Before I worked as a support specialist, I was an agent under Andvaris. They have been so wonderful to me and have helped me with most clients I used to service. Andvaris was very helpful when I first started out answering questions and guiding me in the process. I had read a review myself of them months ago, for curiositys sake. The review said that Andvaris did not pay their agents....on time and maybe delayed quite a bit. I have not found that to be the case,, They have been right on schedule since I started in mid may 2019 and that was almost four months ago and I expect that to be the case moving forward. Even today they answer questions from agents quite promptly, I do appreciate that

I had to send a message on the computer instead of calling which if you do good luck reaching someone. I tried a hundred times and just got the please hold message then after 5 to 6 minutes it hangs up on you. Then you have to call back.. Fun fun then once I sent the message on the computer it took over 24 hours to get back to me, just to say we need more information. Thank God I figured it out or someone else fixed it.

I agree with those that say communication is poor. In a business that should be key. This is for work employment status google. It’s obvious to say how they conduct themselves. When seeing a bad review they try to flag them all. They can’t take constructive criticism. It’s just that if people are giving out their personal and confidential info for a work force. You should not treat them in the way as if they are the underdog. If you ask me. With out any structure it’s, there is complete chaos. If the same attitude presents itself. That is definitely what will happen to this company. It’s you guys build your foundation on solid ground and not sand. This is out of love I mean no disrespect but honesty is honesty.

Andvaris is great! They have all the resources anyone would need to get started.

After 2 hours in a web meeting, none of my questions were answered, and to pay 100 dollars a month to work without knowing if you are getting paid above minimum wage in your state or even if your state is included in the campaign. The same job direct with these companies pays for training and most provide some of the equipment and benefits. Being a 1099 contractor does not have to require payment for a platform that requires a landline. There are many work at home customer service or tech support jobs that do not require a payment and offer benefits. If you are call center experienced, dont waste your time with Arise and definitely dont leave another work at home call center position for this!

Easy to get hired as an Independent contractor, no interviews, just training courses for the job you applied to do. Very self-paced at the beginning.

I was accepted to work for them and during the training, when time came to start talking on the phone, my cable provider changed the date to install my cable which ment I was unable to complete training atthat time. I reached out to someone for the appropiate steps to take and was asked to contact a certain person to see if I could get a voucher. I was granted that option and told I would be in the next class. They waited to the very last minute to tell me that I needed to repeat the background test and/drug screening. I accidently entered my SS# incorrectly, and they declined me. I had to jump through hoops to find out what happened. I took my loss. I then tried to reapply when i had more time and could complete the session and was kicked out of the hiring event several times without explanation. After entering the class several times, I was finally told that was unable to do it again (after being told I could & given a voucher to do so) due to not completing a training. There was no recourse. No one tried to learn the dfacts or reach out to me to say they were wrong or even want to help me out. They are only concerned about themselves. How can you want peoplpe to have people skills, sympathy, empathy when you do not have it?

No help at all, get setup quickly and then tossed into the fold of the trainers who are not even a part of the Andvaris system, they are part of the Arise system. Which turns the whole mess into one big confusing set up. At first I thought that it was all part of how Arise worked but then I found that all of the IBOs are like this and do this. Meaning that if you want to make the most out of working there at Arise you need to become and IBO yourself which I have zero interest in doing at this time in my life.

Andvaris Solutions is the best company to work with. They are legitimate and the hiring process is so simple. I have worked with another IBO company and they were the worst.

Great company doesnt hound you, but guides you the best they can, are responsive and tries to help. pay is always on point, and its fairly easy to contact someone. Been here for about 8 months now no complaints really. just dont be afraid to ask question for things u need or dont know

In my own personal experience, I would say this IBO prides themselves in being accessible and resolution oriented. There is so much information given and members are extremely active and work toward producing great results. Before I choose an IBO I had watched so many Youtube videos which gave great information about expectations, equipment and other things I would need to be successful from this IBO. This IBO gives you all the resources you need to successful coupled with an awesome leaders.

BE VERY CAUTIOUS with this company!!! Any legitimate company would not ask people to PAY TO BE TRAINED!!! I would give them less than a 1 star if possible. Only questions asked that are favorable to the company are answered. The rest are deleted. Costs keep increasing, you have to pay $149.00 for training for every job you sign up for, terribly disorganized, the chat and announcement platform to answer questions.... absolutely horrible. Mandatory meetings announced the day before they are to occur. I work elsewhere. No notice doesnt work!

