Rented 4 bikes and 1 adult tricycle for 3 days. Good service and better prices than other places we checked! They delivered and picked up from the hotel where we stayed at no charge! Thank you!

Terrible We had our bikes replaced twice. The bad thing was when we replaced them one of them needed to be replaced the next day. Not very reliable wouldn’t go back there.

We loved Patriot Bikes! They were so friendly and accommodating...delivered our bikes and picked them up. We had a rain day and they gave us an extra day!

Awesome price and awesome service. When we arrived on Saturday they were there waiting for us like they were calling our names. Asked for 3 baskets and only received one. It was hard to get ahold of someone to let them know so we wouldnt get chanrged for them but, when I did they were totally apologetic and asked if we wanted 2 more.The bikes were wonderful!! Will be back for them again next summer!! Thank you so much for the great bike rental experience.

Bike with baby seat had terrible brakes. Almost got into a terrible accident. They replaced it with a bike with a baby seat with a missing screw. The missing screw makes it wobbly and the bar rubs against the back tire. The other bike we rented had a broken seat lever so we couldnt adjust it. They replaced the bike with another bike that doesnt have a basket.People on the phone seemed a little impatient, probably a busy day--not a big deal. Im here for another few days and will update/change my review if things get fixed for good.They were quick at delivering, and fixed the first issues (albeit theyre not fixed) with decent speed.

Have used them for about a decade. Bikes always there when they should be. Any issues chain, seat -minor quickly resolved. Much easier than bringing your own.

Owner answered the phone before hours for me. He called me back and accommodated us very quickly. Prices are great and the staff is all very friendly that we have met.

Have used them for over 10 years, and if theres a problem, theyre are very eager to help out. Prices are very competitive too, bikes are generally in great condition

Excellent bike rental. Owner will help you, but (due to recent head injury) make sure his helpers are there too, in case of a communication breakdown.

TERRIBLE customer service skills.Especially on a island that has a LOT of places to rent bikes. Save yourself the trouble of giving your business to a company that doesnt appreciate it.
