If you enjoy having your water turned off every single week and rarely being notified that it will be happening, then this is the place for you. The staff does not answer the phone when you call and even though I have had a maintenance request submitted for over four months (which I have since submitted two more times since), I have had zero feedback on why they have not come to fix it yet. I am currently without water and tried calling maintenance and the office for an explanation, since I received no warning, but I have been ignored. This is hands down the worst property I have ever lived at and I cannot stress it enough that no body should be signing a lease here unless they are giving it to you for free. I would give them 0 stars if that was possible. See attached image to see what the water looks like on a daily basis.

Future resident, highly not recommended this place.. they will rip you apart for rents and decisions are made very quick. I been living this place since 2016 and never paid late rents but they will charge double rent and take me to court.. they will make a way to get money out of your pocket. When we move out.. we cleaned and leave the house to what it was before in professional way but they still charge me more than what this whole complex is worth.. think before you get into this place 100 times..

This place either need new management or shut down!!! they have no sympathy for their tenants . they will file eviction for anything add fees for everything they upgrade the rent but not the apt why raise rent but not add new appliance these places are not worth the money they ask for i put in a request complaint and sent pictures of apt because they are worth no more than 750 theres only one small bathroom a plain small apt paying over 1000 its ridiculous they want money but never fix anything look at all the complaints everyone sayng the same ting its sad thus is the worst place ever to rent they kicked a woman out during the pandemic it was sad these people in the office dont even live here i wonder why?? this complex is the top property to file evictions during the pandemic they were also on the news . have a little sympathy you are already ripping us off with the rent amount !!!

I don’t know why the boss of this apartment complex is not doing nothing about the Reviews people put into it.. he should be ashamed to have workers on in office who only laugh on foreigners and not trying to help them I have looked at all the Reviews people been putting into it and I am trying to take screenshot of each and everyone of it and take it to court to shout this apartment down.. because they are only trying to sue the ones that don’t speak English very well or either from different country.. last time I was trying to gather everyone from this complex to protest about how they treat us but I had be out of state.. Do not live here if you’re renting for the first time or renting at all. When you first move in it’s a very friendly environment and super convenient since it’s by a plaza .After you’re in they do not care on nothing else but you making rent on time. Yes they do give a 4 day grace period but while a pandemic is happened they decided to this file court order paper which gets billed as a 120 dollar service into youre rent if you over the four day grace period . It could be 80 bucks just like I’ve owed . They with still take you to court over 80 dollars during a pandemic.The landlord do not care about the tenants or their well being. Maintenance is alright they plow snow really well but the 24 hour on hand maintenance is nothing short of a joke, lost my keys and called them at 3 am due to me working a graveyard shift . They replied back to me at 11pm .Please for anyone who stuck around to hear my story DO NOT DO IT .You can get your self a much more sizable apartment/townhome with much more better accommodations and better landlords who treat tenant like actual humans instead of money investments .

A friend of mine and her family lived in eagles Crest apartments, when the covid crisis happened my friend was forced out of work. Like many other Americans she fell behind on her rent, eagles trust took her to court to force her to pay and an agreement was made in which she would continuously make payments every month on the back balance. One day my friend came home to find that she had a 10-day eviction notice thinking nothing of it because she was meeting her under the agreement to catch up the back portion of the rent she ignored it and continued doing what she could to survive. 10 days later she comes home and the sheriffs departments waiting for her along with the management from the apartments to force her and her kids out. she explained to them that she could go to the bank that moment and pull out all of her money which happens to be the $900 that she had left to owe them in order to catch up the rent. she also begged them telling them she had nowhere else to go, eagles trust chose to tell her they dont care its not their problem and she had 15 minutes to get out and they were interested in getting her back rent essentially they didnt want to do business with her anymore because she had fallen on hard times during a national health crisis. I wish there was more I could do to affect these peoples business reputation than leave this review but I hope this will be enough to make you reconsider renting from these people

If I could give them a no stars i absolutely would. Very very unprofessional!!! Ladies in the office are very stuck up. One lady literally wanted to scream in my face like a high school girl!!!!! The way the apartments look isn’t worth the rent. Think twice before you give your hard earn money to this piss poor company. Also, when something is broken and needs fixed they will give you the run around. Highly highly wouldn’t recommend!!!!

