The dentist is usually the last place you want to be, but this is the only appointment I never dread. They are completely transparent. I usually have issues with insurance, but I have NEVER had any issues with insurance coverage since using them (tricare reserve select). The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. I recommend this place to everyone.

Super friendly, walked me through the why behind everything she was doing and how things got to be the way they were (spoiler alert, flossing is important!) and Helen at the front desk is superb. Best dental experience I have ever had. The entire staff are amazing. They make you feel like an old friend coming for a visit instead of a patient. The equipment is state of the art. Dr Bigelow is great. He explains each procedure and works with you to create a treatment plan to reach your goals. I highly recommend Dr Bigelow.

Had great visit! I broke a tooth and came in for Dr. Bigelow to have a look. I thought it would take a couple of appointments but with the specific tooth I broke he was able to repair it on the spot... without even deadening it. No pain and out in less than 30 minutes. Best visit ever!

Love this place. They are so nice and helpful. I tried the opalescence whitening trays only one time and can definitely tell a great difference in the shade of my teeth. I believe if I used them a couple of times I would be at the shade I desire.

I have been searching for a regular dentist for years and had visited a lot of places, but never really found one that I thought was a fit for me. My insurance provider told me that Tod Bigelow was in my network so I made an appointment. They were professional, thorough, and explained everything about my procedure in detail and gave me a detailed plan and course of action for my treatment. I can honestly say that I have found my dentist and would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist that won’t just suggest things that aren’t necessary just to charge you, and that will take the time to tailor a dental plan that will help you achieve optimal dental health, as well as for any cosmetic concerns you may have. I never have any surprise billing like some of the other places I’ve gone to, and they do a great job of calming nerves if you have a bit of anxiety surrounding dentist visits. Highly recommend!

I love getting my biannual teeth cleaning at Smiles by Bigelow! The staff is always so friendly and prompt in their duties. On my most recent visit, I was given an Opalescence Go teeth whitening product and was happy to try it. It was a little difficult to get the trays out of the package and onto my teeth, but the results were worth it. I will definitely be back!

Dr. Bigelow may be the best dentist I have ever met.
