Horrible job agency, They do not return your calls or emails to follow up. The front desk receptionist is so rude and obnoxious, chews GUM like a cow in front of clients, and gives a nasty attitude to everyone. also never heared back from them after multiple times of me calling them for work. Not as helpful as I would assume a job agency should be . I got dirty looks and attitude from these people, will Not be recommending or returning to this job agency in 49 street location in hialeah.

I have been in this country for 5 years and my current job is in a company that westaff provides workforce for her. When I applied at westaff I had an excellent treatment from its employees and in a short time I was already working. Thanks to westaff I have my job and I know many people who also started where I work because westaff looked for this job, with an excellent treatment and always ready to help everyone who comes to their offices, thanks westaff for being there, thanks massiel for the treatment and attention you have with your employees.

This agency is a disaster. I put a star to be able to post my comment. The manager Carol It is very informal. My name is for an interview at 11 and when it rains your receptionist informs me that Carol is in a meeting until 12: 30-1: 00pm. Super unprofessional, they dont respect people and dont mind helping. I honestly do not recommend it for anyone! Carol the manager told me not to pay attention to the receptionist. He spoke to me in a bad way, he raised your tone and did not behave properly. It seems incredible that she is a manager of a place that is supposed to be professional. Very bad experience I do not recommend it to anyone.