Sent in my application and tried calling the leasing office, but it seems that their phone systems are in a continuous loop. Tried calling multiple times with no response.Edit: 7/13 Got everything sorted and went smoothly for the most part. Will update again after I move in and change my review accordingly.Edit: 7/14 Not going to change my rating, but updating my review. Literally the day before my move in date they call and tell me the apartment is not ready for up to another 2 weeks, and now they have to whip up a new lease agreement. So well see if they try to pull something shady or not. Ill post another update next time I hear back from them.

I moved in the end of May. Danielle was awesome to work with as was Lisa. Any questions or small concerns they have been great about answering or having maintenance fix. Maintenance has been prompt and so kind even with COVID being an issue. They check to see if it is okay to come in to fix your issue, etc. I’m so happy I picked Eagle’s Crest!

The office is one of the worst run in property rental business. Records are constantly lost which result in tenants having to pay more in rent than they truly owe. I do not libe there but a good friend does and they are screwing him over. Do not rent here!!!!!!!

Moved in at the end of February 2020. This has been the worst living arrangement for me. Before moving in, I checked the reviews and they were not very pleasant. Being an optimist, I figured the reviews were from angry residents who wanted to voice their opinion. Come to find out, they were all correct. To keep it short and sweet, EaglesCrest has not answered my calls, nor returned calls for messages I have left. The couple of times I did get an answer, I called 15-20 times back to back. My air conditioning unit went out last Sunday 6/28/2020, they gave me a wall unit on 6/29/2020 and stated they would have to order a piece for my central air unit. The wall unit only keeps the dining area cooled. The rest. It is now 07/07/2020, they have not fixed my central air conditioning unit, and have continued to give me the run around regarding the piece coming tomorrow or within a couple of days. Their famous line/lie is, We have someone working on it.I was then told yesterday that the piece was on backorder. Today, I saw a maintenance employee working on a unit for a new resident getting ready to move in. He told me a maintenance employee was going to take a part from another working unit to put in mine. I have heard different stories from different individuals. This same scenario that occurred when I first moved in. There was access water in my washing machine that would not drain. It took them about 2 weeks to get my work order processed and taken care of. They are very unprofessional and have not offered any form of rent reduction or compensation for the issues I have had. I am looking to move out very soon. The assistant property manager Deb, stated that all she could do was tell me that my piece would be delivered within 1-2 days and denied my request to reduce rent. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT RENTING AGENCY. They have been very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and hard to reach.

I have a lot of mouses everywhere in my apartment. In my kitchen they make a mess. 2weeks ago a maintenance came in my apartment he took a picture and they send me to the court to pay $160 they said for housekeeping ☹ without taking care of the mouses.

I had a great experience finding my apartment here at Eagle’s Crest. Every apartment I looked at in Harrisburg,pa had high rent and/or utilities not included. Utilities are included all I am paying for is electricity. This will be my first apartment which I am excited and nervous at the same time but Lisa at the leasing center made it a smooth sail for me. I felt that she really wanted to help me find the best 1 bedroom apartment to my liking. Showed my mom and I different styles of one bedroom apartments took about THREE hours she was so patient with us. I’m very thankful she was my leasing agent.I love my apartment I haven’t spent time living in my apartment just yet but anything I need fix the maintenance comes and fix it. So far so good. My mom two friends live at Eagle’s Crest and she never heard any complaints from her friends. So, I am looking forward living here!

