Absolutely satisfied with the service at this venue! Lore is amazing! The food was delicious. She helped guide me the entire princess for my daughter’s Quinceanera. Everything came out beautiful.

I had my daughter graduation party there in June 2021. Everything was fantastic. The staff there very professional and service at excellent level. Lory is the best party planner make your event extraordinary. I’m grateful to the staff, the bartender, my DJ Cruz was the best, the night manager, the servers, the Cleanning crew. I deliver flowers to this place very very nice place very clean hand sanitizer provided for anyone the staff is friendly and knowledgeable even though Ive never been here I do deliver the flowers for their banquet I did do a wonderful job of setting up for whatever party they are doing

Had my Baby Shower here on June 16, and this will be the last time I ever allow someone else outside my family to serve food. First thing first, the decoration and appearance of the hall were clean and very nice. The staff was really respectful till it came time for food to be served. Our menu consisted of choice of rice: seafood rice or red beans and rice. Choice of protein: dark drumsticks, baked chicken wings or baked chicken breast. With the only vegetable option being green beans. Both sides of the attending families made sure their were going to be well more then enough food supplied for this event. Sadly to say our guest and family were only served the dark drumsticks and seafood rice, menus the seafood that had tons of blue crabs and jumbo shrimp. Each plate portion seemed to be the size of a children’s plate. With that said, we’re still asking where did the other “quantity” of food go. When this knowledge was brought to the attention of the staff, they nonchalant replied that the food “ran out” and then tried to expedite our event. All and all, this was suppose to be a great memory built to celebrate Father’s Day and welcoming the newest edition of our family. Just to be clouded by this shady business is really sad.

Bartender without manners. Not enough staff

We just had our wedding there. We had an AMAZING experience! The food was great! We had chicken, steak, mixed vegetables, and potatoes. The guest loved it! We had our own DJ, but there was enough space to dance. We had 69 guests. The decorations was outstanding. We were all impressed! I appreciated the head server assisting us and he was very attentive. We also had a band come it, and all of us turnt all the way up. Lori was the BEST. She assisted us if we had questions and concerns. I recommend this place.

We did our event last week and the service was excellent !!!!Beautiful decorations in a hall that was all remodeled.The staff was very nice and very respectful, it was the only Banquet hall I know that hot food has been served for all the guest.Very clean, very nice, and with a very reasonable price for everything included in the package.Highly recommended because they do everything they promise.

It was beautiful

This location is a small jewel. Great for having events with family and friends. The food they serve is amazingly delicious. I was so shocked when I was hosting there with the details of the decorations. Also they work with you if you want to do some type of payment plan. Check it out for a birthday party, small graduation party, baby shower or wedding. You can even design how you want it to be designed. So please make sure to not overlook this small hidden jewel in the rough.

Wedding 12/8 - Terrible service during our reception. DJ was horrible, bar tender opened the bar during the father daughter dance. Which caused a rif between the mother of the bride and the father of the groom. As out of respect for the bride she told the bartender to close it. Waiters would literally throw your plate of food on top of the charger with all the utensils still on the charger. Horrible horrible horrible!!!! Steer clear of this place.

My Husband & I had our wedding on August 30th 2019. I am writing the review now as I thought we left one before but we did not. Let start off by saying Lorie the manager is amazing. Totally understand and has so much patience. Shes really great! She made our vision come to life and helped out as much as she can. My family and I loved the experience we had at this hall. The staff was most helpful and courteous. I traveled from out of state to have a party hosted here and as impossible as I thought it was going to be, it was the opposite. I was able to stay connected with them via phone and even email to make all of my arrangements. When it came time for our party I arrived a week earlier and met with their staff and got to see the hall in person. The pictures are true to what is displayed on their website and their party packages are exactly how they are advertised. The food was delicious. The cake was phenomenal. The DJ was great to work with, he had all the music we needed for our party and then some. The bartender was friendly and the waiters were attentive. The hall was decorated beautifully as expected. The coordinator was very helpful in picking the decorations and making recommendations as to what look good together and also suggestions on last minute details to prepare for the party. The only thing I would say that would need improvement is the parking situation and the next door business was a little unruly at night. Other than that everything else was excellent. My daughter had a wonderful party and we owe it to the hall for their great service. Many thanks to them for doing such a awesome job! We would highly recommend this place to our friends, our family and anyone else that asked us about them.

I had my wedding here April 14, 2017 and must say I searched for an affordable banquet hall for almost a year and this one was the one I kept coming back to. It doesnt look like much from the outside but just go in and you wont be disappointed. The service is great, Lorena is the best. The day of my wedding I was extremely happy and so were my guests. We had 125 guests and the parking worked just fine. The bartender Carlos is amazing and fast! The food was delicious! My only complaint was the DJ (he never met with us before hand, I had to be the one to call him because he never showed any interest, and some of the songs he played kept skipping).

Paradise gave me the wedding of my dreams. The price is right and you definitely get your money’s worth. Having a nice wedding & reception with food, open bar, decorations, limousine, pictures, video, flowers, cake, music and much more for I believe less than $6,000 dollars. You can’t beat that.

My mom had her wedding here and the staff was INCREDIBLE. They had all the decor done beautifully and extremely polite. Loren was amazing and so was Liliana. It really is a beautiful banquet hall and they just redid the bar. The only issue is the DJ, I gave him an entire playlist from which he only played 2 songs and would get irritated if asked to change the song. Everything else was perfect, my only suggestion is ask for a DJ that isnt Diego. That is literally the only thing we would change because everything else was exquisite.

My event was on August 4, 2017. Let me tell you that my event was amazing. Everything from the start to end. The lady in the office was very helpful, and help me go through everything they promise to me was exactly what I received. The DJ was great flowers, food and the cake thank you guys you did a great job.

We had my daughters Quinceanera last year and it was awesome. Food was good, staff is friendly and facilities are clean. The only downside was the office clerk is a little too relaxed. She forgot our rehearsal time and was one hour late.

Great prices and service. Awesome customer service. I would recommend anyone.

Very nice setting beautiful inside but not enough parking available

( Weeding) Everything was wonderful, the help and the salon. and fairly cheap as well.The only bad thing was the food. It wasnt very good honestly.And we got the flower arrangements from somewhere else because theirs were merely green.

Looks very small from the outside but looks are deceiving. Its quite spacious inside, the only problem is parking. Either squeeze into the few spots infront of park behind the building.

Paradise banquet hall is a great awesome place to do any kind of party. I celebrated my wedding there and the decorations were on point. Not the best place to have a party. The spot itself feels crowded with minimal parking space.

Only thing I can say about it up in the ceiling is a little part look like they had a leak problem in the roof but other than that the place is beautiful

My experience here was great. I had my wedding here September 5. The coordinator Lore Sevilla was great. She was very attentive and helped us with any questions or concerns through out the way of our planning. The wedding reception was beautiful. Everything looked great. I love that i really didnt have to deal with much of the planning because the package deals they offer are not only affordable but include alot of the stuff you really dont want to deal with on your own. The staff was super nice and on point. If i had to do it all over again i would definatly re do my wedding here. I would also recommend this place to anyone looking for a classy wedding without hurting the pocket that much and not having to stress with vendors on your own. My wedding was beautiful and thanks to Paradise Banquet Hall for being part of this experience.

We were fortunate to be served by LORE, who was in charge of helping us and guiding us in everything we needed, without their help and advice would not have been possible, eternally grateful for their patience and professionalism. Finally we celebrated our wedding there on January 10, 2020 and we were 100% pleased and satisfied with all the service, very good music, excellent food and super attentive staff.
