I had my wedding both ceremony and reception here this summer in the end my guest loved it and was happy, I loved the decorations . The lady in charge at the time of the wedding she was really a sweet heart . The food was good and drinks where good I love how she offered a kids menu for my ring bearer which was so sweet . I do have some complaints on how I had a contract that was made from 2019 for my 2020 wedding but due to Covid it was postponed and this year 2021 I finally went through with it .A lot of the things was changed up . I walked down the isle there is no runner on the floor I wish they told me I would of bring my own because that looked tacky . The fog machine they charged $300 for was a complete waste of money they never run it enough to even reach pass your knees i looked back at the videos and I was very disappointed . They rushed and cut my cake before I even got to cut it with my husband which is kind a sad . While your eating keep a close eye on your food because when you look a way your plate will be gone, other than that . I can say I was happy my family was happy .

Great and excellent service. Guys you go the extra mile. We love it. But a little advise for the owners. It’s better to have extra than less. In my party they can’t serve all guests because they don’t have enough dinnerware. Really that doesn’t looks good to you. The guys one the service they were super great. Thanks a lot. My family and I are very pleased with the service provided by the staff, the Dj was awesome, the bartender was great, good food, good music, we had a great party, thank guys for making it happen. I strongly recommend this banquet hall. The best for the price. Thank you.

The banquet hall employees were really nice but everything else was a disaster. The cake was a joke, all white with no decorations. All that was agreed with the planner was not done. The DJ was either amateur or just horrible. We rented for a baby shower and the baby mama ended up stress out instead of celebrating. The open bar was really limited and the music started an hour and a half later.

Personally, I had my 15 birthday party in this ballroom. The food was really good and everything was well decorated. However, I highly recommend that you read the contract thoroughly because the contract says that they will not be responsible for absolutely anything that happens. In my experience, I paid lots of money for a fog machine that only wet the dance floor and I didnt get my refund because of that statement in the contract. Also, I had a three tier cake which they stole half of. Be careful with this ballroom.

Sunday March 21, 2021 was the wedding of my daughter and I want to publicly thank the courtesy and good service we received from start to finish, I liked the delicacy of the details in the decoration, the cleanliness that in these times of pandemic are very important, very good food and warm and friendly service from everyone especially the managers who direct the reception. My experience was horrible. I did not read the contract and i trusted in what the boss Alex Bueno was selling me through Marlene Fonts. I had to pay everything before the event and the contract said that they are not responsible for anything whether that be bad food, if the lights go off, if the music stops working, and if the fog machine doesnt work they werent responsible for that either. I have proof of all of this and whoever wants to see can contact me. The owner thanks you as soon as you contract him and tells you that if you have a problem to let him know. I contacted him multiple times by email and he never responded. Today, i write this review waiting for his response. Marlene, i contacted you many times and you told me that that was a process and after some time, you told me that you cannot refund me but give me a discount of 200 dollars so that i can have another event with them in any of their banquet halls for the loss of money i had with them. I told them i just wanted my refund and until today, they blocked me form all of their numbers. I even contacted Marlene through Wattsapp and she also blocked me. My advice, dont sign their contract until you read everything in the contract.

We had a wedding at this ballroom and everything was just perfect. Excellent food, service was amazing. Waiters were very nice, the ballroom was beautifully decorated. Marlene was very nice and made necessary accommodations for my daughters beautiful wedding. La hora loca brought the fun to the party I will definitely be using their service in the future. My daughters quinceañera was on Saturday and they came out so beautiful, I could not be more happy with the outcome. The service is amazing there is a lot of room, everyone follows rules through covid, I was scared because I booked the party before the pandemic and everything was so clean and overall my babygirl got the quinceañera of her dreams. They have great taste and amazing decor skills

The Jackson Memorial Retail Pharmacy held their holiday party at Seduction Ballroom and it was an all around wonderful experience. The venue was elegantly decorated with a XMAS theme, the DJ, bartenders and servers were all very professional. And what can I say about Marlene, the event planner for Seduction Ballroom. She is AWESOME! She is very professional, loves what she does and enjoys making the clients happy. Strong recommendation for anyone looking for a nice venue.

