other condos in the complex. Also, if more than one dish towel ovoids be provide that would help as well as beach towels. Many people don’t bring beach towels to a beach house especially if flying. And, in the last day our code to get in was changed way before checkout time. We went for a walk on the beach and couldn’t get back in our condo when we got back. We had to call the office and thankfully they were open that early!

This is the third time we’ve rented the same house. The house is wonderful and has a beach like atmosphere while being very accommodating. We had to pay a fortune to heat the pool and there were other areas they were offering free pool heat with Rental -something to consider for future. Will rent this house again however there is a lot going on in the lot in front of it. for sale?foreclosure?for rent ? who knows with a lot of damage to the property lots of people coming and going. Easy walk to beach. We lost our house in a fire last January and decided to spend Thanksgiving at the house because my kids feel like it’s a second home and then my brother got married the next day. The house is always a great choice And very family friendly. There is however no Blu-ray accommodations and limited TV with DVD. Although that does not bother my immediate family some of the extended family thought that was a loss considering the cost of a house. Overall this is a great house highly recommended just can’t guarantee what will be going on around it and hope to be back soon.

This cottage was located next to a beautiful lagoon with Spanish miss draping from the live oak trees. It was a great view out the many picture window in the living room, master bedroom and kitchen area. The outside deck had a table for eating- overlooking the lagoon and the beautiful sunsets. Although we did not use the pool next to our cottage (Early March 2018 visit) it sure would be convenient for those with children. Also it was a short two block walk to the beach. Being close to the ocean gate made it easy to make quick trips to restaurants and grocery stores outside the Sea Pines Plantation- which is a gated community. We loved the area and this owner allows a dog which was an essential requirement for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Breakers 236. It had everything that our family needed & the view was spectacular. Our only complaint was that we felt rushed with checking out because the maid knocked & let herself in at 8:50am, when check-out was not until 10am. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We will definitely consider this unit again for a future vacation!

The family had a great time and the house worked out great. It was clean and fit our family of 8 adults and 8 kids very well. Our kids said it was one of the best places they have stayed at Hilton Head. Yeah there were a few things I would have added, like clothes hangers in the bedrooms (a very cheap fix), and a better trail at the house to the beach. Would I rent it again? YES.

We had a fantastic time. The resort had great restaurants and was a short drive for shopping. The condo was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked if you plan on doing any cooking. We will definitely stay again.

Wow! What a beautiful community. We visited the pool area each day. It was clean and well maintained. The unit we stayed in was clean, updated, and had beautiful views of the ocean from every living space and the master bedroom. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation!

We had a grand time at the wonderful house. The layout, appliances, furniture, pool, internet, and TV all worked great. The view and walking on the golf coarse after 8:00 pm was great too.There are miles of shady paved bike trails and bike rental places to choose from. The restaurants close by all had fresh and wonder food.We will definitely be back.

The villa was great. It was clean and had plenty of space. The screened porch was a great place to have coffee every morning. The miles of bike paths were the highlight so make sure to bring bikes or rent them. It was the best part of the trip.

This was a great place to stay! We had two families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location to the pool right outside the back door was great and a quick bike ride to the beach was just about right. They had just about everything you needed for kitchen supplies and the owner had just purchased a new charcoal grill so cooking in was made easy.

We had a great family week here in Hilton Head. The home is beautiful and big. 17 of us were able to stay pretty comfortabley. The only negative about this well situated home is the acoustics. You can hear everything every where in the house. A great location.

Paradise is a beautifully updated and furnished home with amazing views. The house was clean and the management company was prompt and helpful dealing with minor issues. The only negatives we experienced - the pool pump stopped working during our stay, so there was a lot of activity with pool service personnel, and there was only one functional beach chair so we purchased some to leave for the next vacationers. Overall, we very much enjoyed this home.

As remote owners​ (and a novice second home owners) Resort Rentals has been an invaluable resource for us. They are extremely well connected locally with every imaginable trade as well as being very experienced and knowledgeable. Given the many properties that they manage we are always surprised how well they know the intricate details of our property without having to stop and think. Above all they always answer our emails very quickly with Yes, that wont be a problem.

This place is great! Very clean. Location on the beach next to Coligny made it great for biking, shopping, and eating when we weren’t on the beach or in the pool. Wide beach area was beautiful. The large pool was very family friendly with plenty of chairs and umbrella tables. Resort personnel and other guests were very friendly. Highly recommend.

Everything was great! Fantastic view off the balcony of the ocean.The only downside the adjustable bar stools were not very good for small children. The large screw which made the Stills go up and down was covered with a black Grease. The grease got all over the kids feet and was hard to wash off.other than that the place was great would definitely book it again minus the bar stools.

Stay Away!!! Bad and Dirty Business. We had a rental secured for Memorial Day weekend, and when the Covid 19 pandemic emerged they canceled our stay outside of 30 days in the advertisement on the page. They would not refund us our money and said only a 50% refund was available. Meanwhile they have booked the house for our weekend to other renters and not offered it to us in return. It makes me sick that a company would use this to its advantage when people are struggling to recover. Do the right thing!!! We are considering legal action, just disappointing it would have to come to this.

