My husband’s job made a reservation for a car specifically at this location and weren’t even given a heads up that this location closes at 5! My husband’s plane landed at around that time, he showed up and the place was closed. Luckily I was in town with him and we went to pick up his rental the next day. We drove an hour to our location in Louisiana and guess what, tire was low. The next day completely flat! My husband changed it to a spare tire only to see that the tire on it was so worn out. We are definitely not expensing a tire on our dime so we’ll get it patched, but these places need to give their cars a full inspection including the tires!

Had a reservation for 8am; arrived to location a little after 8:00am (posted opening time) to discover that the location was not open. Waited over 30 mins, watched 3 people drop off their keys for returned vehicles and still no employees showed up.

Horrible people .... The manager Lance uses that uneducated puppet that works with him to do his dirty work. I had my prices locked.in and when I extended the rental.for.a week she told me it would cost $1000 more than the week I just rented! They refused to give me my deposit back and created additional charges.None of them must believe in god or treating your fellow neighbor as a valued customer with respect. After calling the 1800 # they extended my rental and it was the original price. Not the $1100 extra those con artists tried to swindle me out of.

When the gentlemen came to pick me up to take me to pick up my rental, he asked to see my debit card and ID. Which is fine, that makes sense to see if I have what is needed before they drive me all the way to the place to pick up the car. The problem was he refused to believe that my debit card was a legitimate debit card because HE wasnt familiar with the bank. He kept asking over and over again if it was a cash card and how did I put money on it and if it was attached to a savings account. After I answered his questions over and over again. He STILL didnt believe me and called the office to ask them if they would take it and when he got off the phone with them he told me they said they would but he doesnt think they will. When we got to the office, my card worked just fine and the lady at the desk was very nice. The whole experience made me feel very discriminated against. I would definitely not recommend Hertz if that is how they treat their customers.

I had went through 3 different rental places and they didnt have my vehicle, or would allow me to reserve a vehicle they didnt have. Here, they had it and I can pay with my debit card, with a credit check done, which is good. Nice people, and much appreciated.

After having a horrific experience at Enterprise in Ocean Springs, I went to this place, and guess what? Experienced the customer service that we all hope for, not expect these days. These ladies were welcoming, friendly, fast, and I was out of there in 5 mins, WITHOUT A RESERVATION!Unfortunately I did not get names of the 3 girl, but it looks like one agent may have been #7087? Please, whoever was there around 11 oclock in AM on 7/17/2020, give them a raise immediately!!!As a physician, I appreciate good customer care and show loyalty to those companies from now on. Will only use Hertz from now, as long as my experience is even half of what I received.Dr. YC

Reserved a vehicle for a day, got there we 15 minutes early and it took forever to get waited on and then was told I would have to have a major credit card or excellent credit. even though I used a debit card to reserve the car.Never again.

They deserve no stars. I would never return to this particular location. I was being accused of smoking in the car. I do not smoke at all. When I was trying to speak manger. He were prejudiced and did not want to help. NO Stars. Im very offended by being accused of smoking in the car. My biggest advice. Do not drop the car off while they close. Make sure you and the employee do a walk around the car when you drop it off. if you dont its their words against yours. Hertz value their employees then a loyal customer.

After a stressful accident and repair process, hertz gave me a ride to pick up my car after it was finally repaired. I had my 6 month old with me and he waited until my car was ready and helped me move my belongings from the rental to my car. They also let me change my babys diaper in one of their offices. Great service!

They absolutely don’t care about the customer, and are only there to collect a paycheck, I drove my rv 1200 miles and when I arrived they did not have my car, and did not call to tell me and tried to put me in the smallest thing they had, and only offered me a $10 dollar discount, and it was late in the day so everything was closing, so I have no chance of getting a car today, they did not offer to find me a car somewhere else, offered no apology, this is an example of why they are going out of business.

Ive been renting a car every month for the past year and my experiences have been great each time. The staff is friendly, professional, and courteous. Also, I dont wait long at all when I go in to pick up my rental car, and the cars are great.

This facility and place of business doesnt even deserve one star! I am so pissed with their service. First of all, the first person I spoke with on the phone at this location to make my reservation was extremely rude and obnoxious. Her customer service was in the toilet. She needs to quit because she obviously doesnt want a job where you have to helpful and curtious to the public. Secondly, I made my reservation with someone else after realizing that I did not want to deal with her and I scheduled my pickup for Saturday at noon. I get to the business at 3 minutes after noon and only because of a rain storm was I late and they were closed. Shut down, lights off CLOSED!!! So my question first is why would you make my reservation for pick up at noon if you close at noon? Secondly, you have all of my information on file, why wouldnt you call me to see if I were on my way out of general and plain customer service concern? The employees at this location not only ruined my day, but they ruined my weekend. I had my nephews wedding that I was needing to attend and needed that rental desperately in order to get there safely. NEVER AGAIN!!! Going back to ENTERPRISE!!! HERTZ SUCKS!! AT LEAST THIS ONE DOES!!

Terrible experience, reserved my vehicle online to pickup, I get to the hertz for pickup they didnt have the vehicles listed first off, second they run a background check to see if youre even approved for the vehicle, and last its a $200 deposit for the car! Haha no thank you!

The manager was a bit snippy and short with me. I was trying to get her to explain something and simply because i wasnt understanding what she was saying she said okay well im not going to waste my breathe with you....woman all i want was an explanation sorry you couldnt explain it to me in a different way for a 3rd time. Moneka was really nice and she blamed it being a Monday. Hunny...she was like that last time i tried to rent a car from them. Maybe they should find someone that can handle mondays. Thats no excuse to be rude to a customer. I was as nice as i could possibly be ecen though everything in ne wanted to catch an attitude right back.
