I have scheduled my daughters dental appointments here. The first time I had to call THEM to find out if her insurance had approved her treatments. Two months ago I brought her again and they said they would call when the insurance got back with them. After calling them today they said it was denied. I said okay, I’ll wait for a call back. Two seconds later they called and said they will no longer be taking her insurance which is very unprofessional for me to wait two months and ME be the one to contact the office for updates just to find out they no longer will be taking her insurance!!! I would NOT recommend this place. They don’t call you or keep you informed.

We love most of the staff but we have had many appointments scheduled that they have called and changed. The last 2 appointments have been for 2pm. We arrived at 1:40 and both times did not leave until after 5. For fillings that usually take about an hour. My daughter has had to be re numbed because she sat so long it had to be re done. Apparently they are overbooked. We love the staff but will be finding another dentist.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Firstly I love the dentist as well as my hygienist, Chelsea. Chelsea is such an amazing human. They knew I have a fear of needles and they did their best to accommodate me. I was cold, they gave me a blanket. I had to have a deep cleaning and Im so happy with my teeth. Im just so thrilled with this dentist and the supporting staff. :) Thanks yall!!! :D

So disappointed. I hadn’t seen a dentist in about 2 years so I was nervous to see one again. I had a very small and minor chip in my front tooth. I wanted to have it filled for cosmetic reasons. Well, thankfully they were able to fill it during an appointment I already had scheduled. It looked amazing and I left happy. Well, about a two weeks later, the filling had completely shattered off and I was back to a chipped tooth. They agreed to fill it again free of charge. I went in, had it filled a second time. Well, about 2-3 weeks later, the filling has chipped off a second time. They had advised me to wear a night guard to prevent it from chipping again. I’ve done exactly that. However, it’s still chipped again. Im disappointed and won’t be visiting this office again. I give 2 stars instead of 1 bc the staff is nice.

I’m currently 32weeks pregnant and was experiencing extreme pain due to a broken tooth with exposed nerves /abscess😳 the women at the front desk were very helpful and also kept me updated if someone canceled their appointment so I could be seen sooner … they got me right on in with no problem..I absolutely hated the dentist as a child, I would highly recommend Smile Time to anyone who has a fear of the dentist..Thank you so much Dentist Wendy Mccurdy and her assistant Jocelyn for everything especially a person like me with anxiety .. Ms.Catelynn had all my prescription and gave me instructions on how to take care…most definitely my go to from now on…I’m even going to set my kids up for their dental needs..You all are awesome

Okay, Im going to be very honest here. The ONLY reason Im giving a positive review of this establishment is because of a recent interaction with the person currently in charge of billing, Mrs. Sarah Morgan. I also want to be very clear that I have not had recd any services from this establishment in a couple of years, so its very possible (and in my opinion, probable, judging by my experience with Mrs. Morgan) that things are better than they were when I stopped coming. On my last visit, I had an outstanding balance of roughly $280. Part of the reason that I stopped coming was because of the fact that I didnt feel like the staff was upfront about how much I was going to be expected to pay, and I was unhappily surprised by the fact that I suddenly owed money on a procedure that was already done - not exactly like you could return it after the fact. It felt shady, if Im being honest. I felt uncertain about the honesty of the establishment, or at the very least, the person in charge of this aspect of the business. Fast forward to now, and I feel have the opposite impression. After speaking with Mrs. Morgan, it became clear to me that she is determined to be upfront and transparent with all patients that come through the door. She was professional, caring, understanding, efficient, helpful, and really took the time to hear me out, listen to my concerns, and most importantly, genuinely care about them. Her goal was to help make things right and she did just that. I know without a single doubt that she is a huge asset to this establishment, and its encouraging to know that my previous grievances in this area will not exist for current and future patients. Well done, Mrs. Morgan! And well done, Smile Time, for bringing her on.