From the first call I made to inquire about their services I was pleasantly surprised with the customer care provided. We were walked through the banquet hall and given ideas for decoration, food and music and everyone working for this organization treat you like family. The day of the party I walked in with the tables being set up perfectly and it was much more than what we were expecting. They were so caring and you can tell they take pride in their work. I highly recommend this venue for any party! I will definitely be seeking them out again for my next event.

My sister had her wedding here and it was absolutely amazing. The ceremony was not rehearsed but the director explained everything in great detail the day of and it went smoothly. Marlen was so accommodating, she helped us make everything perfect! I cannot believe it was planned in less than a month, no one believed us. The waiters were full of life, so funny, and gave great service to all of my sisters guests. The hora loca was so much fun, it definitely got everyone off their seats and onto the dance floor. I would recommend anyone who is looking into renting a banquet hall to use Seduction ballrooms.

I had my daughter’s Quinceañera party and I honestly cannot be any happier or satisfied with the service they offered all around. Marlene was exceptional in looking for the decor and making it all workout. The bartender, the MC, DJ, waiters and waitresses were amicable with a huge smile in their face and happy to make my daughter and I happy. To be honest, if I had to do this all over, I would do it with them again.

Very thankful for the wonderful wedding I was given in this location. DJ Vinnie played great music and had the ceremony music played perfectly in tune with my court and I. I was honestly nervous about that part but no he had it perfectly fine and I was left with the biggest smile on my face. My MC Cecilia was amazing as well! Gives excellent advise and knows her stuff. Was very thankful to have her be a part of my wedding. Overall I was very happy with how my wedding turned out. Great venue for your party! We had a sweet 16 and every need and want was met. Starting with the planner - Danlay- who took us step by step from the first visit, the decorations, the music of DJ Vinnie (Vicente), the funny bartender (Fernando), the cordial servers and all the staff in the kitchen and around the floor. Everything was clean, neat and perfect. The food was really good too. I totally recommend it.

What an amazing experience. Marlene gave us such a great overall experience and I could not have ask for more. Being that the location is in Hialeah, we have a misconception of older ballrooms and this was definitely did not one of those. The ballroom was set up perfectly with the colors, decorations and most of all, the cleanliness. I had such a magical birthday party and it was all thanks to Marlene. She helped me choose everything and guided through my process without changing my idea. This hall offers plenty of quality for a very affordable price. Marlene the manager is very precise and she is there to assist with any last minute details you might need and also is very thorough with the pricing and packages. There are no scams here or a bunch of promises not kept. Seduction is a business just like any other and you get what you pay for. I have done several events with Marlene and I have always been very pleased with her assistance and the service the staff offers.

Ac was broken on the day of the wedding, my flowers were not put on the cake, the centerpiece flowers were dead, i gave $100 to the banquet hall for the notary that then canceled 2 weeks before and the banquet hall didnt want to refund me the money instead they ended up giving me credit.The bathrooms were dirty and no toilet seat in the women’s bathroom... i gave it 3 stars for the DJ, Limo, Bar and it was decent i guess

I couldn’t of had a better place to do my baby shower. I live in Naples and came down to Hialeah to do my baby shower and Marlen made sure that everything was set up perfect I totally recommend this banquet hall they will work with you no matter what.

