Just want to say thank you so much Cheyenne! you’re so kind and peaceful. I love the way you treat people. So different like The old manager Bonnie she doesn’t have any empathy and doesn’t know how to treat people. CHEYENNE YOU’RE THE BEST !!

Guarentee they keep your security deposit for their own problems, as well as a MAJOR Blackmold problem in their basements that is spilling into apartments and they said it was smoke damage... and charged me... they also have dirty people living there, some with cockroaches...

This place was a nightmare. The property manager (Bonnie) was rude and talked down to you and talked over you for everything. I left for the apartment for over a month (both me an my room mate) and still received a water bill for over 60$ - leading me to believe they split the water bills between the whole building. The neighbors would have tv volume wars so very thin walls. Wedgewood offered renters insurance but gave the option to get your own. After having my insurance (Statefarm) include all the tracking information requested through the complex and one property manager accepting it (Kaci), another property manager (Bonnie) then told me it was unusable - resulting in 3 months of double renters insurance payments. There is a $100 carpet cleaning fee and a monthly $5.XX service fee that is not mentioned. This area is also a part of 2 school districts. After living there for about 2 weeks I received a tax paper for 350$ - be aware of this is you are unsure of the location. We were told to keep the ac/heating units running all the time to prevent mold growth. Even after 2 months of living there with the units running constantly mold was growing. The window ac/heating units are very loud. You have to scream at each other while sitting right next to each other.Coming from out of state - the electric bill was high. The transmission fees and generation fees were more than the electric cost itself.I do not recommend.

Put in my interest, and made lots of calls to try scheduling a REAL in life tour. NOT a FAKE video tour.Called in, got a guy who said sure thing for this time/day. Went in 15 minutes early, door is locked for some reason, lady inside says no tour scheduled come back tomorrow. Either a bad first employee, or a lazy second one.Update: made a turn out of the complex and was stuck in traffic on the next road for nearly 17 minutes during 11am. If thats the traffic during a not busy time, I dont wanna see it during peak!Plus, I was called by an employee. Did not pick up. Probably because of the bad review. Too bad. I work 3rd shift and they wasted quite a few hours of my sleep with false promises.

Stay away. I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone. They clearly only care about their money and do not keep theirs tenants best interest in mind. Bonnie will literally make things more difficult for you and has a very nasty attitude. You’ve been warned.

I have never had a problem. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly. All of my maintenance request have been resolved promptly. The only issues I have is with the residence not picking up after their dogs, even though the complex provides free dogie bags! SMH

Honestly don’t know what’s all the bad reviews about, maybe people are picky and expect to live the high life in a apartment complex. I’m From New Jersey and this place is dirt cheap with great quality. Maintenance have helped me with every issue so far, parking is no problem. Area is quiet. The only 1 compliant I have is the laundry, even tho I don’t move to a apartment for the laundry features. It is nice to get them fixed considering we still pay. The dryer hasn’t worked for about a month. Non of the 2. Other than that, it’s a nice place in one of the best areas of Harrisburg. Stop being wussy’s.

THE ONLY reason this place gets 2 stars is because their maintenance staff is incredible. Seriously amazing people with stellar quality of work and fast turnaround for maintenance.Other than those guys, this place is a nightmare. Worst living experience Ive ever had. They charge me $68 a month for water. I take one shower a day and fill up my brita once. I do dishes twice a week. I shouldnt be paying a quarter of what I am paying. I work 12 hours a day, so that amount of water is genuinely impossible. As I said, the maintenance staff is great, but the apartment was in utter disrepair before I moved in, which is probably why they didnt let me see the unit ahead of time. Broken closets, cabinets, fridge parts, etc.Im assuming this place is section 8 friendly (not positive) because of the quality of people living around me. Smoke billows in the hallways nightly. Pot smell is putrid in the carpets, along with other smells. Its also LOUD. I can hear my neighbors kids constantly, which is not great for sleep. The doors slam my dog into a frenzy every day, and thats the door downstairs. Dont bother trying to have people over. Its embarrassing. The staff is aware that I badly want to leave this community, to which they responded with an agreement that Id pay them several months left on the lease and early termination (and no security back). Theyve become hostile simply because I want to leave and wont respond to my issues with the water bill.I didnt want to write this review, but this experience has been sincerely ugly and I just hate living in this place. Negativity isnt really my thing, but I only have 2 days a week to really relax, and this place makes that impossible. Wedgewood Hills is nothing but stress and bad vibes. STAY OUT. SERIOUSLY, EVEN IF THEY HAVE MOVE-IN DEALS. STAY OUT. It isnt worth a year out of your life.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The only good thing about these apartments is the maintenance man. There’s new staff every month they all are on different pages and they are rude when they speak to you. I don’t feel welcomed here at all and can’t wait to leave! The office is NEVER open and they never answer their phone especially when you need them. The air conditioners suck the closet doors suck, they have terrible communication skills and they talk to you like your stupid. It’s very hurtful and stressful. And because I left this review they ignored all my phone calls and lied trying to tell me I never paid 2 months rent which I have all the proof that I did and then tried to come at my personally whom ever moves here good luck.

Friendly staff, quick respond to maintenance issues.Good prices for what you pay for.HOWEVER, if you do mind very thin walls and possible annoying neighbors, you might wanna think twice. The building is old and the sealing make squeaky noises when someone is just walking in it.Also, every 2 buildings share 2 washing machine and driers that you have to pay for (1.6 $ per usage), so if you mind walking in a cold or hot weather 3-4 times a day to get your clothes done, think twice.

