From what i can tell its nice, but i dont know much about this place. ive visited a few times and inside and out the buildings are nice.

I do not live in this development but I am in here every day for business. The office staff is nice and helpful. The neighborhood seems very quiet and well maintained. The pool looks inviting, though Ive never been in it. 😢 overall looks like a great place to live.

The staff is outstanding. They are so very fast with answers to my question. Looking forward to moving in May.

I’ve lived here for nearly 2 1/2 years, and after graduating college I knew it was time to relocate and try something different. We are moving out very soon, and I have to say I am upset we will be leaving. I felt like I needed to write a review because nearly a week ago, my beloved cat got outside and has been missing. The management team, especially Val and Amy, have gone above and beyond in helping me search for my cat including sending out constant emails, putting fliers on the doors, posting on FB, and even notifying nearby businesses. We have had no luck finding him yet, but I find it very unlikely that another complex would take such an issue so seriously and be as helpful as they have been here. They are seriously kind and caring people! In addition for anyone considering Emerald Pointe as their future home, the interior is incredibly nice and spacious, the pool and gym areas are clean and well-maintained, the maintenance team is very responsive and friendly, and there is a real sense of community here. If I decide to move back to the Harrisburg area and am still renting, I would move back to Emerald Pointe in a heartbeat.

Very nice looking homes definitely a great place to live.

Cant wait to move in in June. We are so excited to move in and have a new life.