This was our sixth consecutive year staying at Island Club on Follyfield Beach Road. The two and three bedroom units are clean, spacious and very well equipped. We enjoy going on daily walks on the beach and renting bicycles. This year we were lucky enough to have two great beach days. My son enjoys the basketball court and on cooler days we love the heated pool. We look forward to next year. It has become a family March Break tradition.

Newly remodeled unit was super comfortable and very nice. The location couldn’t be better. Restaurants and grocery stores are all just across the street. Jim’s Pool Bar is just below you. The view is 180 degree Beach front, incredible. What more could you want in a Hilton Head vacation. 3301 Seacrest is awesome. We will return.

We had such a relaxing week at Hilton Head!! Loved our accommodations! It was clean, great decor, awesome view, great central location and loved that there was a code on the unit so I didn’t have to keep up with a key! We will definitely be back!!

We have been coming to HHI for 20 summers! We love the special Schooner Court Condo. It has been beautifully updated with an open kitchen floor plan giving it a roomy, family friendly feel. I can be in the kitchen while still enjoying the conversations. The back patio and sunset harbor view is my favorite. We love the quiet location but within walking distance of all Harbor Town has to offer, The incredible childrens playground, Shops, ice cream, bike trails, rentals, Crazy Crab, and Harbor Town Lighthouse. There is even a small grocery right across the street if you forgot something and you will! There is no other place we would rather stay!

We had 15 people stay over the fourth of July week. The house was large enough to accommodate all of us easily. We loved the pool and being on the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs and bocce ball. The grassy area behind the house was a great place for a corn hole tournament. We had 2 small dogs come with us. The only disadvantage was the dogs can easily fit through the fence and escape out through the front gate. No problem since our dogs listen well. We all had a great time and definitely rent this house again.

Our 2 bedroom condo was lovely. Plenty of room for 5 of us with all the amenities of home in a very nice resort and a great location. Wonderful view of the ocean from the 4th floor balcony. It was easy to book on line with Resort Rentals and they even had a satellite office at the resort which was especially convenient.

The building was well maintained, great location on the beach and close to Coligny. The pool was attractive and well maintained, we were very happy it was heated in March! Our unit was nice, well equipped and clean kitchen and bathrooms. The balcony was lovely with morning sun for eating breakfast. We had 2 maintenance issues that the rental agency dealt with immediately. The only draw back at this unit is the walls are dirty in the halls, bathrooms and bedrooms. A scrub and a coat of paint would go a long way.

RESIDENCE WAS CLEAN AND HAD ALL OF THE NECESSARY KITCHEN UTENSILS. PROBLEM: SCREEN DOOR TO PATIO HAD NO HANDLE, ELECTRICAL OUTLET IN BEDROOM (FACING BED LEFT SIDE) LOWER OUTLET DOES NOT FUNCTION. RIGHT HAND LOWER DRAWER ON VANITY DOES NOT HAVE A STOP. ALL ELSE WAS VERY GOOD. BUILDING WAS CLEAN AND MADE A GOOD APPEARANCE. WOULD RECOMMEND.

My family and our 3 dogs very much enjoyed our stay at 30 Pelican in North Forest Beach. The home has a great location - very close to the beach and within walking/biking distance to Coligny. The home was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The kids enjoyed having a private pool, and the guys were glad to have the separate cabana room to store their fishing gear. Overall, a very nice rental home.

We Love, Love, LOVE Hilton Head and always rent through you when we decide to visit. Beachside Tennis is our favorite spot on the island. You make it so easy with checking-in and checking-out. Linens are quality, cleaning is thorough, and any little problems that may arise during the stay are taken care of swiftly (like a bathroom door that wouldn’t stay closed). We will be in touch soon to book another stay.

This was our first time staying in this unit and we really enjoyed it. The only complaint is the cleaning crew showed up at 9:00 a.m. when check-out is not until 10:00 a.m. They opened the door and came in without knocking, which I did not like. We love this resort and its location and will be returning.

My wife and I want to thank the owners of Island Club 5503 for a wonderful experience! The condo was perfect! It was clean, well stocked with absolutely everything we needed, and the ocean view was great!!! When we arrived we were unable to connect to WiFi. My wife contacted the office and in less than 10 minutes the gentleman arrived and got us connected. He was a really nice guy and gave us some suggestions for the local restaurants (we have been to HHI many times but he suggested restaurants we had not yet tried, and they were great!). On a scale of 1-5 we give the condo, the service and the trip a solid 10! Please extend our appreciation to the owners. They have done a wonderful job in ensuring that their guests have everything they need. A shout out to Jane Hanson as well. My wife said she was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We will be looking to book this condo again in Sept 2019 for our 29 year wedding anniversary. Thanks again.

Beautifully decorated! Everything you could need or wish for, the owners put real thought into making a wonderful vacation home. Quiet community in Palmetto Dunes, close to everything because of its mid island location.
