First of all when I picked up the car there was not anyone working the Enterprise desk. I had to deal with someone in the booth next door (National). Extremely rude and not helpful in any way other than to provide me with keys to the rental car. I showed her my free upgrade email from Enterprise and without so much as looking to see if there was an upgrade available she just quickly said nope. No upgrade. (rude)Second of all when I returned the rental, (same person. still no one at the Enterprise desk) I asked about validating the parking ticket. She said they will do that at the exit. When I got to the exit, the attendant said, That will be $62 I told her that they told me inside that all I had to do was show them the parking ticket and it would be validated. I was told no charge to park by the lady at the desk.I have made a complaint and I have a case number (37203653) but know one has reached out to me yet.This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever received by Enterprise car rental.

Did not have a good experience at this place. The lady Cynthia I believe is her name, but she is very rood and impolite. She made me feel like I did not deserve her attention. She made our situation more complicated than it should be.I kind of felt belittled by her. I had already paid for my reservation and decided to cancel it just because of her attitude. I called and the manager was polite, understood and apologized. I would not recommend this place if she is there. Enterprise, you lost a sale because of your representative. I know I’m just one sale, but who knows how many people you lost or may lose because of her attitude. I’m not a person who makes a big deal of things but customer service is the key to business and that was not customer service.

I always use Enterprise for all my car rentals. They always go above and beyond. On our last trip to Biloxi, MS we had to wait for an hour for our rental, because they were so short staffed. Once our rental was ready, the manager upgraded us to an SUV for no charge.

We reserved a rental car in advance during our stay in Mississippi. When we arrived to pick up the car after paying 45.75 to Uber driver. The reception tells us, she has bad news, they overbook 42 car and don’t have a car available for us.. I asked why know one called. She said she was the only one working since 8 this morning. The service received today was very nonchalant and inconvenient after paying nearing $92.00 for Uber rides, we could have saved by just receiving a courtesy call before arriving.. I’m very disappointed with the service received today. We lost unnecessary money and time.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I had a reservation for my husband who was coming to visit me. He arrived at the airport and was advised that they had no vehicles at all because of the hurricane (even though we had a reservation??) The only consolation they were able to offer is the cancellation of the reservation.9/21: Update with the response I received after emailing my grievance. While I do understand that there was a natural disaster that occurred a few days prior to my reservation, it does not change the fact that no effort was made in order to honor the reservation if even partially. They could have stated that there is a possibility that somebody may return a vehicle and to check back like the enterprise in Biloxi did or they could have made an effort to reach out to another enterprise that had availability to deliver it to us. Instead, their customer service rep at the kiosk stated What do you want me to do about it? and that the regional manager would contact my husband (which never happened). My husband and I lost hours of time trying to find another accommodation in the limited time we had together and we had to spend additional money for another vehicle accommodation and for uber.

My car broke down in Biloxi and after reserving a car online and taking an Uber to the airport, I was told that the front office doesn’t know how many cars are available and that they were sold out. So they either don’t have a computer system that communicates with their front office of how many cars are available or the people working the desk does not communicate that with the front office. It’s fine if you have nothing available, but communication goes a long way and saves people time, money and frustration.

It was very smooth transaction. Took very little time getting the car and the lady surprised me with an upgrade. In Biloxi the cars are at the airport so its easy to get to them and when we returned it we just dropped the keys in the Dropbox and all done. Got a great price too and no trouble with the vehicle. Win win!

Enterprise Rent A Car was very efficient and thew service was great. The only complaint I guess was the Car, as it was a new Chevy Equinox and I drove TANKS in the Military that had a better ride than this vehicle. The seats were very comfortable but the ride sucked and we traveled from Ms. to Chicago and back so we had plenty of driving time.

I made a reservation on the 01/09/2021 at 0100 PM to pick up a car same day at 0400pm got there by uber and they told me they were sold out, no phone call no email to warn me. The man working at the window (at the National window cuz the sign said see national) apologize saying I was going to call you but I forgot. Are you serious? I only rent via Enterprise around the world but this is it.This Enterprise was the one at the Airport to be clear i know there is an other one down the road. So be careful on the reservation with the Airport Enterprise you might end up with nothing and the National car rental next to Enterprise will try upcharge you if you are desperate I walked away, imma stick to uber.

The entire process was quick and simple. Decided to rent a car less than 24 hours before pick up and was able to acquire a vehicle at a reasonable price. My time at the actual counter obtaining the vehicle was the shortest that Ive experienced at any rental car facility. Jeremy was extremely pleasant and made my day when he informed me that my economy car was upgraded......to a convertible Mustang! The rental car gods were shining down on me that day along with the Mississippi and New Orleans sunshine.

