My twin granddaughters had their party there on Sunday August 8 and this place was decorated so pretty they were pretty the food was good. The DJ seem a little office but overall nice place. So glad my daughter gave this hall her business..

I had my baby shower there last week. Despite a rainy day and some of my guests fail to show up Olga’s ballroom still made sure me and husband had a blast. Servers were so nice and attentive, Dj was on point, the bartender was amazing. Food taste so so good and the cake was the best piece of cake I ever had. All of my friends and family loved how nice and spacious the place was. It was my first baby shower and Olga’s Ballroom did not disappoint. Thank you Olga

Absolutely amazing! I had my quinceañera there last Saturday and everything went to perfection. The decorations were beautiful and the stage, tables, and chairs were decorated exactly how I wanted. The food tasted amazing, the cake tasted amazing, as well as appetizers. The staff was extremely nice and the bartender was friendly. Raysa, the manager is a sweetheart and kept checking up on me days before the party to make sure everything went to perfection. Not only all of his, but the venue was renewed recently and is super modern and beautiful. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Hosted my sister in laws 15s at Olgas about 2 weeks ago and the set up was just beautiful and perfect! Very clean and extremely spacious. The birthday girl was beyond happy how everything came out and truly enjoyed her quineanera. They were able to accommodate us with very short notice and work with us till the very last minute. I am so glad that we pick Olga’s Ballroom @ Hialeah place for my daughters 15. We ordered a graduation balloon piece in June for my granddaughter. The balloons were delivered on time. The finished product was amazing. Everyone loved it and people were stopping to take pictures. I had inquiries from as far away as New York asking who made it. I will definitely go to Olga for whatever I want in the future. She is very personable and professional.

I had my baby shower here and the venue and staff was amazing. It was everything I wanted it to be and I didn’t have to lift a finger. They did absolutely every for me and the event coordinator was super nice and did everything exactly how I wanted it.Very pleased with my experience.

Packages are very well priced for everything included and they go the extra mile at no additional cost. The food was delicious and well portioned. The bar selection was high end. I decided to have my 15’s Party at Olga’s Ballroom, and it was better than I imagined. Idolla was the one that helped us and she was absolutely amazing. She helped and pleased me in every way possible. Made my dream Quinceañera come true. I wouldn’t have wanted it any different. I loved how the whole place looked. The food was excellent.There was a lot of options and packages to choose from. The master of ceremony was amazing as well, she helped me prepare the ceremony. My experience with them was AMAZING!!! Thanks to Idolla and Claudia for making me feel like a princess.

Just nowMy daughter had to cancel her baby shower due to the current Coronavirous pandemic. At the advise of her doctors, our state and federal Government. Social gatherings of more than 10 persons must be avoided. Yet, my daughter requested some kind of refund, for an event that cant take place due to a health crisis. The staff at Olgas Banquet Hall explained that according to their contract, they do not refund. They offered a credit for another date in the future. Keep in mind, airlines and other businesses are working with customers under these special circumstances. These situations need to be handled on a case to case basis. Recognizing the special needs and circumstances of your customers. Keeping in mind that people are being sent home, loosing wages etc. A party at another time my not be what the customer wants or needs. This business in inhumane in their practice of customer service. My daughter is requesting a refund for food that would not be consumed, alcohol that will not be consumed, entertainment that will not occur. Services that will not be rendered because the party for a pregnant woman that should not be exposed to others based on a national epidemic. She is not asking for a full refund. It is understandable that they would hold some funds based on the fact that they saved the date. Yet she paid for the event in full. Under these circumstances this company should consider giving a considerable portion of the money back. These are times when people are concerned with the future and how they will feed their families if this pandemic extends itself as it is predicted. It is unbelievable that no exceptions can be made to their holy contract, when exemptions and previsions are being made across the nation to help each other. For this reason I feel this place of business should be negatively blasted across the media. Their lack of humanity during these times should be considered before you give them one dollar of your money. Celebrate your next event any place but at Olgas Banquet Hall. It is evident that they do not care for the community and the citizens that have supported them in the past. This would have been the second event our family would have done there. Not only will we never use them again, I will make certain their lack empathy, humanity and flexibility within a crisis is known throughout every possible method of communication. This is just shameful.

First of all the place was beautiful. We had a winter wonderland theme and thats what they gave us. The banquet hall had plenty of space to park outside. The banquet inside is roomy. The bathrooms were clean. The bartender, DJ, waitresses were very attentive. Ydoya was there from the beginning of the planning. She made sure on the day of the event that everything was running smoothly before she left. Everyone at my company had a wonderful time. Would totally recommend this banquet hall.