The only star goes to the amazing maintenance staff. The rest is just horrible story. All the good reviews are during the time when Lindsay was the property manager. This is a very old apartment complex but at least the previous team of management staff were compassionate with the tenants and were willing to help if there were any issues. The new Property manager is just horrible horrible and horrible. I had to write horrible three times just to emphasize how horrible she and her associate is. Rude, judgmental, discriminating and all other terminologies cant explain how pathetic their people skills and professionalism are.Few examples:She would make you wait outside if you go to the office if theres is a issue. She would reluctantly text, type few words in the keyboard chew gums and then talk to you as if you are a criminal.( Her office is visible from the waiting space) She would never ever offer you to have seat and all her chairs are always occupied with her personal stuffs anyway. I actually noticed it few times and video recorded one of the last conversation that we had. She would never ever respond to emails. I have a feeling that few tenant lawsuits coming towards Morgan properties in few months as long as she is in charge.Apartment Amenities lists says pool, fitness center, Microwave in the kitchen etc. These are all lies. They do not have a pool, however the pool that the sister company has has a price tag of $265.00, there wont be any microwave in the kitchenUtility bills are unbearably expensive. Youll have to pay for the water and sewage even for the people that are not on the lease. I have paid $85-95 water bills on average for last 12 months and despite being out of state for 1.5 months they sent me a bill of $82.00. Thats simple because you will have to share the entire water bill divided by 4 units whether you use it or not. and there would be $6.5 dollar service fee just for sending you a monthly bill( which is 100% of the time incorrect because they seem to be printing them early then some other bills are added later.) This is not mentioned in the lease agreement, and there will be 22.5 dollars initial setup fee, over $25 service fee in case you want o pay rent through your debit card, credit card etc.Renting under $800 sounds like scam after you start living here. because you will absolutely be paying over $1200 and not be enjoying any amenities. And on top of that, the horrible Staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I literally called to file a complaint, due to visiting a friend and my Grandchild stepped in Dog MESS that was on the walkway going into the front door and of course destroyed his sneakers that I just purchased days ago! I spoke with Kate or maybe its Katie (Property Manager), she was VERY, VERY, VERY RUDE and told me I was unable to file a complaint, due to not residing in the Apartment Complex. I must have the person that I was visiting call, which I believe is the craziest thing I have ever heard of in my 43years! What does it matter who files the complaint, as an Apartment-Property Manager, you should accept all complaints, being you want your property to be at its BEST! Since I am on the subject I wouldnt recommend anyone to live here... its very old looking and the closet doors falls off, no kitchen counter space and you heat by air conditioner, that are very loud and you cant hear each other when talking its like a screaming match, the hallway STINK, carpet on steps are disgustingly dirty, paint coming off the walls, on top of hearing everything the neighbor is discussing in the privacy of their home, being the walls are so thin. What a shame on you Kate or Katie all you had to do was be professional and speak with me and say I will send a letter out to the tenants addressing this issue... even if you didnt send a letter, but instead you was very rude, disrespectful and hung up on me when I was still talking. I told my friend MOVE, MOVE and never look back! I dont want to give this place 1 star, but I must in order to post, which is SAD!

Lived here for two years and NEVER in my life had a problem when Lindsay was the office manager. If I had an issue I would call, let her know what the problem was and it would be taken care of ASAP!!!But this new office manager doesn’t return call. When you stop in the office the door is locked. And when you say something to her about it, she would say she’s showing and apartment. But you can clearly see her little simple a55 sitting at her computer trying to look important. And when you finally get a chance to get in the office to talk to her she sits in her office and talk to you through the glass, and give you a YES and NO answers with no explanation.I move out at the end of April... the 29th to be exact. My lease wasn’t up until May 30th I paid rent on the 1st of May because I knew I had to. Got another bill May 30th for about 93.00 I figured it was the utility’s (Ok) I paid it.Today is July 13th 2018 and still haven’t receive my security deposit but instead I got a letter from a collection agency. In the amount of 248.04 (HOW??)It’s has no reason what soo every on it....just had Wedgwood hills apartmentsAnd of course when I call I don’t get an answer. And the phone hangs up.Honestly i should have left when Lindsay went to Camp Hill. The new staff is rude and could use a few classes in customer service and professionalism. And if the company comments on this post I don’t want to email anybody I need a phone number to the boss or whatever overseas Wedgwood hills appointment I can’t deal with those tolls anymore it’s unbelievable.PS: Your closet doors Suck!!!!And so does your staff ( middle finger emoji )

The worst management! This apartment have not managed by people in the office but by morgan-property from somewhere else. So imagine when you have problem with your bills, the office always answered as I dont know to you and ask you to call morgan-prroperty who has never returned my calls and emails. Thats so rude and unprofessional. The office has never been responsible for the issued bills, they said. Consider when you moved out and your final bill is $600 for the electricity of last month, while the PPL charged you only $50, then you know what I mean. Other than that, there is no problem with staying in thr apartment.

I been living here for 2 years. This place has its cons and pros. On the pros the area its clean, there are plenty of parking spaces, and the apartmemt are fairly big. The bads: Manager office seems to be unfriendly, apartment are olds and so are the kitchen cabinets closet doors and bathroom. I have requested the management to replace closet door because they keep falling and i have been waiting for a year and nothing. They say yes but nothing happens. Apartments are all electric, but somehow there allocated gas charges that you must pay to the property management. I would recomment these apartments for short stays while you look for something or until you get situated.
