My son and I were in and out in less than 10 minutes! The check in process was super fast. They did great with my son who is autistic. They were very patient and kind. He use to be scared of blood draws but isnt now. I definitely recommend!

This place was absolutely amazing! We were checked in an in a room in less than 2 minutes! The front desk receptionists were super nice and even talked to my daughter as well and got her calm when she got in the room. My daughter was super nervous to get her first blood work for her 10 year physical! The doctor explained everything to her and made my daughter feel so comfortable and she as very patient with my daughter who is terrified of needles! Even talked her through everything as it was happening and gave her stuffed animal bunny a sticker after they were done! She asked my daughter if she wanted to see her blood afterwards and she did and even let her poke the bottle so she can feel how warm it was! My daughter is no longer afraid to get blood work done thanks to this place! We were in and out in 10 minutes! I will never go anywhere else! 5+ stars!!!!!!!!!

Staff doesnt even know how to check lab requesition from the doctor and said they have not received anything and send me back. After a phone call they told me that they got mixed up first name and last name and the lab requesition was already there.

Ive called twice and the lady that answered the phone, Im pretty sure doesnt answer the phone normally and was very rude and kept telling me to call back in 10 minutes. Im supposed to go get my blood work done but Im not sure I want to go to this one now if thats how they talk to their patients.

The check-in process was efficient. Patients have the option of checking in by either using an IPad provided by the location or telling the receptionist about their arrival. The supervisor drew my blood work. She did a great job procedurally and was kind.

Super easy and quick check in. CoVID recommendations/requirements are being followed here.The staff and technician were so sweet and understanding. My son is 8 and this was his first blood draw experience (as well as mine as a mom). They were patient with us and allowed me to stay close to his side. Thank you ladies!

Today June 15th 2020. I went to this location to get a lab done, but the lady who took my blood ended hurting my vein and I left with my arm hurting. When I checked the band-aid it was filled with blood. I have never ever had such a terrible experience and the employee who took my blood is not meant to be a phlebotomist. She looked indu and it seemed as if she was having a bad day and took it out on me. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Easily the fastest, most efficient testing center Ive ever visited. Consummate professionals with patience and empathy. Watched the receptionist call a gentlemans doctor, get the needed documentation and provide service to the elderly gentleman, all with a smile.

This place is so misleading. I came in here to get a urine test done for a employer at 4:00pm and keep in mind they close at 4:30 only so they could tell me that they are done taking samples for the day and Id have to reschedule for the following day. They need to really state that on the website before a person wastes gas only to be rescheduled.

Front desk needs help so hippa violations don’t happen over phone, and tech never changed her gloves in between patients x 3 .

This place is AMAZING!! No idea what these bad reviews are about. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the woman that drew my blood, was GREAT! Im a very difficult blood draw & she got it right away. Was in & out in 10 minutes!! Coming HERE from now on.

Appointment at 12. Its 12:35 now still waiting. Really slow like what is the point of having an appointment if I dont get service in time. Its stressing me out. Have a meeting at 1PM.

This place is the worst. My drug test expired while I was waiting in the lobby for an extensive period of time. I witnessed the just standing around talking on several occasions before they called the next patient. I was promised, as a courtesy, that I would not have to wait when I came back with a new order. The front clerk was aware of it, and made me wait anyway. Her exact words were you can wait, its not that much of a wait anyway. Its not crazy in here like it was the other day They put the PRO in UNPROFESSIONAL.

Staff was very professional and went out of their way to help me. The experience was comparable to the Euless location, top notch!!

I had none of the issues other patients are posting about. I went in for a blood test and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I received very friendly service and all of the staff was friendly. This is a Wednesday around 230pm

That was my last trip to Labcorp! Receptionist was extremely rude to me. I was just dropping off a specimen for my agency, I dont think she needed to be rude. Im in the customer service business and I would never treat my customers in such a way.

Great experience got in and out in no time at all I didnt have an appointment but I called checked to see the times of what times they do different tests and just went in at the times got in and out with good experience and quickly.

Staff is rude.

I have gone to get blood drawn weekly for the past 3months. The staff is friendly and very kind. It is best to go before 10 because they are extremely busy from after 10 am. If you go when they first open, you are in and out in 5 minutes.

Unprofessional.

Customer service training is needed at the front desk. The employee working morning shift rolled her eyes when I corrected her when she mispronounced my name at check in. This is not good perception of how you treat your customers.

Very slow poor services. The guy at the front is very rude more people are leaving rather than going in the back to get there lab work done. I will drive across town next time just so i do not have to come here again.

This is the worse Lab Corp. - the female that sits up front is the rudest individual you will come across. She has no business greeting people. She was very very unprofessional with my husband and more less laughed in his face simply because he didnt have the correct paperwork.
