Weve used them for two vacations now and the service has been awesome! I ordered the bikes over the phone and they dropped them off the next day. One of the bikes I ordered was too small for my daughter and they let me exchange it for free. Overall, a great experience!

We had a very nice experience dealing with Nick. Best way to get around with children. We did the bike seats for our two and three year olds and let the seven year old ride with us. Very easy to get around. We would definitely use there services again.

Bikes were nice. One electric bike wasnt working after they dropped it off. Rode bikes to store to get a replacement. Guys that helped us with new bike super nice and helpful. On last day of rental we wanted to leave the bikes in coligny plaza which is way closer for them to pick up than the resort we were staying at. I tried calling to coordinate the new pick up location and Lady on phone wouldn’t let us. Kind of frustrating that we had to deliver bikes back to store twice when they offer delivery and pick up. (Broke one on first day and both rentals on last day). I’d go to one of the other many bike rentals on the island.

We rented 5 electric bikes from Nick for 3 days. He helped us to set up a trail behind for our younger daughter to keep up. The bikes were in excellent condition and we had a lot of fun cruising the island! Thank you Nick we will be back!

Not sure how Nick does it, but very great service At this bike establishment. My hotel recommended a different company first but once I found out they were booked they told me to call this one, and I was not disappointed. They had a discount code which drop my price about 25 bucks, and quite frankly even without the discount I think for a full week bike rental of for bicycles it is very reasonable. With Hilton head being such a bike able location, it is totally worth it.I will add, that my daughter who does not quite know how to ride bicycles yet was not able to sort out the training wheels on our initial bike, so I called Nick and he was able to get to our hotel within the hour to instead make one of our adult bikes a tandem one. Perfect way to pivot and adjust to help out a customer.Their service is top notch, bikes were good, I will definitely be using them on my next visit.

Amazing bike rental community! Nick is a great help to making sure you get a great bike! I called him about 5 times in one week to ask him questions about bikes and he was always nice and happy to answer them! If you buy 2 bikes, you can also get a free pound of Shrimp! The bikes were also in perfect condition, compared to others along the island! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THIS FACILITY!!!

I got these bicycles when I came down from Ohio. It was just a simple process and the bikes were in great shape. Much better than the bikes we has last year from Island Cruisers (different company). Nick took care of pickup up and delivery he even allowed us to extend a day.

Nick does an awesome Delivery for bikes. He goes over and beyond every time and he is super friendly. I’d recommend him to anyone! Nick all the way!! He’s a 20 out of 10!😛

Nick was really helpful to get the sizes right on all the bikes, we didnt need it but he was available 24/7 in case we had a flat tire. Bikes were in great condition, will definitely use again next summer.BEST BIKE RENTAL BIZ ON THE ISLAND!

Rented 2 bikes and a kid trailer. The bikes were in proper order, but the bike kids trailer seat was touching the ground. I called and they exchanged the trailer, which was nice however the new trailer had a tire that was almost flat. I road it and it seemed ok.

I had cousins in town and only needed a few extra bikes for a couple days, the owner was able to work with me and come up with a short term rental rate which when compared to a weekly rate offered by their competitors was a true money saver. Bikes were delivered timely and customer service left nothing more to be desired.

We rented from Nick this week. I was a little hesitant as it was a newer business with few reviews. Let me just say Nick has earned my trust and business for years to come. The bikes (literally brand new or new this season) and service were great from start to finish. We come to HHI every year and have rented from numerous bike companies but am glad I took a chance and tried Cross Island Cruisers.

Wow! My friends and i were looking for something fun to do on hilton head and came across this shop online! We called and the owner Nick was very nice and answered all of our questions! We got 2 kids bikes before coming to HHI with Nick but then when we got here one of the two bikes of our unit had a kiddie seat and hubby didnt want to ride it so I called Nick for a 3rd bike. He got it out in a few hours. Then the bike I was using from our unit had the chain pop a few days later so I called Nick mid-week for 4th bike. I called at 8:45am. He told me he would be here later in the morning. I figured maybe close to 12noon he would arrive with the bike.....he was there there at 10:30! Last year the bike rental company had pretty good bikes but Cross Island Cruisers has very good bikes---smooth ride and very good condition. We are getting our bikes everytime we come down to the Island from Cross Island Cruisers, no doubt.

Came back and used Cross island cruisers for our bike rentals again while on Hilton head. Was not disappointed, even got new bikes. Thanks nick!