I found this dentistry after doing a google search. After reaching out to them and asking numerous questions, they were able to answer everything and also get me scheduled in sooner than my other dentist. After having a root canal I needed a crown and didnt want to wait until after the holidays. They were able to schedule me in quickly and get my temporary crown in just in tine for Thanksgiving.. We all know we dont want any issues with eating when it comes to mamas dressing. 😄💜.Thank u guys so much..

In short: Relaxing, worthwhile, and fun.In full: It was my first time coming here today, and I had a great experience. The facility was clean, and the staff was welcoming. You will fill out the initial paperwork using an iPad; easy to read and complete. The waiting room chairs were comfortable, and the bathroom had fancy hand soap that smelt good. Miss Chelsea (spellcheck) was my dental hygenist, and she did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. The tools used were high-tech and made my cleaning experience relaxing. All of the staff that I interacted with today had good soft skills and knowledge in their roles. Thus, contributing to the fun I had and my time well spent.

Had a terrible experience. Was im severe pain called and talked to the receptionist. She told me she would talk to the dentist to see if she could do anything to help and call me back. I waited a few hours and called them back but couldnt get through . I finally got to speak with her again the next morning and she argued me up and down that she never told me that. She was very Rude and told me that I could just go somewhere else and shortly after hung up on me .

Receptionist/ Insurance lady is awful and has the nastiest attitude. I wont be returning.

My family and I have been going to Smile time for over ten years, I always would received the best customer service and care up until about a year ago! Im not sure whats going on with the staff thats working there now but I am not pleased with the way my childern and I have been treated! On more than one occasion I have scheduled an appointment for my daughters and have been told that it was cancelled or they did not see it! Well today was it for me. My daughter have had an appt scheduled well over two weeks ago and was set for today at 3 pm. I received a call at 8:20 this morning telling me my daughters appt need to me rescheduled because of a scheduling conflcit! You can not do people like this, especially on more than one occasion! I am very displeased and will never recommend anyone to this Dentist office! Not because of the doctor, she is wonderful but she needs a whole new staff ASAP!!!

Had a wisdom tooth and a another tooth removed. When I say this staff was amazing I mean it. Very clean facility. The staff made me feel very relaxed and made sure I was comfortable since I was already nervous. They were very patient with me. Great experience and I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Ive been coming to this dental office for a couple years and I absolutely love coming here! Yes I like coming to the dentist lol! My dental hygienist and the rest of the team are wonderful! I feel welcomed and everyone is really friendly from the time I arrive to the time I leave! The work I have had done is fast and convenient and my teeth are healthier because of them. Big shout out to Alina! She is so sweet and funny and makes my dental experience wonderful!

The employees of this dental clinic are so very kind and empathetic. I have a dentist phobia that stopped me from seeing a dentist for my entire adult life until today. They walked me through each step before they did it and checked on me often to make sure I was okay with what they were doing. They were thorough and offered many options for how to execute my dental plan to correct my dental issues. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I usually don’t like the dentist but Dr. McCurdy and her staff makes you feel very comfortable. If your cold no worries they bring you a blanket. They even call you and check up on you the next day. I would highly recommend going here!

Would be a zero.....So the dentist here must have gotten licensed from YouTube. She kicked me and my son out. We have only ever used gas on him if we had to drill a cavity. This time we had gone in to have a cap that had only been on for a month put back on. When i said no to the gas she told us to leave and not come back. Now over a year latter and more money spent at a different and better dentist mostly fixing her work. I get a bill, with zero information on it. I called to get more information and was told they would have to call me back. That they could not explain why I had gotten it. We had paid cash for all co-pays. Just run they dont know what they are doing here.

When you first walk in very pleasant greeting from the staff. Wait time was very long but when you get back there they spend a lot of time with you and do very good explaining any issues youre having. They are very up to date with technology and show you everything on computer screen which is very informative. They did an excellent job and I greatly appreciated their friendliness, making you feel at ease, and taking wonderful care of me. I reccomend them for youre dental care for sure!