I would like to say our move in was a little rocky because of the COVID-19, we didnt get the escorted experience you would normally get when you move in to an bew place but that was ok we know the routine. I READ a lot of the reviews about Eagle Crest before moving here, and boyyyy was I skeptical because we just moved from 2 places in the prior years that we was not happy with and I said to myself I loved EC when I lived here in my high school days and what they say cannot be true. Say it aint So :( anyway needless to say we moved IN and it was the best decision we have ever made our leasing agent was great Lisa thank you.Let me say a few thing about the walk through, we had a few minor issues with the place and I was like oh, NO! Is what I read true? We followed protocol to put in the maintenance work order then a few minutes later an office personnel call and boom like magic maintenance was her, ok ok not that fast but that what it seem like. Moving on to the maintenance crew RICHARD AKA RICH he introduced himself when he came in he was very professional he took his time made sure it was the shower head and toilet was fix properly. We also had a great conversation about NY thanks Rich you are a shining star and definitely keep hope alive that there is still true genuine people out there who still take pride in their jobs

I would never recommend Eagles Crest to NOBODY it’s not worth the money staff is so worthless they act like they doing something for you and don’t and for maintenance TERRIBLE you can’t seem to get nothing fixed right I been going back and forth with Eagles Crest Apartments about my AC still broken I called at 9:36PM one night and got the answering service and on call maintenance told me that’s NOT emergency and they can’t do nothing for me my apartment is hotter than outside that’s not a emergency having a young child in the home NOT EMERGENCY.....DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY... Noise from neighbors upstairs you complain to them they say they will figure something out for you and don’t they DON’T CARE.... WORTHLESS PLACE TO RENTIf I could give a 0 I would!!!

I would not recommend this place to anybody. Noisy neighbors, small children running all over the roads, trash EVERYWHERE. Management does not adhere to the lease agreement. Tenants not cleaning up after their pets. Maintenance not being able to read a simple request and will leave you without an appliance until you give you notice to move out them it’s magically fixed. There are weirdos everywhere, knocking on your door or harassing you. Not a safe place to live, I would recommend looking elsewhere.Pros: dishwasher, in unit laundry, central air, pet friendly, semi affordable depending on the rates that day.

I moved into Eagles Crest about 4 months ago, and have had a great experience so far. The apartments are spacious and very reasonably priced for the area. The staff is great! I cant say enough nice things about Lisa, she is SO sweet!Overall I havent had any issues. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. If you are looking for a safe, friendly, and affordable apartment in the Harrisburg area, Eagles Crest is the top choice!

This is a horrible complex to deal with. My fiancé and I were so happy to find our fist apartment and we were in love with it at first.Within out first month there was a leak from the bathroom in the apartment above us that still isnt fixed and we are at the end of our year lease. Also the apartment above us had a leak in their AC unit that caused severe water damage on our ceiling, it was patched but with cheap dry wall and that again is still not completely repaired.The leasing office has horrible hours and are next to near impossible to get a hold off. You either get an answering service from another state or the offices voicemail. And even if you do leave a message, they never return your call.The square footage for the price is dismal and you could easily find better elsewhere. Also everything from the appliances, to the carpet, to the paint on the walls is terribly cheap and not worth what they charge for rent. And despite no matter how often we clean with bleach or anything else we somehow still end up finding mold.This is a horrible complex and I absolutely urge you to look elsewhere. I promise there is better.

Most apartments are nicely sized but they are not worth the prices leasing consultants will offer people. The staff are more concerned with their benefits from you signing a lease than accommodating residents with similar pricing through the entire year. Leasing consultants offer one bedroom apartments for the same price as two bedroom and act as if that is reasonable. When you contact representatives with your concerns, they give you the run around. They will say they will return your phone call and do not get back to you at all but are in the office chatting. The customer service is poor.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Live here with my mom and her boyfriend. The people they let move into this place are almost as a big a joke as their management who refuse to answer a phone call. You could tell the management a thousand times about your rude loud neighbors who play loud music everyday and they will tell you everytime they would call them, but there is absolutely zero change. Neighbors will party outside from night till morning. THE MANAGEMENT HERE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT GETTING YOUR MONEY.

