The agents Sandra and Kristina have both assisted me this past year I’ve been with the agency, these ladies have both went above and beyond to help find me the best policies for my car insurance, I have never had any agency actually value me as a customer and help me the way these two have . Even during the hardships during this pandemic they have help adjust payment dates and work out any issues that may have occurred with the insurance company for any reason, when they say they are there to help that’s what they do. I don’t have to deal with the insurance company personally they handle everything and do a great job of finding the best quotes to meet my needs . Literally all I have to do is provide the money for my policy each month, sign any paperwork pertaining to my policy rather it’s a renewal or change in the policy and mason dixon takes care of the rest. Which is less stress and less bills I have to worry about each month, I’ll never use another agent and I highly recommend using this agency to find you the best policy to fit your needs

I just want to say that I have had situation after situation and Saundra Ferguson, Faith and Kristina are a life saver. No matter the problem they always provide me with the best possible solution that benefits me. There customer service and professionalism is out of this world. Excellent customer service each and every time I call.... never a wait and the last time I called Faith helped me and stayed on the line and just went the entire extra mile for helping me get an issue resolved over the phone to save me more money... but all the representatives that answer the phones are super helpful polite and make you feel like your important actually put you first.... ...im very happy I have found a great company who take the time to hire people who take the time to make customer service number one...5 stars all the way
