I reached out to Cooks Pest Control because I began seeing spiders in my house and also a mouse that was evading every trap I put out. I was tired of the sleepless nights. So I talked to Weston Cockrell and he got everything going for me. He has taken care of the spiders and mice. The Customer Service and his professionalism is wonderful!!!!!! The cost, is very affordable. When I have questions about anything, he gets back to me asap. I had been fighting the pest on my own but now Weston does it for me. Now I get great sleep. I called 3 times to set up service and the salesman never called me or emailed me to get my service set up. The ladies in the office who answered the phone were very polite but the person that is suppose to set up service and give you quotes is slacking. After 2 weeks of waiting to be notified I called someone else to do the job

It took over 24 hrs to return my call. By then, I had the help I needed to travel my yellowjacket nest problem.

Bug service is pretty good just wish I had the same bug guy for my contract. Cant build rapport with someone that way and makes the choice to quit using them a little easier. If my issue doesnt get resolved with a pest guy.

We had an ant problem when we moved into our home and since using Cook’s Pest Control we haven’t seen a single ant in our house!

The guy was always on time. Cooks said it takes time for their poison to work and I understood all of that but when almost a year goes by and its not working and the problem is getting worse. I keep my house clean on a daily which I do have three kids. The guy that came out didnt want to spray were he needed to he did a little in the house then outside it was he was maybe here for 30 minutes.

Ive used Cooks for several years. They have always been kind and courteous. They always come out when I have a pest issue and keep treating it until Im satisfied. Ive called them in dealing with millipedes showing up in my basement to yellow jacket nests in my yard.

I really like Sentricon. Ive had it in the past and never had termites, so I have complete confidence in the system. I also like the employees at Cooks. The woman Ive spoken with in the office is knowledgeable, professional, and very nice, as is the technician who comes to the house. I learned right away that Kyle knows what hes doing, so I have complete confidence in him, too. Its rare to find a company these days that is highly competent and customer oriented, while also providing such seamless, hassle-free service. I give Cooks an A+ rating in all three area, and plan to be a Cooks customer for a long, long time.

Staff is friendly and efficient. We would get carpenter ants in our house every summer, until we started our service 8 years ago. We havent seen any in the house since then.

The service guy was always courteous and friendly. He usually called before he came. Our contact was only for a year but we kept the service for almost two years just to make sure all the bugs were gone and the eggs were killed.