Please be aware of this complex I sadly applied for my mother and her unit has been a problem since day one they never fixed the unit for her sliding door that leads to the patio doesn’t lock when it rains the water filter thru the door frame and maintenance comes out and never fix the problem another thing trying to get ahold of the leasing office is a mission they never answer their phone calls and if you do leave a voicemail you will never hear from them.

Not usually much of a reviewer, and even less so a person to publicly and negatively shame a place, but my multiple work service requests were completely ignored when my AC stopped working this weekend during a sweltering heat wave. It’d be one thing if they showed up and were missing parts or if the repair took longer than usual, but there was literally no response (other than an auto delivered receipt of my work order). Not sure what my steadily increasing rent actually pays for.

Ive been living here for 3 years now & every year its been getting worse. Theres loud & destuctive kids that seem to gather in or around my building, tearing up the hallways & making all kinds of raucous. Then my neighbors keep putting there trash in the back hallway stinking up the whole floor. Maintenance is a joke they claim they came to fix something but really never show up. The staff overall is decent but they need to do better. I would only recommend someone moving here if there desperate if not u can find something better.

Been here for two years & the first couple of months wasn’t bad. Until everytime I turn around something was broken and it took maintenance forever to come and fix it. About a month ago I had an uninvited visitor entered my home (A RACOON) from a hole that was in the back of my washer machine I knew NOTHING about. Which means the hole was there since I moved in. Management did Not care. Me and my children had to sit in the hallway for 3 hours until the pet control finally came. My AC was Not working for three weeks. My neighbors upstairs make so much noise you would’ve thought it was a circus up there. I’ve called the cops 4 times since they moved in because the noise won’t stop. I am glad to say that I will be Moving out in September when my lease is up. I CANNOT WAIT !!!!!!

I lived here for 5 years (2013-2018). The first couple of years were great, but since ownership and management has changed things have gone downhill. There is a larger turn over in the leasing office, where they are rude and unprofessional. Maintenance is slow to respond, sometimes taking a month to fix things. During my last summer, my AC broke 4 times within a 4 week period, leaving me melting during the heat wave for weeks. I have lived in apartments for over 10 years and never had an issue with bugs until my last year of residency. I would call and complain, and I wasnt taken seriously until I began taking pictures and taking a bag of dead bugs over to the leasing office for them to realize it was a problem. They would tell me that the exterminators had been there and didnt find anything, but I would still find bugs a week or 2 after the exterminators were there. I would be on the list every week with still having the same problems. I had to put up with the bugs off and on for 10 months with the exterminators in my home every week. I finally learned that it was my upstairs neighbors who were the problem, but management never did anything about it. Also, being on the second floor, they renovated the apartment above me, putting in laminate/hardwood flooring and I could hear everything my upstairs neighbors did. They also had 2 dogs so I would hear them barking and running around 24/7. Walls/floor insulation are thin, you can hear everything from people on the stairwell, people arguing (I would hear word-for-word arguments), neighbors TVs, people/animals walking/running above you. Many times it sounded like my neighbors were coming through the ceiling. I scheduled a move out walk through before turning in my keys, and no one showed up at the scheduled time, when I called the office they couldn’t tell me how soon someone would be there. When it came time to get my security deposit, I never received it. When I called to inquire I was given the run around. I went in person and they gave me a copy of a letter they supposedly mailed stating I owed $66 for 2 penny size stains in the carpet despite me having my apartment professionally cleaned and carpets professionally shampooed. After filing a complaint with the better business bureau I later learned that they charged me a $75 late fee for my rent because I only paid the pro-rated amount of my lease and not a full month. I was only in the apartment 9 days for the final month. I was originally told I only needed to pay the pro-rated amount and would not be penalized, but once again they lied. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

For what you are paying it is not worth it. They fixed the boiler for my building and left my apartment with frozen water for a week. When I told them about it I was told I would just have to wait until they could get to it. Had to go to the office twice before anything was done. The showers temperature adjusting knob was broken and even though I complained about it, no one looked at it until months later. That is to say if something is broken, do not count on them to take care of it in a timely manner. The neighbors leave their trash in the main hallway. Not all the staff is bad though. But there are better places out there to call home.

