I do not recommend. Called to get some information over the phone. The representative I spoke to had absolutely no phone etiquette, she was very Hialeah. Very rude and unprofessional. If I am being treated poorly on the phone, imagine in person or when I host my event. I am personally in the event industry, and if my employees EVER treated anyone on the phone the way I was treated, they would be fired immediately!!! I am still waiting to be emailed from this representative. What a joke. Clearly the owners do not care for their clients, or what professionalism is being portrayed. If you dont want my business, no worries, I will take it elsewhere.

Not only is the customer service amazing, so is the atmosphere. I was so happy when I found this Venue. I will definitely be using them again.. I had no complaints.

It’s a very fun place and just the right size. It’s not too big and not too small. Can fit a lot of people. Would recommend for quinces.

I had my daughters quinces here in November during the pandemic. The staff was amazing....food great...and the hall is perfect for all kinds of themes or events. Super clean and modern!! Cant wait to have an excuse to plan another party there. Highly recommended!

Where do I start the first time I saw the ballroom I fell in love with it I attended a baby shower there. I knew from that day that I wanted to have my big day there. Over the years I’ve brought so much business to that ballroom just because I fell in love with them. The customer service is A one service they go over and beyond to make their clients happy and the ballroom is just beautiful. They have so much to offer to the clients their packages are amazing they are basically a one stop shop. Julie is an amazing person Throughout the whole process of planning my wedding she made sure I had everything I wanted and more.Even up until the wedding day I was still being surprised with things that I didn’t even know that I was receiving for my wedding. She has a very fancy taste and that’s what I love because I’m nothing but fancy over the top. She made every accommodation to make me happy she did things that I thought that she shouldn’t even did just to make sure that I was happy. My wedding was nothing but beautiful and she played a big part in making that happen. If I had to do my wedding over again I would definitely go to Regal Palace ballroom. She made me and my husband feel like a king She transformed the ballroom into our own personal castle. We felt and looked like royalty. I wouldn’t have had my where any of the ballroom the packages were still affordable and customized to my likely. Thank you to the whole ballroom staff for treating me like a king and making sure my day was amazing. I would definitely be referring people to the ballroom to bring more business to this wonderful wonderful wonderful Ballroom. You put a smile on my face and made some everlasting memories for me and my husband and I thank you.

I have planned 2 parties...one on Black Friday to surprise my father and the second this passed Saturday for my daughter’s quince. Julie was so patient, understanding and helpful with all the details. When I walked in on the 25th with my daughter the hall was breathtaking. My vision came to fruition for the quince celebration. Family, friends and all the teens had a blast. Thank you again for making baby girl’s special night amazing.

The banquet hall is beautiful and the decoration that was done for us was gorgeous. The staff are extremely nice and there was fantastic service. Very nice and spacious banquet hall. The servers were so kind and professional at our friends 70th birthday party. The food from their menu was on point and so was the bartender. I didnt meet the DJ but over played quite modern and oldies music delightfully. If youre from the area, I will gladly recommend to host any of your special events here. Its conveniently close to the i75 highway which connects to many intersections.

Excellent place to hold a party. The hall is very clean and can easily accommodate 100 persons in a party. Has kitchen facilities, bar area as well as dancing area. Although it is located on a second floor, there is an elevator.
