Ordering on line became a problem and phone calls were needed. Equipment was acceptable although kids trailer was quite worn. CHECK YOUR PRINTED RECEIPT for dates. Lesson learned, if one price covers 4, 5, 6 or 7 days take a day longer than you need. If they offer to deliver early be sure they don’t change your start date.The good will earned by working out our problem was lost when it was made clear that it was costing them money.

The bikes arrived very dirty during the covid pandemic. Old rusty and bottom of the barrel. Dog carrier filthy cant see out window. I called and asked them to come clean them. Manager opted to pick them up instead said I would not be happy with quality of bikes with the 18.00 a day coupon. I asked if they were safe to ride. I was never told I would get old bikes for getting 2 bucks off per bike. He said he wants to get rid of that coupon. This manager has zero customer service skills and would rather lose a sale and futufe sales then making jt right for the customer. I dont recomend this company.

Affordable prices and efficient delivery. Staff was nice as well.

First, tried to rent over the phone and was told to use some hhi site. Service was spotty and had to call again. After getting bikes, called because one of the seats was so cracked it left the back of my pants wet. No return call.
