Dr Tolbert is the best!!! I have used him for over ten years. He will NOT perform a procedure unless it’s necessary. He makes sure to make you as comfortable as possible. I never dread a visit, even if he has do to a major procedure. I have many issues with certain topicals and numbing meds, but he works with me and gives me alternative choices. He knows what he is doing when having to plane the needle for numbing meds. I never feel the stick!!! He also has the best bedside manner. He is sooo good with my kids and make them feel at ease. His entire staff is amazing as well. They all treat you like family. You can tell he loves his job and his employees. He is not in it for the money. He is truly meant to be a Dentist. I am so grateful to have him as a dentist. I dot. What I’ll do when he retires. It’ll be a sad day.

Dr Tolbert and his staff are amazing! They treated me as though they truly cared about me and my dental health. My assistant, Taylor, was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure and alleviated my fears. The front office staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this office!!

Best dental experience Ive had. Dr Elise Graham was very kind and knowledgeable and accommodating. My hygienist Kate was AMAZING, super nice, very understanding, explained everything in detail and answered all questions I had. Highly recommend them if you need dental work done!

Dr. Tolbert did a great job! The negative review is for the staff. Worst staff ever!!! I will not be back! If I were Dr. Tolbert, I would look into the attitudes of his staff. He lost 1 customer over this, but how many more will he NOT GAIN after I tell people of my experience. Unacceptable customer service! (It was bad enough that I wanted other people to know, so they dont have to go through what I went through)

I had no issues with the dentist himself. But the product that I received with my denture is another issue altogether. They showed me something totally different when they ordered these dentures with a metal plate which I did not get. I got a cheaper one that hurts my mouth and causes blisters. I asked to have it replaced with the one they told me I wasGetting. I filed a grievance with my insurance and hopefully that will take care of it. This review will not let me upload the picture of the denture or I would had Done that. Again I do not have a problem with the dentist with his services as far is extractions and filling . But I did have a problem with my insurance paying $700 for something I did not get.
