One star only because you cant give none... Their customer service is absolutely awful. Every time Ive called their tech support / customer service lines Ive had to schedule a call back and wait anywhere from 1-4 hours to hear back. If you call their sales line you will usually get an answer, but they wont help you, only transfer you to the same lines that make you schedule a callback. This has interfered with my job and other obligations countless times. The device itself is faulty as well. Ive been given false positives that the company is aware of, the device shuts off mid test at times, and sometimes doesnt register that Im blowing for nearly 5 seconds at which point it can be difficult to blow for the full time required. Despite their name they are INCREDIBLY expensive, and they attempt to withdraw my automatic payments on wildly different dates from my due date which then results in overdrafts from my bank account as I dont always have the money in my account prior to my due date. They have also charged me different amounts (without justification when confronted) from $82 to $85 to $107. Overall it doesnt seem like anyone at LCI knows what theyre doing or even cares to. Severely disappointed. The only thing keeping me from switching companies is that I cant afford their ridiculous uninstallation fee on top of the costs of a new device.
This system is a total money pit..i have miss reading..while im at work the unity would power on..i got a 0.652 for eating a banana and a .65 for eating pizza..witch are non alcohol related. I am sick of paying for this..i havent drank a bit a liqour in 4 years and im still getting fails..the low is bad business
STAY AWAY!!!! god awful customer service completely useless. Not to mention the device itself is absolute garbage. I had an issue with my device twice within a month or so each time the device wouldn’t turn on or it would start to turn on and then the screen would go black. I had to have my car towed to the garage twice to have the device repaired and each time I had to pay for the towing myself tried to call about getting reimbursed and they basically told me too bad. I will NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone it is more of a pain, hassle, and aggravation than it’s worth,
I find that customer service has been very helpful whenever I had an issue. Overall I have no complaints. I just wish I didnt have to use it.
I dealt with Adolfo M. and he was extremely helpful and such a sweetheart! I was having an awful hard time figuring out the process behind getting an interlock, and he just made it super easy. He took care of me very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend to family and friends!
Not worth the trouble. have had my interlock for about 4 months, keeps turning on and giving me fail tests in the middle of the night. got it replaced at the shop, still giving me violations and making me take it in to be serviced. feels like the company is just looking for money. the company had done nothing to remedy this and it’s going violate my probation. would NOT recommend TO ANYONE.
Honestly besides maybe cable companies they are the worst most uncaring, unhelpful companies Ive ever worked with. You know what they are even worst than the cable companies! Its to long to go into all the details of all the different problems they caused my family. Trust me its worth paying a little extra for good service and a product that actually works!
This company does no training what so ever so they cancel you for their mistakes. Dont waste your time or money.
Had a wonderful call with Melissa. She was very knowledgeable, kind and considerate. I had been having trouble with my unit for two months with no help. Melissa resolved the problem with the unit and finally put my mind at ease. Couldnt give no stars so im stuck giving one. They need to recall this stupid machine it is a money laundering scheme and it DOES NOT WORK ! They try to keep you as a client but just dont pay the extra money for a different company this is my third device I was stuck in the heat with my two small children because the device kept clearing and they couldnt figure out why time to contact an attorney !
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. On hold for over an hour still didnt pick up......called and did the wait for call back thing. Still no call back. Whwn I first had this company there was no call you back option. They actually answered the phone. Now every time it says we are experiencing extremely high call volume theyve been experiencing that for 6 months now and cant ever answer the phone. This service is getting worse and worse!

I was driving normally, I put on some perfume and then the device asked me to blow and I did it, then it was marked as a violation and the car was blocked, I got caught on the street, I tried to call the company, I lasted 4 hours trying to get help and nobody replied, it is the worst service in the world, they should be more cautious because it is a company that has a lot of responsibility about their customers because it is wasted time for the people!!! 😡😡😡😡😡
Horrible customer service.. currently been on hold going on almost 4 hours now.. second time it’s happened to me.. I’m going to pay out of pocket for a different company.. I recommend any and everybody stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!! Deserves no star!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My device consistently had issues and the individuals at 800 number offered little to no help. And each and every time I had an issue I had to pay $25 to recallibrate the machine. In addition I chose to purchase the optional insurance, but when the device stopped working my insurance didn’t cover it and I had to not only pay to fix it out of pocket but I also had to pay $200 to tow my vehicle to shop. Finally when I was able to remove the device, I emailed them 5 or 6 times and they ‘never received it’. They promised to call me back after further investigating but they never did. All in all, I would call this company a racket and borderline illegal.
They deserve zero stars!!! Customer service will have you on hold for half an hour or more every time you call. The device when it gets cold, records a fail upping initial start up, retests right away and allows a pass. Then I talk to customer service and get told they will put a note in my account, but it might not help, and I can still be getting added on suspension time as a result. They failed the first time I called about the problem, to mention I could bring it inside at night. They messed up my original install and caused me two weeks of having it installed, but not able to drive, and still counted that as my first month with it. Requiring a calibration after using it only a few weeks. Stay away and do not recomend this company to anyone!!!
Hello, its me again. As i posted prior this company has zero customer service. Every time i call im on hold for hours or they say they will call me back and never do. I was eligible almost a full month ago to get my interlock removed from my vehicle. The last time i talked to a carolynn and was informed she would be setting up an appointment for me to get the interlock removed. Never set the appointment up. They are literally holding me up in order to collect another monthly payment from me. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Devices glitch out about every three months, thus causing a violation. Which means it locks your car out forcing you to have to pay $75 for a turn on or a tow to the service station and having a calibration whatever your fee is there too. Plus look out, if your on probation it will violate you and possibly send you back to jail. Also, once you wait the several hrs it normally takes to reach customer service they are rude, yell and talk over you, and the solution is always a trip to the service station where you have to pay a service fee once again.
I first spoke with loriena a week ago she was extremely helpful with setting me up with an appointment, not to mention she had to contact three different facilities to find one that could meet my deadline . As it turned out I ended up with t & j audio in Newport R I however there were problems with ups and the weather another phone call to low cost track the package and t&j called me as soon as it came in and installed the interlock as soon as I got to their facility. Customer service is horrible long wait times. 3 hours one time. Then today the interlock shows that I passed and will still not start my vehicle, hello 3 hundred dollar tow bill. Plus whatever it costs to get me back and forth to both jobs. Court ordered or not, stay away from these scam artists.
This company has things set up so they can extort money from you. Their device is temperamental which makes things frustrating, time consuming and costly.
I only gave it one star because there was no option for zero stars i wouldnt refer my worst enemy to this company i have never witnessed such a poorly made device in my problem but if your looking to have nothing but constant issues and never get any customer service than go with low cost 😂