After going to a location down the road, and basically not being told they closed at 12. I went to the airport to pick up my reservation that I had changed while at the parking lot at the other location that basically failed to tell me they closed early. My price was hiked up due to the fact that I was picking up at an airport after they messed up my prior reservation at the other location down the road. I got there and no one was at the kiosk in the airport. There was only a sign that said see the National car rental help desk. Of course she couldnt do anything. I will never rent from Enterprise again.

The Enterprise counter is usually closed at the Gulfport-Biloxi airport so the gals at the National counter take care of us. Have not had a bad experience there. Pick up and return is always easy and the gals are always pleasant!

Jeremy was pleasant and very patient despite the fact I was in an irritated mood. There was an issue with the company rental and he took the time to not only wait patiently for to contact office personnel but also ultimately found a solution.

I will never use the enterprise at Gulfport airport. The vehicle wasnt clean nor did they have anything else to offer. The customer service when I returned my vehicle was horrible. Two people behind the desk and not one wants to move. This is the first time Ive had a problem with this company.

Filled out the application on line and it advised I was approved. I left to go pick up the vehicle and the clerk told me my they did not accept my credit card. She also said I would need my return airplane ticket before I could vote. They need to update the website to help that are visiting from out of state

Outstanding service! While being diverted two states away is never fun, enterprise made it exponentially easier with being able to rent a car to get me to where I needed to be. They even waived the transfer fee which saved my vacation finances immensely. The staff was very knowledgeable and understanding of the circumstances and I couldnt have been more pleased with my experience.

I came in around 4 on a Monday and the enterprise counter was already shut down, saying “please pickup at National”. That’s not a big issue just a bit surprising at that hour. So I went to the National counter right next door and got in line. Line moved pretty quickly but then first issue, they have a policy that requires you’re return flight information if you put the charges on a debit card. I didn’t have that info on hand and didn’t have the time to dig through my emails so I just switched to a credit card. Not a huge deal, but just something to be aware of! The real issue came in once I got my car. It was a Nissan Maxima which is considered a premium car, but when I got out to the lot and opened the door it REAKED of smoke. I thought I could maybe air it out so I opened the doors, blasted the AC and waited a couple minutes but that did nothing. The smell itself doesn’t hugely bother me but a) I was worried I would be charged a ridiculous cleaning fee if I didn’t do something then and b) more importantly that’s not a great indication of their supposed “deep cleaning” process for COVID. So I went back in, rejoined the line and when I get up to the counter they tell me “we’re currently all sold out but if you give us a couple minutes we can see what we can do for you”. That super vague response didn’t exactly instill confidence but I went and sat and waited. 30 minutes later I finally get an update, they brought fresh cars to the lot and had a “brand new” car I could swap out for. Only problem, it’s a Kia Forte which is a huge downgrade from the original car but yet I was still supposed to pay the same price as before. At that point I just wanted to get going after having been there for over an hour so I just took it and didn’t argue. Just a really disappointing experience overall.

I am not pleased at all with my recent rental. I am a regular customer, and I was not happy. Firstly, the car I rented was not clean. This is unacceptable at any rate, but with the COVID-19 pandemic, this is certainly unacceptable. I was already in the vehicle when I noticed it was not, and I had to purchase cleaner and clean myself, including vaccuuming. There was trash and crumbs left in the car, so there is no way it was wiped down as necessary. In addition, there were packets left in the vehicle. I would like a refund and for someone to contact me regarding this matter.

First car I picked up the check engine light came on and I had to turn around and unload the car to get another one. The second car was quickly given to me unfortunately it was raining and I had to move my family and the luggage for a second time in the rain and I was 20 minutes behind schedule. Usually my experiences are pretty good but this was a notch down.

I arrived very late at night, and even though on the website it said closed an employee waited because the flight was a little late, made sure I got my car and was able to go to my hotel. The employee was amazing, greeted me cheerfully with a smile. The paperwork was already prepared so everything was superfast. I will definitely be using Enterprise in the future!!

Came with my family for a long weekend and rented from this location. I travel a lot and rent a lot of cars. This was, by far, one of the **best** rental experiences ever!When we arrived, there was a bunch of people arriving at the same time from the airport. They had a method to the madness and before you knew it, everyone was cleared out and on their way! They even gave my family a free upgrade! Our representative was a young gentleman with total personality and even played along with my son who had a hand shaker buzzer! It was so cute! Thanks for the great service!

