Ive been an Allstate customer for about 15yrs and moved to this area from near Baltimore a couple years ago. I thought it was time to get a local agent so I gave them a call. They answered all my questions and even made changes to my policy to save me money. This was without them even being the agent that should be servicing my policy. Ill be switching agents ASAP.

Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I had them for auto coverage first, then added homeowners insurance. The inspection Of my new home didnt occur until weeks after it was purchased. They stated my home failed inspection due to my roof. I asked if they could clarify the issue. The picture they sent to clarify was a picture of my entire roof. When I asked for more specific details I was told by the agent she wasnt sure. When I ordered the second inspection I requested to be contacted when they would be coming so I could be home. I was told by the agent she cant guarantee that. The insurance agent put all blame on not being a roofer and knowing details, that the inspector makes the decisions. The inspector that came said the complete opposite- he just takes the pictures; Allstate makes the decisions. It took the second inspector a week to come to my house after the inspection was ordered. The inspection wasnt shared with Allstate for almost another two weeks, leaving me less than a week to resolve any further issues with my roof before they canceled my insurance. All agents I spoke to pushed blame off on to someone else for their lack of response and knowledge. Very unprofessional.

1.2.2018 didnt have change didnt have 1.00 bills. So she credit will see in July 2018...next time pay by check
