I have not yet done my wedding there but I already booked my date the very same day of my appointment. I do have to say that this venue is beautiful! Everything is so crisp and clean and the flooring, roofing, chandeliers the white I mean everything is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Clara and Justin worked there magic in being able to get me to my budget and there professionalism was outstanding. Very friendly people as well. I am confident that my day is going to turn out beautiful I CANT WAIT!Thank you Clara and Justin!

Everything was amazing! Justin was magical at making sure everything ran smoothly! Honestly, before booking we were concerned about “banquet hall” food. We got so many compliments all night about how amazing the food was! Definitely restaurant quality!! They are a one stop shop which made wedding planning during a pandemic a lot more streamline! The venue was a total dream. All the phone calls and all the meetings we had was more then worth it. The ballroom was so beautiful, the DJ was so amazing playing the latest songs and for playing every song we included on the list we handed to him. My main concern was the food....so of course, I couldnt end this review without talking about the food. AMAZING! It was so fresh, tasty & delicious. It totally surpassed my expectations. We couldnt have done this without YOU! Cant wait for the next event :)

I had my Quinceañera party here 2/29/2020 and all I can say was it was all I wished for and more. From the amazing staff going above and beyond to the amazing decorations they really made my dreams a reality. The event coordinators were their helping me make everything I had in my head into a really life event, I can honestly say it was the night of my dreams. Thank you Royal Palace Ballrooms you guys are the best!! 💕

Nobody ever returns your calls and the manager provided her cell phone number and she never answers. This serves as poor customer! Im super unhappy as the place is nice but no one calls you back. 😔

Bad customer service when it came to finalizing the contract. Clara had given us an awesome price and when we went to finalize everything, Justin threw us a higher price and then took off some things and reduced the amount of time for our reception/ceremony. I think it was extremely disrespectful to waste our time for weeks and then not honor our original price. Clara took her time getting back to us with answers and because of that we were not able to make other decisions in regards to other venues. It was just a bad experience the whole time. We obviously didnt end up going with them lol but thank God, because we found a nicer place with a better price!

Our wedding ceremony and reception was held at Royal Palace Ballrooms and everything was PERFECT! From the moment I decided to go with this venue, I have received exceptional service and quick responses. Hugo and Vaity were amazingly helpful and provided details and assistance with anything that came to mind. Considering I was not local, I Felt very confident using their services. The decor was extremely beautiful and elegant and every detail I wanted was provided. The transitions of the event was very smooth and the vendors offered through Royal Palace that I chose were great. And the food, DELICIOUS! All of the guests raved about how beautiful everything was and I can’t thank Royal Palace Ballroom enough. Hugo goes out of his way to ensure your event is exactly what you want and I appreciate them very much. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Great space for events, VERY helpful staff!

I celebrated my twin daughters 15s last Saturday night at Royal Palace. Vaidy and Hugo were a pleasure to work with. I used a combination of their vendors and outside vendors. There was no hesitation or push back in allowing me to use outside vendors. From their preferred vendors, I used flowers, cake, and the photographer. All of them were excellent & I would recommend each and every one of them. Vaidy gave me several selections to choose from for the food tasting. I chose beef for my entree with yellow rice and parsley potatoes. The beef was moist, delicious, and served nice and hot. The cake was served with ice cream which was a nice touch. I would not hesitate to have another event at this venue. They exceeded my expectations.

This place looks great but the bartender sucks. Not to mention he Use the F word on me.They will let you know when bar is closed but then they start serving someone else in front of you after they have told you no more drinks. I wasn’t drunk but I don’t believe that when a customer wants a drink that they should deny it. I had to talk to the manager to let him know he didn’t want to serve me but served someone’s else in front of me after he had deny me a drink. If he is getting paid he should serve customers but he had bad judgment and only wanted to serve who he wanted to serve.Don’t trust the bartender. The manager would judge you as well without knowing the truth.

I love it there its a very nice place to enjoy events and family gatherings. I been there a couple times it was very nice I love going there I hope to go there again

The owner Vaiti was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to ensure this was a good experience. We had a few hiccups with catering, music and the DJ. However overall it was great.

Two years ago, I celebrated the Sweet Sixteen to my daughter in this EXCELENT and HELPFUL PLACE.The personnel, the office, before, during, and after the party, everything was PERFECT.Still, the people are asking me. Today, Im referring the salon to one of my friends.Thanks, and God bless this FAMILIAR business proyect !!!!

I Celebrated my 50Th birthday @ Royal Palace Ballroom, I had a wonderful and unforgettable experience; the food, the service and venue were highly rated bay the attendants. I thank to the owners and their daughter for making my day memorable. I definitely recommend this place.

I had my wedding here and it is not what it seems.*They say its open bar but ran out of white wine in the first hour and my guest werent allowed to have shots.*The servers were rude to my guest and told them if they were not seated they would not get a plate of food. I paid for 100 people so whether or not they were sitting they should of laid out 100 plates, again I paid for these plates.*Also I had to leave the reception area so that i could find the manager so they could turn the lights off.*the DJ was an older gentleman who played the worst songs ever, I had to tell him to change the slow songs at least 4 times, oh and not to mention he called me 2 days before my wedding to greet me but didnt ask me what type of music I liked.*the hors doeuvres were microwaveable, they gave my guest bagel bites, cheese, and taquitos that you normally make in the oven.

I had two of my cousins do their quinceñeras at this banquet hall and it was gorgeous. however, the people doing the music messed up the order even when given the list and the announcer was rude to the court when there was a different way to say things. other than that though, everything was perfect

I just had my wedding there and it was awesome. The place was beautiful, the food was excellent, the staff was efficient and pleasant. The DJ, Henri, did an excellent job and the MC, Yeni Hernandez. All the vendors were great: Erika Flowers, Bon Bon Cakes, and RocFort Photos. All of our guests raved about the wedding and they thought the venue was great also. I recommend this venue for any event.

I want to thank Justin and his entire team. I really appreciate everything you did in such a short time so that my princesss birthday was perfect, yes perfect! The treatment, the planning, the decoration, the food (taste and presentation), the cake (beautiful and delicious), the handling of the guests ... Everything! At first I felt afraid of the Covid, however they, together with their team, handled all the guests in perfect order and professionalism.After visiting 6 venues, an Instagram ad caught my attention, I made an appointment and the same day we made a contract. Of all the places I visited (some beautiful and renowned), however, they offered me EVERYTHING, which because I had little time (only 2 months) I simplified the process at a fair price.They have everything you need to celebrate your quinceañera and arrive as a guest. That was it! A guest of my daughters Fifteen !! We asked what we wanted and they took care of everything. Thank you, thank you, my daughter was very happy, she and her friends had a lot of fun with the crazy hour, it was very entertaining and MC handled the ceremony very well.

In May 2021 I celebrated my daughter her 15 years, and not very happy with the result.A week before the party, they told me that the decoration that I had given them in advance they did not make ... change of decoration at the last minuteDuring the reception:Lacking a few minutes before the guests were seated the tables did not have. The numbers.The food was coldSeveral glasses where drinks were served were dirtyDuring dinner the emcee would call people in small groups for photos which did not happen.At dinner a slide of photos was going to be presented which was not presentedTeens had a special drink and there wasnt oneA photo booth was hired that was late.