Everything was going great with this rental up until I got the electronic receipt. During check in I was asked if I wanted the fuel refill, which was cheaper than the gas in town. So, I took it. I returned the car with just over a 1/2 tank and was charged for a full tank at $31.00 thats highway robbery! I will never do that again.

The customer service is excellent.The car we were given wasn’t a great option for our drive. We rented a smaller SUV, which ended up being a 4 cyl and not great for our drive. Next time will definitely ask for a larger SUV. The SUV was the base model and didn’t have any additional luxuries. Our last rental was fully loaded and very comfortable!

We used Enterprise for a 5 day rental. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The customer service at this location was really top notch. We rented a new Ford Explorer which was a very clean and comfortable vehicle. Vehicle pick up and drop off was very efficient. We will absolutely use Enterprise for any future vehicle rental needs.

The local branch manager Corey Martin was very rude and not compassionate at all to my particular situation. I rented a vehicle from a different Enterprise locally and someone hit the vehicle and it had to be towed. I called Enterprises customer service and they sent a tow truck and told me I could go to the airport Enterprise location and they would be able to get me in another vehicle. When I arrived the agent at the desk was unsure of how to handle the situation because the location where the car was towed was not open to verify if it was there, so she called the branch manager Corey Martin. He told her that they couldnt do anything for me because they could not verify the car was dropped off. The customer service representative on the phone said they would use the internal Enterprise accident report and police case number for this purpose. I asked to speak with the manager, Corey Martin, because I couldnt understand what the real issue was. He basically said there is nothing I can do for you here. You will have to wait until the morning and go back to the location where you rented the car from originally. But they were the only location open at the time of night that it was. This left me stranded at the airport until I could find accommodations for a vehicle I had paid to rent through the next week. Even if he could not have rented me a car, more consideration for my situation was all I really needed not more hostility because of something that was out of my control. I will never go in this location again and I would recommend going to the location down the street on Hwy 49. This is the Tennessee Ave location in Gulfport, MS they are way more considerate of your needs.

Gulfport airport location is TERRIBLE ! There have been 4 different requests submitted for the manger Cory to call me and still nothing two weeks later. They messed up my reservation over three different times. Charged my card twice the amount it was suppose to be. I talked to two different customer service agents who ensured me the younger driver fee would be taken care of and gave me a reference number. Then this manager Cory has time to tell them they can not overrule it because he talked to me already and I didnt have my paperwork which was a complete LIE, but yet cant have time to call me back. I never had a conversation with this manager when I picked up the car nor was I told I was being charged the young renter fee after providing all the paperwork I needed to have the fee waived at pick up. I was told by Enterprise I shouldnt have booked it through Expedia which is not my problem since Enterprise decided to do business with this third party. I was also hung up on by an escalation manager when I called for the fourth time. I will never rent from enterprise due to this experience and nor will my travel agency be using enterprise either and I will be sure to tell my clients why.

A very good experience with Enterprise once again. Trip from office to airport was pleasant and turning in the van was easy.

Outstanding customer service!Had a... less than stellar experience with a rival organization (was forced to use them for business travel). However, after an unsuccessful attempt to remedy my problems with the “other guys”, Enterprise came to the rescue!!!This particular location went above and beyond their call of duty! I made a reservation online and was quoted a price, because I had add ons I requested they only sent me the base quote price in writing. I called back and got the quote verbally a 2nd time. Was given the price and asked them to send me that quote in writing as well and was promised it would be sent to me via email but of course it wasnt. When I went to pick up my vehicle, surprise surprise, the price I was quoted was incorrect and I had to pay the price at the counter in order in get the car which I needed for my trip. Needless to say that was my last rental through enterprise. And they had my business for years.

I have rented from here 3 times now. The first time I was given a defective car that would not allow me to take out the key from the ignition. However I was compensated for that and they handled it well. Second time was a breeze. Third time, they tried giving me the same model car that gave me issues the first time so they gave me another instead. All was fine until I noticed how FILTHY the vehicle was. Everytime I got in the car, I about gagged at the smell it left. Im just going to assume that they didnt have enough time to clean it when they gave it to me, and if thats the case then shame on the people that returned it in that smelly/filthy condition. Either way, everyone here is super friendly and sweet. The only drawback is there is ALWAYS a line and not enough workers to help out. I really appreciate the shuttle drivers as well. I would rent from here again! But Id pay attention to details of the car carefully before they give it to you, that was my bad this last time for not noticing sooner.

