Mike took good care of us on our recent visit to Hilton head. I had reserved for bikes for me and the boys and they were there waiting for us at our condo when we got there. We were able to go for a bike ride immediately! My oldest son likes a shorter bike and was a little disappointed by the size that I had chose for him. I contacted Mike on the off chance that they might be able to swap out a bike for him. Mike drove over himself shortly after that and made the switch to a smaller bike for him. He couldnt have been happier!As far as Im concerned, if youre in Hilton head and plan to do any biking dont bother calling any other company. Mikes Bikes is the best!

Great operation! Very nice touring bikes - in very good condition and comfortable. Best rates on the island that I could find - around $25 for a week. I rented 4 bikes and also got 2 baskets and 2 locks without extra cost. Hilton Head is PERFECT for biking. BEST feature - they deliver to you and pick up (you dont even need to be present for drop-off. They text when ready). Great customer service.

I had a very large family group visiting Hilton Head. I needed 16 bikes in all. Mike was very gracious. I originally ordered 12 bikes, but once my group arrived I realized I needed an additional 4 bikes. Mike rushed the extra bikes to us so noone was left out. He was friendly and all the bikes were in great condition. We had a great time riding through beautiful Hilton Head! I would highly recommend Mikes Bikes for a visit to Hilton Head Island!

The rental process couldnt have been any easier! I called and requested four bikes for my girls and their friends for our weeks vacation on HHI. I paid via cc over the phone, and Mike promptly delivered the bikes to our resort without us having to even be present. They simply text us our invoice with the bike numbers and lock codes. The bikes were very reasonably priced, in great shape, and the girls were able to ride on the beach. The return process was just as simple!

Great bikes and wonderful customer service. If youre looking for a good deal, give Mike a call. My family really enjoyed being able to ride the beach - especially both of my sons. They have bikes for all ages. A wonderful family run establishment. Look forward to renting from them again on our next trip.
