The ballroom is clean, COVID-19 safe (staff wore masks and hand sanitizer was available). The food was good (chicken, mashed potatoes, veggie medley). Good sound system and relevant music, as well as a good emcee to narrate/manage the proceedings. Overall a positive experience.

The best Banquet Hall ever!!! I really enjoyed my experience in this banquet hall...I did other celebrations in other banquet halls but this one is the best!!! No complaints at all!!! I had my husbands 50th birthday party there and it was fantastic. I just recently celebrated mine and it was even better. The service was awesome and the food was great. The 1920s Gatsby decor looked absolutely beautiful. Ana and her staff are wonderful and they go out of there way to make you happy. I was extremely happy with everything and would definitely recommend having an event there.

Well I would like to say that the place is beautiful but the owner of the place doesnt have a heart. I had booker for January 24 and because I lost my job I went and cancel 4 months in advance and had already given $1500. And they have no heart and would returned anything. I tried passing the money to another girl in need and the rejected it. All everyone cares for at the end of the day is the money no heart for someone that lost the job and cant do my daughters fifteens.

Ana is so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. The service has been magnificent she help with everything I’ve needed.my daughters Quinces will be on June however haven’t had no stress Ana has done the work for me, I’ve feel relieved with her. We love her so much because at the moment we got inside she made you feel like family. Won’t ever forget I visited many banquet halls and none of them provided the correct information or welcoming.I highly recommend this place because of Ana!

Ana and her staff are amazing. Before going to Sapphire Ballrooms I went to Forever Reception for a quote and it was a horrible experience. I was driving by and I decided to stop at Sapphire, did not need to keep looking. Great service from Ana the minute I walked in. She LISTENED to what I was looking for and worked around my budget. She deserves more than 5 stars.

This place is wonderful! I had my baby shower here 9 years ago for my son and chose it because it was the cleanest and nicest and most affordable of all in Hialeah ! Came back to celebrate my youngest daughters 1st birthday and everything was phenomenal! The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful, so attentive and super sweet! I will always refer this placeOh and 9 years later I am now in the event planning industry and have seen many many places, this is still the nicest and cleanest banquet hall in Hialeah!

I wish there would be a 10-star option for rating...super pleased with the service, decoration, quality and environment! I loved it! Ana was very kind and willing to work with me and my budget and expectations for my babyshower. The manager who took care of us at the party was so attentive and kind. The dj and photographer went out of their way to help me be able to display my slideshow without a flashdrive. Just had my 40th bday bash with Ana and Sapphire ballrooms and words cannot express how grateful and happy I am with the job they did. Every idea i had came true from Ana helping me creating my ideas a reality to the staff decorating to perfection and the waiters and bartenders attending to my guests to Santiago the DJ played all the music that I wanted and the MC Ray was so great and stuck to my Great Gatsby theme. Even his look was on point. To anyone that has doubt on using them u will make the biggest mistake if u dont go with them they are the best in town.

I just did my wedding here on Saturday and it was the most beautiful decorations the most detailed service o absolutely love this place all my guest were excited to share how beautiful the place was how delicious the food was how great the fully stocked bar was, and to think this was well under our budget. Besides the luxury amenities the service left us all speechless. The waiters, the Dj, the photographer, etc... were the kindest and most respectful service we have ever received anywhere. As for the coordinators Ana and Blanchie were more than professionals to us, the way they helped and treated us during the planning of our wedding let us know we made the right decision. Everywhere else they treated us like just another client but not here, it was so personal and loving that by the end of the wedding I considered them aunts. Any event I ever have will be here! And I will only recommend this ballroom, genuinely love this these people.

I had my wedding here it came out beautiful. The decorations were lovely and they were very accomidating. The cake was perfect. The food was great. My only complaint was the dj was lame. Might as well have put the radio on. And they kicked us out right on time. Playing thats all folks when my wedsing was delayed an HOUR due to their technical difficulties which was infuriating. And they tgrew away my rose petals of my flower girl right in front of me and gave me fake ones. Also no where for the bride to hide, all they had was a sheer curtain so everyone arriving could see me.

I want to share my experience towards this Sapphire Ballrooms room on Friday 4-16-2021 we had the 15 years of my daughter Emily Sanchez and it was a great success, we had a super time, it was spectacular but one of the things that made us choose this place was the lady Ana is truly a super sweet person, she always tries to help you in everything and makes people stay here pork never makes you feel bad, my girl always loved her treatment of Mrs. Marielena, she is also the one who decorates the whole room and It is in every detail to the people of the night I also appreciate the divine bar the treatment the exquisite food everyone told me we are very happy the manager helped me at all times thanks on behalf of my husband my daughter and I yelenny is my name thanks 🙏🙏😊

The living room is fine. The tender bar was very friendly. The food however was not good at all. Badly presented and tasteless dishes. A shame.

Not a good place to party. My experience. They did not serve the food to all the guests. The bar only had orange juice for drinks for the first hour. And the Stege did not work as it should. The manager did have a good deal with us but did not realize the rest.

The fifteen of my daughter Nayelis were 8/5/2016 in saphire ballrooms, it was an unforgettable night, the salon was beautiful, everything as she asked.