The car was nice; the staff was helpful; however, I almost missed my flight because the location wasnt here. After I drove to the airport and was ready to return, I couldnt find Enterprise counter anywhere in the airport, so I called them and they told me that I had to return the car at different location and no one could pick up the car from the airport even though this location showed on google map. The driver for the shuttle from Enterprise was really nice that she tried to take me to the airport asap. However, someone needs to update this address so people wont miss their flight due to short on time for return the car like me. Or whenever someone needs to get a rental car from Enterprise and wants to return to the airport should call Enterprise to confirm the location first.Over all beside wrong location on google map and I almost missed the flight, Enterprise provided good service.

Our rental car was perfect. We needed SUV to put a road bike and a weapon case in at the same time. When we arrived we found out that the smaller SUV was just a tad too small, but we were able to upgrade to a larger SUV for only an additional $50 for the whole week.I also loved the backup camera.The great part was having transportation to the airport even before the business opened. We needed to be at the airport before 7:00am. Enterprise Biloxi had shuttle service provided starting at 4:30am. Thank you for a great car and an easy rental and drop off service.

I am disappointed in the vehicles rented at Enterprise in Biloxi Airport. The first vehicle I was given had a leak in it, every time it rained it smelled like mold. I traded it out for another vehicle and this vehicles engine idols high, the breaks squeak and I had to clean the inside of the windshield. I still have this vehicle and am hoping it gets through the next 8 days of my rental.

Check out and return was easy. Reserved on their website, as the quote on the phone was much higher. I drove the Chevy Impala over 500 miles and it drove great without any problems. I reduced the rating by two stars because the car reeked of smoke. It was ok at first but it slowly started to irritate my eyes and throat.

The overall experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was pleasant. The lady who picked us up from the airport gave us information about the local community in Gulfport. The staff that checked me in and out were extremely helpful in getting me on my way. The only issue was that upon receiving the rental vehicle, it was only half tank of gas.

The entire staff has been amazing, as Ive seen at all locations Ive used before. John, the branch manager, really helped me out when I needed it the most, after a Suburban, doing around 50mph, totalled my car in a T-Bone accident at the I-49/Creosote intersection! An unnamed car insurance agency (that uses a talking 🦎) really left me out in the cold after the accident. Short of giving me a free vehicle, the crew at Enterprise lived up to their namesake and have added another service ribbon to their companys history! They have a shuttle from the airport to the office a few min away. Great car and great staff. Only recommendation would be better signage stating where shuttle will be and the fact it runs constantly back and forth.

Overall Good Experience. The car was ready before I got there. And the gentleman that helped me was very quick and precise. However, I came back at 8:06 pm and there were about 3 people in the office. One of the employees actually looked out the window. I thought they could have been nice enough to open the door and let me check in. For this to be an airport site there hours should be a little longer. Other, than that the car was nice and my experience with this company has been great.

Terrible experience. I made a reservation a day in advance and spoke to a representative on the phone at this location. She acted like we were all set. We drove all the way to gulfport (45 minutes) then got a lyft to the enterprise which isnt even a real office its inside the actual airport. They refused to take my method of payment on file because its a bank debit card with real money on it not a fake debt creating credit card. What makes me even angrier is we were trying to take a vacation to Florida and get a rental at 9am. Now we have to wait till 1PM for a real enterprise rent-a-car office to open. Which seriously cuts our beach day down to half the time. Oh and we had to pay the Lyft to take us back to our car.Update: we waited till 1pm for the enterprise to open and they wouldnt answer the phones till 1:20. Once we finally got an agent on the phone they told us we would have to wait 45 minutes to be picked u . We didnt get into a rental car till 2:30 PM. The rental wasnt a car like I had reserved but an SUV. they told me I would have to wait 2 more hours at least for a car. We took the SUV but it was super filthy on the interior. it was covered in sticky black stuff even the windows and windshields. the upholstery was disgusting and the SUV smelled like an ashtray mixed with kitty litter. The front passenger window was broken and wouldnt open. We told all this to the enterprise agents when we brought it back He promised he would get us a discount but he did not. I never paid so much for such a gross car and bad experience in my life.

Ive rented 5 times this year from this location. Its always a surprise of what shape the vehicle is in when you get it. Once was rented a car with alignment totally off and had to switch it out. One smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. But the worst was the bucket they rented us for 1 wk and 4 days. Plastic broken, banged up front bumper, burn marks on seats and an AC that needs servicing. I offered to pay for and upgrade and get a better car and was told they were all out of cars and to check back Mon. By the manager assistant Kaden. They were sold out the weekend. Unsatisfactory. I made reservations 3 weeks prior for a trip only to be served this garbage. I returned the car that night after obtaining a rental from Hertz. I was a Enterprise Plus member but wont be utilizing them anytime in the future.