This office and it’s dentist, hygienist, and assistants are a GEM. The office is very easy to locate, also very up to date so that the visit flows well to get you in and out (in a good way). Everyone was VERY informative, helpful, and ALL SMILES. Can’t say enough about my first visit other than my 8 year old is looking forward to returning which says a lot. The front desk assistants were so helpful the moment we walked in and showed us everything in such a personable way, great first impression. Our hygienist Alina was seriously the sweetest, very knowledgeable, and positive. Her energy was contagious and made my daughter comfortable and right at home although it was only our first visit. Still can’t get over how easy it was to walk in, get her cleaned and checked, with a future treatment plan...leaving us saying in the car WOW that was fast/easy. Try this office if you’re looking for a new dental home, I never leave reviews, no really, but it’s the least I could do after a great experience. This was my first visit and the exam extraction process went so smoothly (and I HATE tooth extractions!). I have been with Smile Time for some time and had been happy with them. However, for the second time they canceled my appointment because they couldnt reach me to confirm. They gave no warning, just said we cant see you today when I arrived. That is bad business considering I made the appointment and arrived on time.

Great customer service and awesome dentist. I have used these amazing and awesome people for years. They have always helped me with my teeth and are quick to get me in if I have any problems will always go back to these fine, outstanding people. Thank you so much for all the the fine work.

Service was fake and horrible.. They smiled in your face while not cleaning your teeth thoroughly. They fix 4 to 5 teeth in one visit painful. They don’t give you enough medicine to deaden or numb. It’s a rush job every time I went. I heard children screaming saying it hurt. On top of all that my teeth is in worst condition before I ever entered the facility. The dentist I have now said this was a poorly done job.

The entire team at Smile Time greatly assisted me in my time of need. With only a week before my deployment, they were able to determine I had an abscess, refer for a root canal, and assist in tackling the beast that Tricare can be. A crazy week made simpler. Every step of the way, Ashley would call and update me to be certain this problem could and would be corrected before I had to leave. Anyone whos dealt with Tricare knows the complications and pain behind authorizations and referrals. The entire team here made sure the process was transparent and fought to ensure communicating the severity and timeline of my treatment was priority. Working with this crew has made me certain of my continued use of Smile Time, not only for me, but for my family. The genuine care and professionalism provided here is truly top notch. I cannot thank and recommend this team enough.

They have been very thorough and wonderful. We were very anxious when coming there as we had just decided to drop our old dentist of 10 years. They made my decision to come there feel like a giant weight was lifted off of me. They all seem to work as a great team and get you right back in for any follow up work.

I called this dentist office last Friday morning while at another appointment to set an appointment with them. They very politely and swiftly set me an appointment for four o’clock the same day. The staff was very friendly. It was cold in the exam room that i was in and the receptionist that took me back even gave me a blanket. The doctors did an xray, found the problem, referred me to an oral surgeon and im pain free today. Hands down the best dentist I’ve even been to. If i could give ten stars, i surely would!

This was an amazing dentistry. The staff was so helpful, when I walked in for my appointment everything was already waiting for me. The building and stunning design really amazed me. The hygienists and dentists are so knowledgeable. You can ask them any question, because they have the answers. Plugs are available to help drown out the drill noise so they are mindful of their customers. The place was so clean and immaculate, you can just tell they love what they do. I am very pleased with this denistry, I am very pleased with the staff and dentist. I would highly recommend anyone (especially if youre scared of the dentist) go there and let them place your mind at ease. They are great at what they do and you can tell they are very passionate about anything that deals with the mouth. My questions I asked them were kind of weird questions, but they had an answer to every one of my unusual questions. My experience was very positive! My dental assistant made my visit more relaxing and done all patient care in a very professional manner. Today I had an appointment at smile time for a xray because I was a chipped tooth and it had been bothering me. The staff was very nice and explained everything in detail for me. They are very nice here; they remember who you are, and they are overall very friendly and respectful. They also have good technology and seem knowledgeable. The only problem Ive had is long wait times for fillings, but that could just be scheduling time (I had to schedule for 3 or later, while everyone was getting out of school).