Andvaris is a great IBO. They have really went over and beyond to help me through my whole process. When I was having problems they stepped up to the plate to make sure I was good. Good and honest people are hard to come by so by choosing Andvaris you wont be disappointed.

Antoni seems nice and anytime I couldnt get anyone he always responded. However I was paid incorrectly and got proof from arise reached out to zedrick I have all the proof screenshots of our conversation etc and have left more than 10 voicemails and none ever got back with me at this point Im pretty sure I want even get the days their suppose to pay me for my next check. To anyone else out there please be careful if you decide to join this company. I am now about to take legal action. But to everyone that is with them or thinking about being with them be careful and just know that communication is horrible.

I am a disabled mother who is no longer able to get out there in the work field. I am very thankful for Arise for giving people like myself the opportunity to make a living from home. I also feel the online training will be very helpful in making everyone successful at Arise.

I was skeptical to get back into Arise after a bed experience I had with an IBO but I saw a post on a FB job search page by someone that works for this IBO and I decided to give it another shot. Think it’s good work from home program but doesn’t respond to immediate questions and I haven’t had any follow up about the rest of the process. I’ve been waiting over a month and to no avail!

I trained on the Arise platform with this IBO for 30 days. Five days ago (my week before QA) I got kicked out of my class. Zedrick and Antoni at Andvaris both reassured me for days that the issue I had with my drug test results would be and then were “fixed”. I had to speak with First Advantage, who confirmed several times, that my drug test was a pass in their system and my prescription was verified. I was then sent an SOW to sign by Andvaris last Friday, 7/12/2019. On Monday, yesterday, 7/15/2019 my SOW was signed and I was sent a verified copy. I was still however, unable to log into my class. I was reassured up until 5:44PM by Zedrick that Arise had fixed the issue and that I would be able to log back into class. The last time I checked last night was at 11:45 PM. I still was not able to log in. On Bitrix24 I messaged Zedrick to let him know this fact. I attempted to log into class today, 7/16/2019 and still could not; I also was not able to log into Bitrix24 any longer. I then noticed an email from Zedrick stating my contract was terminated. I was not given any reason, warning, or simple common courtesy. I have called, left messages, emailed, chatted all without the decency of a reply. If a company is not able to find a resolution they do not string some along for days and then just terminate them with the ineptitude to not explain why or come through with their promises of getting me on with another client “and make this right”. I’m a single mother who spent my time taking this class and this effects my livelihood and my daughter’s in so many ways!

So far it hasnt been that bad other than my payroll has been poorly handled on the past 3 paychecks, 1st check hours were incorrect, 2 check waited till the day after payday to get paid, and now on 3rd check in a row again pay is delayed due to a clerical error? I think this company may be ok for some people, but I am regretting the decision to work with them.

Did not have a good experience. I started a client and one that was unable to finish because my computer did not meet the requirements I never got my money back from arise. And I received a termination letter from and Varys as if it was my fault that I was unable to follow through with the client

I was in the planning stage to work for Arise for almost 6 years! Now that I am retire, it was time to go forth and find an IBO!! It took many months of research and after all the comparisons, of many IBOs, I am thrilled to have selected Andvaris!! Right from the start, they were very accommodating, open to talks, and great rapport! They have create a ton of YouTube videos, to answer all the questions you may have! Also videos that are detailed in presenting information for you to be successful in finding, completing all aspects of joining a new organization! I just signed up with this IBO and they have been there every step of the way answering any questions I had and is there for me and all of their CSPs. The CSPs are also there for each other so thank you everyone for making our IBO one of the best.

If I could give Andvaris a ten star rating, I would. Im a new CSP (about two months in) and my previous IBO had been totally non-respondent. I was on the brink of beginning two separate certification courses and I had a kazillion questions. I came across some YouTube videos which led me to Andvaris website. I contacted them via their site and immediately (within a few hours) received a response. Zedrick Gilo answered the questions that I had and worked with me to finally get a response from my IBO; it took weeks to get her to respond. The most amazing thing about this entire thing is that Zedrick (and Andvaris) had been impacted by the hurricane in Florida, but he never stopped assisting until my IBO finally made contact with me. Needless to say, I requested a release from that IBO and joined the Andvaris family. Ive been ecstatic about my new career as a home-based Client Service Professional ever since.
