The team at Atlantic has been phenomenal! They have the best selection of bikes on the island and the staff has always been friendly and cordial. Free delivery has been a bonus! Hands down the best bike rental on Hilton head. Tim was very professional and punctual. Bikes were delivered 30 mins before our time started and they were all in great condition. 10/10 we will definitely be using this bike rental again

We rented a tricycle for our three night stay in Hilton Head. We did have some problems with the bike, but I cannot say enough about the staff willing to fix the problem. I can honestly say the issue was not attributed to their equipment, but rather just bad luck.They say the reputation of a business it not based so much on what they do right, but how they handle the things that go wrong. We go to Hilton Head quite often, and Atlantic Bike Rentals will be our choice for upcoming trips. We recommend everyone to use them for bike rentals.

We were very happy with our experience renting bikes for the week while on vacation in Hilton Head. Reserving and paying for the bikes in advance online was a breeze, and customer service was friendly and prompt. We’ve rented bikes from many places on HHI over the years and I really appreciate the extra deep baskets they use here!

Excellent service and prices. They delivered the bikes to our campground so that we had them on arrival and picked them up after we left. Also, I’m short with a new hip, so asked for an easy to mount bike. The crossbar on my bike was 6” off the ground. Can’t get better than that.

Had such a great experience renting bikes here. We also had a great experience with him helping to ensure the bikes we already had were safe to ride. The bikes we rented or in excellent shape, came with locks and baskets. The price couldn’t be beat. We did pick up our bikes, and the shop is right off the bike path which made it nice and easy. They did offer to deliver the bikes with no problem, but we knew we needed air in the tires of the bikes we already had so we would stop there.

Dennis is an excellent person to set up a great fit on a bike. His bikes are in perfect condition and very reasonably priced.

We have been coming to Hilton Head for over 20 years and renting from Dennis at Atlantic Rentals for over 15 years. Great service and prices! Only one bike breakdown ever, and they were there within 30 minutes with a new bike. We wont go anyplace else!