Take a good photo of the vehicle, this place will scam you 100%. Ryan Holder, manager will find damage where’s no nothing. We will never rent or return any vehicle to this place.Update:On March 5th 2018, I received a letter in the mail from Enterprise. The letter stated the following.We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your loyalty... I was initially pleased when I saw that the rental car counters were located next to the baggage carrousel. That is until I realized that Enterprise is located off airport property. I would have rented from one of the on-site agencies had I known this. After the bus ride there, we got in line. After what seemed like forever, the agent had our rental paperwork ready. I then remembered to confirm that my coworker could drive the car (my bad, I should have done this earlier in the process). Ive been renting from another agency lately who allows my coworkers to drive for no additional fee; well Enterprise doesnt offer this so I was forced to pay about $10 extra per day. For this reason alone, I will be going with another agency. Then we were escorted out to our vehicle only it was a van, not the sport utility vehicle we reserved. We made it clear that we needed the sport utility vehicle and the agent did go back inside to get keys for a nice Jeep Grand Cherokee. But why not have those keys to begin with? More of our time was wasted. The entire rental process took much longer than Im used to. Most airport rental sites have streamlined the process. Returning the vehicle took longer than usual as well. Fortunately I counted on this as well as the ride back to the airport but again, this was time wasted.

When i placed my car rental it did not come up as off premises of airport. i believe they are doing this on purpose. So we had to call a shuttle and wait for it to take us to the rental lot. Of course getting our car was easy. It seems dropping it off not so easy. When of course dropping it off and getting to the airport is obviously should be faster and easier. I watched as one person goes to walk out the door to get someones car. just to then go get an umbrella from the back. She then began to walk outside decided it wasnt raining to walk all the way to the back again to leave it. After shuffling papers around on a back desk she then comes all the way back up w umbrella still in hand. And im still sitting there waiting for my turn in line to give my car back so i can get to airport. In my opinion book any reservation but here if you are flying.

Although I am usually extremely happy with enterprise this time not so much. I reserved a car at the Gulfport airport. They are not at the airport. When I finally found them I was told I would have to wait for a car. My reservation only reserved the price!?! I had to get to the airport. I was given a class upgrade and free gas which made the situation tolerable. I did have to wait an hour before the decision was made to give an upgrade and only just barely made the New Orleans International Airport. I much much prefer the enterprise in Ocean Springs where I have never ever had an issue like this.

Great experience at the counter, I booked just 3 hours in advance, the price was great, the car was clean and full of gas, as expected. The return was about 2 minutes and we were on our way, I will continue to use them!!!

Nice facility with helpful people. The car; however, was not very good. The transmission was very rough, even though it only had about 6k miles. It also got horrendous gas mileage for a Focus. I was filling it up once a week and barely using it. To their credit, I didnt bring the issue up with the company. Just be careful with the cars and bring a little more cash for gas.

Terrible customer service. We rented a car with two child seats. After doing all of the paper work, I learned that they only had one seat. I had to drive to another car rental agency to get a second seat. Unfortunately this was an infant seat, not a convertible child seat as I had reserved, and too small for our children. So we had to walk from the airport to the hotel because we couldnt drive with both children.Despite four phone calls to Enterprise, I could not get any resolution. I kept being placed on hold, where I listened to a recording about how Enterprise always treats customers as they should be treated.The manager wouldnt come to the phone to remedy the situation. In the end, this process wasted more than two hours, and we had to make other arrangements to be able transport our family to a funeral.Obviously, we will not be renting from Enterprise again due to this terrible experience.

I recently rented from this location while on business. To give you some background, I rent cars about 30-40 times per year during business trips. I havent been treated this well while renting a car in a really long time. From picking me up at the airport to dropping me off, the entire experience couldnt have been better. Right down to the small details, this location has their stuff together! Keep up the great work!

Quick and efficient service. The employee who retriever the car for me even did a thorough inspection of the vehicle it me to make sure it was good. The only reason there is not 5 stars is once I got to my hotel I found a strawberry in the back storage area (outlander model). The employee had put my luggage in so Im not sure how it was missed and it had been there for atleast a day or two. They had a ride to and from the airport for me as well, quick and friendly service.

Rude people specially over the phone, I do understand they were busy because the season but from my perspective as a customer that should not matter. I been using Enterprise for over 25 years and I have no problem with them as a company, great people and service the way always should be.
