I do not recommend renting with this company. Once they take your money all professionalism goes out the window. I called this office one time to complain about one of their property managers, and was told to leave a message. After leaving a message and not receiving a call back I tried calling again. This company would not answer any of my calls. Once I realized they were ignoring my calls I called from a different number and got someone one the first ring. A day before we moved into our place we went to see it and we’re told they still had stuff to do. When move in day came we notice paint in different areas of the carpet, hardwood floor, and on the ceiling fan. Crayon marks on the wall, dye stains on the carpet, several scuff marks and holes on the walls, and cabinets off the hinges. When we sent them pictures and told them what needed to be repaired they stated a tech would be out. A tech comes out and fixes one of our bedroom doors that wouldn’t close unless it was slammed shut, then patches up the holes, leaves and has yet to come back since. No one has returned my calls or has reached out to me regarding this matter. Then we went to the post office and was told we had to pay $25 because the previous tenant didn’t return their keys to the landlord. We didn’t understand how we would be responsible for that but paid anyway and were told by Triple Crown that they had nothing to do with that and wouldn’t reimburse us. This company is full of crooks, if only we would have read the reviews things would be different for us. Our place is nice and we were happy until we gave them our money and they decided we weren’t worth their time anymore.
I have lived all over and always used apartment companies. This one is by far the worst. Moved into a brand new building the rent is more then mortgage on two houses. You would think that it would be well maintained and not have a million problems. I literally just cant. Everything is falling apart, rolling power outages frequently, fire alarm goes off for no reason. Dont even think about contacting the company when your appliances dont work. They couldnt careless. Worthless company. I will never in my life rent from them again.
I honestly should’ve just listened to the reviews. I was interested in a unit and was encouraged finish my application by to submitting a non refundable app fee of $35 and a holding fee of $200. I was told this was to keep a “hold” on my application. The lady I spoke with knew I lived out of state a will not be visiting/looking at units until the following week. After I paid, I was told they cannot hold the application for a week and that it would need to be processed in 2 days. Granted this was an oversight on my end - this clause is listed in the application guidelines which I skimmed over but it seemed very inconsiderate to me - especially since they knew my situation. I will get my $200 back because I told them to cancel the application but I lost $35 - when that wasn’t necessary. I feel like I dodged some inconsiderate landlords, small growing pains but in the long run, a win for me
Very supportive and informative experience. Staff was courteous and patient during the walkthrough. My wife and l were very happy with our interaction with the agent assigned to us.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! This company failed to clean our basement after a flood that was there fault for not installing a sump pump in an empty sump pump hole. They left our house moldy for weeks, damaging over 10k of property. They were so awful during this whole process we had to take them to small claims court, and we even WON! The worst part? They appealed us to a higher court so we have been in limbo for 6+ months. Now it seems like a lawyer would cost more than all the damages they caused. They even tried sneaking in a new clause into our 2nd year lease that says they are not responsible for flood damage. TRICKY TRIPLE CROWN!Their new apartments were falling apart to begin with, and they dont take care of their properties. You have been WARNED! Do not use this company at any cost. My wife and I moved to a smaller apartment just to get away from this company. We are not the only ones that feel this way about TRICKY TRIPLE CROWN CORP!
True Review: If you are seriously planning .Firstly : They are corporation so they can change rules on fly with informing you . so whatever they please double check .since you have might one rule others tenants might have different rule .They have added high security without any info.Lease completion: On your completion of your lease they charge moving out fees crazy that how they make money . My advice is allowing them to do carpet cleaning or any other required stuff.Because all they want is money at the end so try to safe even if you done all the carpet cleaning .Bed Bug charge : I understand Bed bug are common and not accepted but they charge $2200-2700 for even one bed bug .That is very high compared to $200 in outside market.These apartments are pretty old and most of the system are old doesnt work like other apartment . Example dishwasher,washing machine is 2000 model .Final note: Dont get attracted to rent other perks at the end of your lease you pay all these amounts which you thought saved
My experience with this company. I dont blame the whole company but i blame the leasing manager. I finished filling the application and i had one question regarding the credit check. They want to check credit of all family members. For me thats insane because i have never heard or experienced of that rules. After i asked that question, they dont want to go forward with my application.By the way, i have a right to acknowledge and ask the question regarding my credit check. Managers was 0 percent professional to the customer. I would say management is poor and dont trust them. They will betrayed you.Dont rent with that manager.
Not sure how its legal to build apartments in a home owners association. Cant wait to see the deadbeats they bring into my neighborhood with their shotty workmanship. Looking forward to meeting the owners of this company some day.
With my first experience renting and paying rent on time monthly, Blue Meadows development is a beautiful older development but the property manager is not reasonable to work and is very power trip driven in his demeanor and is not sensitive to dealing with issues or building good tenant relationships.Apartment Maintenance Issues, are have not being taken seriously or addressed in regards to property maintenance requests without any type of follow in responses. Winter Time is a nightmare in the fact of trying to get out of this development. Other than cutting the grass or landscaping, the property is not maintained.
Worst company ever. They tore down a piece of history the bell tavern just so they can sell the land greedy bastards they should have researched the property before they ever touched the property. I dont recommend buying anything from them
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Slow to get things fixed. Late fees are over the top and they are not willing to work with you on anything. They added damage that was done by prior tennants to our move out fee.
Terrible response to emergencies....roof leaking for days, mgmt hard to get ahold of. Maintenance is not on site
You have been warned about this company. We lost over $10,000 of property in our basement that flooded last year, won in small claims court, and they took us to a higher court that would have cost us more in lawyer fees than we could afford. They also will try to trick you in your lease, and add things when you are not looking. Be WARNED!
