I used to live here years ago and it sounds like “Centipede Haven” has not changed much! I’m the reason why each apt. was assigned two spots instead of one. My neighbors had four cars and it was impossible to find a spot before mgmt reasonably changed this policy. Aside from that they were pretty arrogant and uncompromising and this was in the 90’s. I guess they haven’t changed much. Too close to the creek and far too many bugs and critters for me. It was like living in the forest and this was inside the home!

Horrific experience. Had the leasing agent Tara give us a verbal contract that we were fine to keep a caged pet in our home, we even signed a pet police document with his description. However, 3 months down the road, magically, this document goes missing from them as well as her recollection of thr conversation. When attempting to speak with her about the issue, she barraged us with comments of her personal life issues and how she cant handle stress as well as threats to call the police if we did not leave. Customer service on point. Threatened to evict us due to us having the said pet which was the only reason we moved to this specific place because she told us it was okay.

Absolutely HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE HERE.Leasing agent lost part of the lease and got upset when I asked her to print a copy. Claimed I harrassed her when I went in person to ask again for a copy and SCREAMED at me for asking for a copy of my own lease..... I have NEVER seen such horrible management in my entire life.Do NOT live here, you will absolutely regret it.