Absolutely recommend it. The venue was amazing, the staff extremely nice and helpful. We had my nieces 15th birthday party just this past weekend, and everything was beyond perfect. Food, music, master of ceremonies, photography...I mean, what else can I say??? Ms. Rosy which was the person who helped us...was beyond helpful. I am very happy with the way everything turned out. Very happy for my result I hosted my 30th birthday here, the cake was amazing and so was the food! Pleased to say Rosa and Ana helped out so much my theme was Mascarade they had so many ideas I appreciate.

Went to a family member’s wedding in July 2019. The decor was “dollar tree cheap”, food was absolutely horrible and the service was lackluster at best. Would not recommend at all.

Nice place and clean. The dance floor lights up to nice colors!The only problem is that the dance floor is in the second floor and the bathroom in the first floor...if you are wearing high heels is a little bit inconvenient to go up and down.

My wedding was on March 3, 2019 and this was an amazing experience The best part of everything was Eveme Photography they are very professional I will never go back to JCPenny photo studio after this they communicate and take wonderful photos. I want to thank both Olgas Ballroom and Eveme Photography for the wonderful experience I do not regret one thing.

Hostess refused to let a gay couple friends of the family participate in couple games twice. It was very embarrassing and unprofessional. Ballroom is nice and clean. Hostess sucked!

The Hall was beautiful, however the bathrooms are on the first floor and the hall is on the 2nd floorAnd the stairs are steep but most important many of the guest including my family got sick and had diarrhea because of the food whoch is quite concerning because I have read that this has happened before someone should look into this

Beautiful banquet hall and amazing staff. Everyone that works there starting with Jose and Rosa are both very helpful. The banquet hall is beautiful. Only complaint was the DJ Carlos. We wanted to meet with him prior to the wedding day to discuss the list and the music we wanted and he stayed since he lives in IslaMorada he will have to charge us a $40 fee just to meet. Which I thought was ridiculous since its part of his job and I shouldnt have to pay for his gas. WE refused to pay for it and told him it was fine. The wedding day he played nothing but boring music, definitely needs some real dj training to keep the dance floor going and on top of that my wife the bride asked him to play a song & he told her with an attitude that other people had requested salsa and she was going to have the wait. Mind you he was with his girlfriend more worried about keeping busy with her than keeping the party on the dance floor(not professional at all)The night ended and she never got to dance the song she requested. Other than the dj everyone else was beyond amazing & made sure everything was beyond our expectations. Rosa was so helpful with my wife and she even told her to drop off everything the night before and she will decorate it for her the day of the wedding that way she didnt have to go around all crazy the day off.. she did an amazing job. Thank you all for your hard work!! If it wasnt for the dj I will rate a 5 star.

We decided to have my girls quinces party at Olga’s ballroom because from the beginning, Mrs. Idolla attended us with great sincerity, kindness and professionalism, she helped us prepare the room with an exceptional touch. He gave us ideas and guided us so that the dreams of a little girl came true. His work, his love and his help was something that helped me a lot since one as a mother becomes nervous when preparing the 15 of a daughter. Very nice place, it was my friends baby shower and I really liked the activity but what I liked most was the presence of Claudia as coordinator of the party, she is very good at what she does, take care of every detail of the photos, of The activities, from each moment, made sure that my friend had very nice memories in her photos, a 10 for her.

My granddaughter was 15 and everything was a failure. The employees of the place are not willing to work properly, super bad attention, many guests protested the food, the photographer eveme and the master of ceremony weighed, she arrived 10 Minutes late at fifteen, I arrive in a hurry and did not have time to rectify last details, it is disappointing that one pays so expensive for a party and things do not go properly. When I call the banquet hall, the lady with whom I speak simply He said that those things happen, disappointingly, my other granddaughter and relatives definitely wont go to that banquet hall to celebrate their parties.

It was a wonderful night, not neglected or a detail by the team of the banquet hall. the food was very delicious and the workers were very attentive when it came to serving the guests. This night was also unique and magical thanks to the participation of Ever (the photographer) and the wonderful teacher of ceremony Claudia who made the night a fairy tale.

The DJ is terrible, he puts on the music and you disappear, the master of ceremonies is a disaster, he wants to do what she wants and the air conditioning does not work