They look nice and have lots of community events for the amount they make from rent but don’t move here. The lease says no smoking in the buildings but when u smell pot heavily in ur building they do nothing about it. They don’t care if ur clothes have a hint of pot smell on them from walking thru the building then u end up getting fired then not able to pay rent. They just send u to collections and don’t think twice. We gave a 30day notice before moving out because of the pot and because the person who we spoke with didn’t do proper paperwork they charged us even tho we had legal grounds. Yea this will go to better business bureau. Don’t move here. There are better apartments 2 blocks down the road by the hospital.

Worst apartments ever! Took nearly 6 months for them to completely fix our toilet, after they came and fixed it multiple times before. The people above us have been a headache since the night they moved in. Partying, blasting music, and dropping what sounds like bowling balls. Grown adults running and jumping around their apartment in the middle of the night. Its been hell! They also just flooded their bathroom once again, and we just woke up to a water fall coming into our bathroom. If thats the neighbors you want, then this place is perfect for you because nothing gets done about it, complaint after complaint. We can not wait to get out of this apartment, and would highly recommend to look elsewhere.UPDATE: They let us move to a third floor apartment in another building. We are all finally able to sleep through the night!

The apartment I was placed in is disgusting, everyday Im killing a bunch of nasty little bugs, my son saw a mouse the 4th day we were here. The carpet in the closet is all wet from God knows what. Left a msg for mgmt and of course no one called or came by. I read the reviews before moving, but I ignored them cause i was so desperate to move to this side of PA. The town/area is nice, I just HATE the apartment.I truly hate this place. I thought where I came from was bad this place is 100xs worse.

Look elsewhere, youll regret moving here I promise. The staff and management sucks, they NEVER answer the phone. Ive gone to the office plenty of times and have just watched them watch the phone ring. Maintenance sucks, they never come until you hound them time after time, and then when they finally fix the issue they do a half ass job. Been having hot water issues for a while and when I call and someone does answer (which is rare) youre told to just let the water run, itll turn hot eventually. The pipes are rusted, I constantly have yellow water coming out of my faucets at any given time of the day making it hard for me or my children to take showers in our own home. And no I dont need the owner to respond telling me to contact the office about my issues because you guys never answer the damn phone, cant wait to be done with this place.

Everything is a issue to get repaired. First month here the neighbors toliet in the apartment above us leaked 3 times all over our bathroom. It took them 3 tries to fix it. The AC condensation line leaked and soaked the bedroom floor. We had a gas leak twice in our apartment due to them not hooking up the stove properly. The property manager is completly incompetent at customer service. She would tell you on the phone that she would fix something and then never would. I strongly recommend you look somewhere else to find a apartment. The rent amount for the same apartment fluctuates from person to person, some pay $723 while others pay $850 for the same apartment. Overall a bad experience.

Staff is incompetent and non-responsive. Heat went out less than a week after I moved in and I have been battling with them to pay the UGI bill ever since and that was 7 months ago! They either do not answer the phone or they give you the run around by continuing to take a message for the property manager for which no one calls back. I was told from the beginning the bill would be taken care of. Since then I have given them the bill four times (because they keep misplacing it), been down to the office in person multiple times and have called many times but still nothing. The staff there have a poor work ethic, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! If you ever have an issue, you are screwed.

