Great customer service with everyone I came in contact with there. I worked with Tammy & Ben. Awesome people to work with to get a membership and get ideas about hotels. (Didnt book hotels with Ben because I didnt know how far I would go that day) Will definitely be back. The lady at the front desk was awesome too but I didnt get her name. Thank you all for the wonderful experience!!

I booked a trip to Maui through Art at the Wesel Blvd location in Hagerstown MD. The process went very smoothly and the trip was fantastic. He had everything taken care of with minimal effort on our part. Napili Point Resort was in a great location, very nice clean and comfortable. The ocean view was breathtaking. Overall it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend Art and AAA travel at this location.

First time I used AAA for travel. It was terrible, they did not inform us on how things went or were done. There was many mistakes made on there part. Communication from them was also terrible. I didnt feel they want to help me it was just there job, so they had to. I thought as a member I would get good customer service. Lesson learned

Went to have our passport photos taken. Staff was friendly and professional. Depending on your membership photos are at a reduced rate. Only took a few minutes.

They have very nice and helpful customer service personnel to serve you. Anything from your car insurance, renters insurance, travel, etc. They also have luggage for sale and maps of the United States, Canada and abroad. I trust AAA for their ability to take care of all my needs. I have been a member for 4 years.

We got help in less than 30 minutes to replace a battery in our car. Everyone was courteous.

Very nice people. Spent alot of time with me trying to go on vacation. Ive been with them for years and I highly recommend them.