We had our wedding reception at Seduction on March 22, 2019. I will review by categories so you can make an informed decision. Keep in mind they work with ALL inclusive packages, which means you can pick your vendors from the choices they provide you with. My reason to give 3 stars is because of a huge problem with had with the photos and how it was handled.The entire process: When we signed our contract, Marlene was their lead person, she quit cold turkey 3 months before the wedding and that made communication very hard because every time we called was a different person I was dealing with. My advice is to be on top, its your event, call to confirm 100 times if needed.The food: It was not gourmet, but of course, we did not pay for gourmet. Given our expectations, the food was better then what we thought. Not the best food, but keep in mind what you paid for and be realistic with your expectations. My advice, pick something with a sauce, remember its a plated dinner and your food will sit in the oven for hours before being served. The bread was super hard, not edible, but that wasnt a problem for us.Master of Ceremony: Cecilia, we couldnt have asked for anyone better.The cocktail hour: Marlene had said the place open its doors 15 minutes ahead of the event, meaning in our case 6:45 and the bar would open 7pm. This is not what happened. My guests were outside from 6:45 until 7:10 with no drinks or food when I had to call and asked the receptionist to let them in! I dont think its logical to serve appetizers and drinks outside, on the Florida heat, for 100 wedding guests basically standing in the parking lot since they only have 3 tables out. Ask them to serve cocktail inside the ballroom.The Limo: Friendly guy, was there on time to pick us up and limo looked great.Servers: Ariel is the sweetest, they went above and beyond to make us happy.Bar: Margarita was the best, pinacolada way too sweet for everyones taste, he was happy to accommodate any request, my only issue was that he served my beer in a plastic cup, all night long.Decor: Claudia and Sandra really care, they had so much patience with us and really made it look so pretty. Again, be on top, my chairs were all different from the ones we asked, but that wasnt a problem. Stick to Claudia, she is so great.DJ: He goes by Danger, nice guy, plays what you ask. He however missed the cue for the Samba show because he was on his phone, and messed up the intro song for our wedding party because he was outside the venue. Still, nice guy.Cake: Very good, we went with Amparo. Again, be on top!!! I called 2 days before wedding to make sure, and she had completely forgot we agree and paid extra for an specific design.Flowers: Odalis, very sweet lady and did what we asked for.Photos: My advice, GET THE CREDIT and hire outside professionals. My wedding was ruined because Inlimine Productions, Jessica and Ketty, got to the venue late and missed the entire processional and lied to us saying their camera got hot inside the trunk and couldnt record the beginning. Do you know whats not to have a memory of the bride walking with her dad??I have wrote the ballroom asking for a refund and received no replies.The photos they provided us with were a joke, closed eyes, blurry, looking at the wrong camera. They charged extra to go to the ceremony venue even though my contract included that, they give you zero directions, I had to ask them to take photos of my shoes, bouquet and rings. They left at 10pm promptly, and while we were eating they were seating texting on their phone.. Be very aware the photo is the MOST important part of your event, because thats all that is left!Other choices they had: ROCKFORT, very rude lady and we were told for what they pay me i will not work over 4 hours so if your ceremony is somewhere else you need to pay me or i will leave.MARCOS, which has reviews all over the internet that he takes over 6 months to release the photos.All in all, other then the problem with video and photos, it was a good experience.

They have new owners and its been awful. Food was raw, DJ is not active with the guests to give an animated environment. They promised open bar with a selection of drinks and the day of they changed to just certain drinks. We have done several parties at this location and its declined over the years.

Todo estuvo totalmente mal, ha sido mi peor experiencia con un banquet hall desde que no pusieron la decoración correcta haga que pusieron un cake equivocado. La fiesta estaba supuesta a empezar a la 1PM y no hubo música hasta las 2:30PM, en la barra abierta estaba supuesto a haber wiski y no tenían todas las botellas estaban vacías mis invitados tuvieron que salir a comprar. Ya han pasado 72 horas y no he recibido un refund por por mis quejas aún. 1 estrella porque no hay opción para 0

Unfortunately I have to let you know that my experience with the people who coordinate that banquet hall, my daughter-in-law had her baby shower on December 17, we asked her to be able to enter to decorate at least at 11 because the party started at one and we lived in Orlando that Any problem that arose we were not going to have time, they did not open until 12 the day the first worker arrived, the chairs that we asked to be put were not, the ones that were had the cushions dirty, the floor was filthy, we had to help the workers to clean because there was no time and they had to do their part, the cake table was no longer as we had asked for it, when we called to speak to someone in charge the bartender was the one who always stood up and told us He helped all the time like the other workers, in the end the manager replied that those things that we had asked for were not written in the moral contract: “Look carefully that everything is written and n the contract because but after you pay they cheat you and put what is convenient for them, I did not know the owner found out about this but of course I will never go there again. Well located to reach it. Great parking Clean, good food. Good snacks A Discjoker with a very good repertoire, all night. I think the Bar could be better stocked. However, the bartenders were very friendly. Good arrangement of the premises and floral ornaments.