During my 1 year stay in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment, not a week went by without me or my roommate finding something wrong.Apartment:We had a non-smoking building but our unit reeked of cigarette smoke!During our first day we realized that they painted over all the outlets and light switches in the entire apartment. Those same outlets were also very worn out making only about 45% of them useful. When we called maintenance about this and a light switch not working, they repaired the switch and told us to bend all of the plugs on our electronics so they hit the extremely worn contacts.The kitchen was very inefficient and had low amounts of counter space. The shelves in the cupboard collapsed on multiple occasions. Do not put anything more than a few glasses on a shelf or just closing the door the wrong way will send everything crashing down. The counter tops were also not level.During the winter the apartment did not feel very insulated and was colder than I would like. Upon further investigation there was a painted over piece of plywood on the wall behind my work desk in the living room. I was able to see outside from a crack in between piece of plywood and the wall. So instead of insulating and patching with more drywall, they just put a piece of plywood there and called it a day. There where many more things wrong with the apartment but this section is getting too long.Maintenance:We had many calls to maintenance as the apartment had many aging appliances. On the occasions that maintenance showed up they where very friendly and professional. On the common occurrence we would call maintenance and get no answer or told they will come look at it and never show. We had a broken bathroom fan and toilet for months before they came after our 10th call. Im not entirely sure if the calls actually go to the actual repair staff or to a 3rd party that didnt relay information.Office Staff:The staff were friendly and I have never heard one of them be mean or act unprofessional to a resident. Some of the staff, however, do need to be more organized and informed on promotions being run. Every now and again I would get a notice on my door saying I was late paying rent. I never missed a rent payment and had documentation proving I paid. Every time the matter was cleared up and I didnt have to pay wrongful late fees. I was also promised a TV after move in but we never received this TV. The TV is not important though, we actually get a good laugh out of it every few months when we would randomly call and ask about it.Location:Location is good! There are alot of shops very close by and there is easy access to the highway.TLDR:The place should be towards the bottom on your list of places to live. Location is good. Staff meh. Apartment not good.

This was the worst apartment complex Ive ever lived in for starters I moved in July of 2016 we had a first year special of 50 dollars off of Rent and a free 32 flat screen tv which we never received when I would ask about it theyd say it was ordered and on its way 6 months past still no Tv they finally stopped lying to me and said the special was created by the old property manager and the new one had no idea about it (they changed properly managers atleast twice so she offered to take the cost of the tv off of my rent but then sent me an eviction notice for that same amount stating I had to pay or vacate the premises the workers are rude,lazy, and incompetent and hard to reach if I had an issue office hours were awkward I left plenty of messages and never received a call back sometimes I got an answering service who never relayed my messages you had to actually catch them in the office to get help accept for Rita loved her but she ended up leaving and I dont blame her my A.c has been out the whole summer theyve been here twice its still not fixed the apartment is average at best appliances outdated my tub is always backed up no matter how much I clean it still looks dirty we have ants all over theyve been here one a week for a month and I still see them my dish washer and ice maker didnt work heat went out in the winter on top of that they are spending all this time and money to build a new gym when it should be focused on improving the apartments I could go on and on the quality is not worth the price tag the area is the only thing thats nice about it please Do Not rent from them worst decision Ive ever made my lease is up soon and I cant wait sorry theres no sentence structure I had allot to say

My move in experience:Some background before I begin writing my review. I am a young male living on my own for the first time and currently working full time in the city of Harrisburg. I chose Eagles Crest apartments based on the reasonable rent for the space you get about 1$ per square foot, and also because of what is included in the rent! (water, cooking gas, sewer, trash). I only pay cable/internet, electric, and heating gas.So, I am conveniently located right outside of the city, but close enough that I have no major problems with traffic in the mornings.Onto my move in experience, it was obviously not 100% perfect, some maintenance was overlooked. But it was taken care of promptly when I reported it. My leasing agent Syreeta was very helpful and responsive when I put in my work orders for her and she was not quick to point fingers as to whos fault it was. She took me through my walkthrough and was keen on showing me where everything was located and signed me over my keys. She explained what local stores were around and gave me a welcome package with all information about what I could do around town (which I appreciated a lot, even though I am familiar with the area). It was nice to know that Eagles Crest along with the employees were very welcoming.So, overall, I am about 2 weeks into living in my apartment and I have no issues that have not already been resolved, and am very comfortable in the space I am renting. (I am renting a Premier layout).

