Absolutely horrible. Im very disgusted with this place. Not only did they not let us know we needed our very own car insurance. They refused to give us a car or the refund. Not even a partial refund. They are super unprofessional they hung up on me multiple times. They are truly the worse. We had to cancel our trip cause we couldnt get a car to our hotel and taxis refused to pick us up based on where we were atW.

Took us forever picking up the car. They had to call and verify insurance before they would let you leave. Damage to car inside and out. Burn holes in the seats, cracked windshield. Not happy with the service at all! Un-professional!

Do not use this place. They advertise a low price online; however, when you arrive they nickel & dime you and youll end up paying even MORE than reputable rental car agencies. They dont tell you, but ti rent a car from this location you must already have full coverage insurance on your personal car and they dont offer insurance to purchase. Arrived at the airport and was told to call Ace for a courtesy shuttle to Aces lot, they never answer the phone and I ended up having to use Lyft to get there. Told Id get my deposit back on my credit card 8-10 days after returning the vehicle; day 13 and they still havent returned my deposit. Again, do mot use this place.

Stay away. Biggest headache trying to return a car.

First vehicle given had a lot of mechanical and cosmetics issues/damages. Got the vehicle almost empty. Went to a gas station to filled it up and the car didn’t want to start. Tried to start it again and the car started shaking and eventually turned call. Called the office and was told they can replace it for a small car but I said I’ll keep it and it does the same thing again, I would get the smaller one. The vehicle old and dirty. The next day, while driving the Engine light came one and called the office immediately. They came with the smaller car and took the full side car that I paid for. The smaller and replacement car given had a lot of dirty and brown/red spots on the roof and by the passenger holder handler (roof). My dad joke my said that somebody probably got shot or cut in the car. Thanked god I didn’t have any issues with the smaller car for the remaining 2 days.At end of rental, we change the rate from a full size to a compact size, got refunded the difference. The lady was very friendly and helpful.Overall, I’m glad things work out but I would rent from another place that have newer, clean, and working cars, even if you have to pay a little extra for it. Too cheap isn’t always good.

This off site car rental business picks you up in used, old dirty cars with 120000+ miles on it then tells you that the car you’re in is your rental. Don’t rent from here, no fleet, overpriced, repair shop that fixes old cars to rent out.