This was the most amazing experience I have ever received from a dental office! I have moderate to severe anxiety about the dentist from a previous horrifying dental incident. I was soooooooo nervous walking in this morning for my appointment. My hygienist Chelsea was incredible, she totally put me a ease. She is as cute as a button and incredibly down to earth and sweet. I spoke with Dr. Wendy briefly, she was very nurturing and thorough which I very much appreciated. The clinic was very clean and modernized which is a major plus for me. I would strongly recommend that you come see the girls at Smile Time Family Dentistry. I have found my forever Dentist!

I would not recommend Smile Time Family Dentistry. While the staff was very friendly, they were inconsistent with the information that they provided. The cost was also very high. The doctor did not listen to me when I told her my tooth hurt and recommended fixing a different tooth. Two days later the tooth that was in pain cracked.

The staff is warm and caring. They work with me to accommodate my crazy schedule and always ask to see pics of my twins. I love Dr. McCurdy. She provides excellent care and makes me feel at home.

I am terrified of dentists. From the moment I entered, I was treated with kindness. My problems were addressed quickly and multiple options were presented. I was never made to feel bad about my issues as some other places have done. It would be a blatant lie to say that Im not still terrified; however, my anxiety level has decreased to DEFCON 3. If you are a chicken, these folks are the greatest.

I had my teeth whitened and scheduled an appointment thereafter to have a small filling touched up. The wrong color was used and the adjacent tooth was hit with the drill. This was a front tooth. I informed the office of the mistake and rescheduled an appointment before Christmas 2018. I got a call back saying they would need an $80 deposit to hold my appointment. I informed them that I was not going to pay that deposit for a visit to correct her mistake. I called back after Christmas to reschedule. They day of my appointment I was told while at the office that Doctor Mccarty would not be able to make the correction that day. It was a wasted trip. I asked for documentation and the next I knew police had arrived. I was never out of the way with them. I only made requests to which I was refused. Needless to say I will never go back there.

I love coming here. They take the best care of my dental health!

We DO NOT RECOMMEND.We came here for an emergency visit in 03/3017 and now in 4/2018 we still haven’t been able to talk to anyone about a bill we received.4 times over the last year we have been told “our billing expert is working on a list and will call you, within 2 weeks.”Only one person in the office is trained to deal with billing questions, whom is the office manager and a working hygienist.I spoke with office manager today and when I requested X-rays she stated that their x-rays digitally are less quality than printed and mailed. The manager’s demeanor was as if it was of inconvenience to request for our information, and very sarcastic. We are out of state and most offices are digital and require digital X-rays for evaluation.Our bill was because the insurance company “doesn’t pay for a certain procedure on the same date as another procedure, and she didn’t know that at the time.” They are not thoroughly verifying your insurance.I am in the dental field and am very up to date on dental protocols.Very, very poor customer service that we have experienced.

This visit was one of the best I’ve had here ! The staff was extremely nice and kid friendly.

These people are amazing from the staff to Dr McGuire herself. I was so scared to get my tooth extracted and she made me feel comfortable. I never felt the shot or her pulling it. I opted for gas and the whole time an assistant stayed in the room with me to answer all my questions. You can listen to music or watch Netflix. They also take medicaid. I will not be seeing anyone but them from now own. The only slight problem I found was they make you pay for gas upfront and it kind of gives you the feeling like maybe they dont trust you will pay. That is nothing though.

It was Good Friday and I needed to see a dentist, everybody was closed I finally got St Michaels walk-in clinic but made a wrong turn & turned in Smile Time parking lot to turn around and found them by mistake and Im so glad I did, they are great, love them, staff are nice and so is Dr McCrudy. They are even nice and polite to each other you dont find that everywhere. I give them five stars.