Would be a zero if possible. Staff are incompetent and dont reply to calls or are unable to help in a timely manner. Threw out our property when we were still moving out qithin 5 days of leaving but qithin the alotted 30 day period. Wont pay for damages or loss of property. Beyond that, heat and electric issues around, police involving several neighbors and no issues but had to call them once about an attack to our dog and we were issued a final warning without other warnings. Favorites and crime are a large issue with the management as well as other tenants, there is no shortage of improper care of property and drugs. 3 known sex offenders in the development and the management didnt care that they were daily dealing or prowling about for other kids... overall my rating is worthy of a ZERO but 1 star only for the fact that they were polite no matter the situation.

When I came down to eagles crest, I had no idea that I will love the place let alone rent it. Syreeta Searcy was at the desk that day (may God bless her heart) and I received the best customer service one could receive. She was very helpful and made me feel so at home and comfortable. She showed me the place and I fell in love with it. Syreeta have been amazing with being patient with all the questions that I have. She is also very professional and have such an amazing spirit. She was not only informative, she was also very friendly. The place is amazing. My friends visit and loves my apartment. I like that I can save so much on my electric bill and I love my washer and dryer. This is my first apartment, and if it wasnt for syreeta and her amazing personality and professionalism, I would still be living home with my mother because of the fear of living by myself. She remains to be amazing and I will totally recommend this place. The only down side is, the maintenance crew. They take forever to come by if you need them. However, I do understand that they too are busy and have a lot on their plate. I wish they can be more prompt though, but I am a patient lady. Syreeta helps a lot with whatever questions that I have and makes sure she is always always on top of her game. Go syreeta, you have been a blessing to me. May God bless you and I pray that you stay with eagles crest because I love you and I am thankful for all that you do. Custormer service is just GREAT!

Horrible experience! The neighbors above us flooded their kitchen which leaked down into my apartment. There approach was to rip up the carpets and put fans on them, they then tore out the wall and we ended up with bed bugs. After moving out we were charged for the carpet replacement and the bed bug extermination which consisted of one of the maintenance men putting down sticky traps under my furniture which ruined it. Terrible place.

Absolute worse experience dealing with the office staff!. Than I come to find out they dont have their financial records straight and try to over charge me month to month and say my rent was never received though, it has been cashed!. Oh...and Im not the only one this has been happening to. Everything in my apartment always breaks and they try to blame it on me, everything is cheap. I pay $50 more than my neighbor and I have 1 less bed room.

Basic expensive apartments if you get one make sure you go through everything i did not get my deposit back even though i stayed there for 3 months and left the apartment shinning now that i am not in state cant do much about it the only person helpful there was Lisa.

I currently live in these apartments and I do not recommend them. Maintenance does not know how to do anything for 2 weeks without Heater. Here, even if you pay, they always seek to charge you extras and the rents are very high. The secretaries are very good but the Maneger has no empathy and commitment to her work. Here people do what they want, they smoke inside things, the neighbor can leave the garbage in front of your door and they dont say anything. If you have a neighbor pig and the roaches come to your apartment they do nothing the fumigator seems to give them food because multiply I had to fumigate myself. And with all the bad times they put you through, they are not the ones to take away your income at least for that time that you suffered their unresponsibility. And no matter how much you take care of the apartment when you leave, they look for the minimum to charge you. They are great at damaging the credit not only to the principal of the lease but to everyone who appears in the lease. If you choose to live here, I recommend that for each payment that you keep the receipts for when you are charged something that you should not have evidence because here they are good at collecting.
