It looks like a nice place.

Maintenance guy was super nice but the lady in the office I think her name was Patty or whatever was extremely rude I dont even know why. Right off the bat she said I dont think this is the right place for you and then wasted an hour of my time when I kept saying its ok if you cant work it out. I have never had such a bad experience with any renting facility. If I could give stars in negative I would. I never leave a bad review cuz it wastes time honestly but I want people to be aware.

Catalina was easily my favorite rental to date. The apartment itself was nice, spacious, and I absolutely loved my neighbors who had all lived here for 20+ years already. Maintenance was always friendly, very quick to respond to any of my requests, and happy to answer any questions I might have had. The Property Manager, Patty, is INCREDIBLE. One of the sweetest women I’ve ever met. Always willing to work with you, awesome with follow-up, and just genuinely CARES about you and your happiness here. The connections I’ve made while living at Catalina would easily be the number one reason that I’d come back (moved for my job). My apartment being nice is important but definitely comes in second lol. 5 stars for an awesome apartment for the price and 5 stars for a staff that cares about you!

This was my first apartment. I was reasonably priced and the manager patty is great! The Maintenance staff are wonderful they’re fast and professional. Anytime I had an issue with my apartment I would call Patty and the issue would be fixed the same day ! These apartments are great for people who are just moving into their first place.

Very affordable and nice place to live. Office staff and handyman services pleasant and efficient. It would even be nicer if it was a smoke free apartment complex.

My first apartment, I love it! Only problem I have is occasional plumbing issues since im on the bottom floor, but maintenance always comes through and takes care of it. Office staff are friendly.

Maintenance is kind and handle stuff quickly and reasonably, but thats about it. The quality of the apartments, plumbing, insulation, and the comparable prices are extremely horrid. They make routine checksin apartments with notice but no consent. Road cleanup with rocks and debris seem to be non-existent. There is a $300 pet fee for only one pet, and $50 more rent per month, then a fee for finding a quote and hiring some kind of flea inspector/exterminator. To make matters worse, the apartment managers lie straight to your face for their benefit, are two faced, and are sexist.

Move in here if you want cockroaches and mold issues topped off with a owner & landlord who will still claim the appartments to safe and habitable!

Apartments are nice, the neighborhood is quiet there isnt a lot of traffic around the complex.

Loud music lots of noise boom box noise told them didnt do anything about it . If you like it quiet dont move here like it here not the noise

Apartments are pretty conventional, speed bumps are awful.
