My highest recommendation goes to Taylor Kirsch and the professional way in which she takes cares of her clients and the efficient way in which she gets business done. She promptly returns calls and gets answers while listening to the customers needs and always making the customer feel important. Ms Kirsch puts the service in customer service! Corny yes, but true nonetheless. We were so happy with our experience with BPM because of Taylor Kirsch!
