Saw on their website that they do custom in-house pipe bending, upon arrival the gentleman in the office proceeded to tell me that they apparently don’t even have the “means” to do pipe bending.When it’s on their website, “Custom fabricated exhausts and in-house pipe bending”. So either false advertising or blatantly lying to would be customers.Real professional guy.I’ve heard from sever people, they tend to pick and choose and have lied to numerous customers in the past and have done hack jobs.Sad.

Incredible customer service! Service is always professional and staff does a great job explaining what was wrong and what needed repairs. Ive been going to D&D for twenty years and have always been grateful for their attention to detail and professionalism.

I pretty much use them exclusively for tire mounting and balancing since I do all my own repairs/maintenance. They were recommended by a coworker and Ive been really pleased with their service. Ill drop old wheels and new tires off and theyre usually done same day, never more than 3 days regardless of how busy and theyre always up front with how long it will take. A lot of coworkers use them for normal vehicle service and have nothing but good things to say. Highly recommended.

Recommended by a friend and was not disappointed. Ryan and his staff are top notch! Came in to check a leaky tire. Had my 4 month old son with me at the time. The waiting area is a huge couch that is very comfortable and spacious that allowed me to keep him occupied. My appointment was made that same day for 4:00pm, they got me in as soon as I showed up at 3:50pm and was out the door by 4:25pm and only $25 out of pocket. Cannot thank you enough for working so quickly to allow me to get my son home before he had a breakdown. The bright lights and Christmas decorations also helped keep his attention. We will definitely be back for any auto needs that they can fix.

Customer service was outstanding and the most honest auto place I’ve ever experienced. I told them of my experience with a prior mechanic trying to talk me into buying a whole new muffler for over a grand and how they wouldn’t show me where the exhaust leak was or show how it wasn’t patchable. These people took me in their shop while my car was up on a rack and showed me exactly where the leak was and showed me it was patchable! Saved me tons of money! They will always have my service even though it’s a 40 minute drive for me! Finally someone honest which is hard for a woman to find!

Great service

$80 to fix an exhaust leak that Midas wanted $1200+ to deal with, and another independent shop wanted $450 to fix. The car is 20 years old and has 250k, so I did not need a 10 year repair using the right parts. Midas didnt get it and wanted to replace almost the whole exhaust. I asked them to put in a sleeve, and they said the rest of the pipes were in too bad a shape to do that. These guys didnt seem to have that problem...cut out the bad part and installed a sleeve, and no more leak.

D&D has always been easy to work with and my last visit with a tire emergency was no different. Thank you!

Good customer service did not seem annoying over the phone.

I stopped in after work to get a quote on my wifes car for tires which took maybe 5 minutes. I went home and checked some prices which I may have gotten for a few dollars less but decided to go to D & D do to the prompt service and guarantee. I called yet that night and they scheduled me in for the coming weekend. Got there on Saturday and basically in and out within an hour. Best of all they gave me a $70.00 rebate for the tires which made my bill even less than what I found. I would go back again as this is the second set of tires I have put on my familys cars and each time was a pleasant experience. Friendly staff and prompt service. Thanks D & D Muffler & Tire Center.

I’ve taken my wife’s car there for tires. They did an excellent job. I’ve taken my car there for exhaust work. They listened to what I was looking to have done to the car and worked with me. My Toyota Rav has about 230000 miles on it, so I wasn’t looking to spend a fortune to get it fixed. What was really great was that they listened to what I was looking for and helped me out. They didn’t try to strong arm me into the most expensive repair, but instead gave me options.We are for sure going to be repeat customers.

I dont know if 4 stars is right, maybe 3.5 stars. Always friendly but I wonder how knowledgeable the mechanics are. Also, took my vehicle in for an oil change and they did not reinstall the plastic engine guards they had remove to get to the oil drain plug.

Total scam be aware

Car wouldnt start on a Saturday morning. Jumpstarted it and got it to D & D. They stayed an extra hour past close to put in 3 alternators (2 of them were defective (alternators were from local stores, not D & D)). They did a GREAT job, especially for staying past close on a Saturday.

They installed new exhaust on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They were very friendly and fast. Best of all, the final bill was $50.00 under the estimate. I will be going back next time Im in need of there servicecs.

Im so glad I came here! I took my car to local shop that gave me what I thought was a fair estimate to replace my muffler, but they were unable to replace my muffler due to previous work that had been done. Took my car here based on a good recommendation, even though it was a half an hour further away and couldnt be happier! Not only did they get me in in less than a days notice, it also cost me A LOT less than the other places quote!

They have worked on my Lexus and Audi multiple times. Best choice was to stay local and have people work on my vehicles I trust!

Brought my Chevy Cruze in to have oil leak fixed spent 1200 on it not even 2 wks later my car started leaking oil everywhere on my way to my daughters. Not happy I spent so much and didnt even get to drive it long before having to just get rid of it and buy a whole new car. I was afraid of an engine fire and having my child in the car with me in the middle of Iowa. Friendly customer service just not sure about the service at this point.🤨🤨

U werent able to do the service I had my car in for. But you also didnt charge me anything. I brought my BMW X5 to you to get my brakes bled after i fixed the broken brake line but you could not get it to work.
