First time on my book, never ever heard of this from any other legit employment agency. Also, they want you to pay first and find you work later. Never ever heard of this one either. Made me wait for a long time for an interview and then took all my personal documents and never heard from them again. And they made me take two test. I don’t understand the logic behind all of that.

Give you empty promises, they tell you about their false future job openings to get you in to work for low pay. You dont get holiday pay but they charge the company you go to work for holiday pay. They only have low end work thats suitable for the ex cons they have working for them. All the reviews that are favorable are written by people in the office not actual employees.

I tried this staffing agency out because I do security and just wanted some extra income to save up for a rainy day or to get things that I wanted without really touching my main paycheck and leaving that check for the bills so I gave them a chance. But the companies they have contracts for are horrible! I know not all companies are good companies but the way that they run things are very unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous. This company pretty much sends you anywhere to work and the jerks that you work for will literally not give you a chance to learn the job and act as if they are paying you 10,000 a week or something. I worked for Badia Spices, Eberjey, & Quantum Storage Facilities thru this staffing company. At Eberjey I was punctual never missed a day and went above and beyond for the company to help them grow. I got sick and went to the bathroom and they fired me because I was supposedly on my phone in the bathroom. That’s a slap on the wrist if anything, but I think that the supervisor at the time was jealous of me because his bosses appreciated my work ethics and they would come to me to shake my hand and tell me to keep up the good work. Badia literally fired me because my brakes on my car went out and I almost lost control on the Turnpike leaving from their warehouse. So I called the next morning letting them know I couldn’t come in so I could get work done on my vehicle and I told them that’ll be in the following day. They didn’t wanna hear it. I was punctual there too but they were jerks the moment I stepped in and introduced myself....And Quantum was just full of jerks they were practically getting rid of every employee that this staffing company sent to them. This staffing company doesn’t even attempt to find out whether their clients are the problem or the employees that they send are the problem so that’s a no no from me because anyone could do anything and say anything about you for whatever reason and they won’t come to your defense after knowing your good work ethics and the good comments that you’ve received from other employers. Every employee that I’ve met from this staffing agency either left and said that this place and it’s jobs weren’t worth it or they got fired and just left. This company and it’s clients just see you as something expendable not as a person. They run through employees constantly instead of actually finding you stable enough work where you can progress. You’re better off applying to other jobs on your own than going through this agency.

Bad place. This a scam. Do not work for this people. I hope the states don’t labor department close down this type of business in south Florida.

Do not take any jobs with this company they are very friendly at the beginning but when you decide to move to a better job they pay you the last two checks the minimum wage that is taking advantage of working people, also most jobs are sweet shops seriously. Open your eyes.

I can say, because I know the operation internally, for candidates and clients, this is an excellent staffing firm.Highly recommended!

I feel they nothing helping people looking for work people who have certified forklift drivers just a waist of time what ever you do go to future force they will not help any person who only speak English

Its not worth coming dont come to this place they going to just tell you your going to get pay $15 and hour. They say yeah we keep u update and nothing for months don’t even waste your time on a forklift certification its not worth it your time it’s more valuable. Go somewhere else trust me and your welcome

I am Venezuelan Electrical Engineer and MBA, I went to this place to look for work as Merchandising, they asked me what I had done so far and I answered that UBER. They told me that since I had no experience in other jobs in the USA, it would be very difficult to find a job. The truth is that I dont understand how to do experience, but they give you the opportunity for the first time.

The worst job agency. They humiliate the workers and rob them of this place. It is a fraud. They have the owners Henry Gonzalez and Adela Gonzalez who are the first to rob the temporary workers. They abuse them and even charge them for taking the drug test. ”This place is a shame and a fraud. Alert ! Do not work for this agency or you will regret it. You have to report to close this agency with the labor department.

Its a COLD agency. You say you apply online and after you call, I do not recommend it.

My experience with future force was very sad and bad, the representative Miguel Burgos of that agency lied and offended me very discriminatively when he said that I, like the other Cubans, were not serving and many other things and ended up stealing myself under lies, while people like him work or allow such abuses without taking action that Futura Force agency will be a lie and a scam, I wish someone could take some action against this type of situation, thank you
