I just spent $40 on a gel manicure that was very average. My nail tech rushed through the filing and told me I had to pay $5 extra for shaping my nails even though they were pretty short. She did a terrible job shaping and had to redo each nail, by which point the nails were very short. She painted them fine but there’s some polish lifting off the finger. Also the salon was very hard to find and google maps brought me to a different salon. Will not be returning to Passion nails, I was expecting MUCH better for the amount of money I spent.

Yesterday was my first time at Passion Nails. When I walked in, the place was clean. First, I got my toes done. They were nicely done. However, the technician who did my finger nails, did a horrible job! I came back today and she seemed annoyed. Anyway she didnt add more acrylic to the poorly done job. But proceeded to scrub the previous day and re-polished them. A little better, but still horrible. She didnt attempt to clean the residues from my fingers, but went over to another customer. I definitely wont be coming back! Poor work ethics!!! I am soooooooooo disappointed!!!!

Extremely expensive. I paid $50 for a gel pedicure. Great job, but not worth the price.

I recently moved to the area and had no clue where to find a new salon. I had been with Pearl Nails in Jacksonville Beach Fl and never trusted anyone else to touch mine.T nails always need a bit of extra work even with bi weekly visits due to owning a cleaning company and the labour of the hands that it entails. I walked a hour before closing, I was greeted in a professional manner, I was seated and attended to quickly. My tech (I do not know her name) was amazing. She took so much care and time touching every spot without me saying a word. That it’s self was a comfort. Her attention to detail was out of this world, she took the time to go back and fix any flaws of my cuticles during every stage even on my toes. I am thrilled to have found this special gem and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I used this nail salon several times in the past and was pleased with their service. However, recently when asking questions about pricing and options the tech, became very unprofessional and quite rude. I decided to simply use another one the next time. She was more pleasant, but my nails began to break within a week even with gel.So, after the first nail broke I returned to make an appt. The next day before the appointment ANOTHER NAIL BROKE. When I told her my nail broke, of course she stated for other reasons besides her negligence and poor work. It was my fault. This was very disturbing and upsetting. I waited so long, even with an appointment, that I left never to return as I watched them cater to others and let me sit there.Despite having a 1:00 appt I was made to wait with no customer service or apologies for the wait. When I asked when I would be seen, the tech said I had to wait and returned to her seat once again. At this point all of my nails broke within two weeks. How do all nails break with gel? Really?Now while Im definitely not one to pull the race card, these people clearly cater to certain customers and more careful of their service and professionalism for others of a lighter hue. My money is just as green and I (and some others) are taking it elsewhere. (Funny, I see another review here of a Black woman pictured with similar complaints, but I will continue to analyze reviews to verify or discredit my view and edit this review accordingly).All of my nails have broken at this point. $40 (including my tip) wasted.

Moved 2 years ago from NYC to 1st Anastasia Island and now Palm Coast. Ive tried many nail salons during that time. Passion Nails is by far the best one. Clean, pleasant atmosphere - no loud music here - you can relax. Reasonable prices. My nails are natural and I have found most nail salons really dont know how to handle natural nails. My nails always seems worse afterwards but not here. My nails are growing out even stronger.

I have been coming here for the past few years on and off and they always do a great job! I’ve never had a problem with my nails or the staff! I highly suggest passion nails if you are in the palm coast area! They have great prices which I love, they don’t try and rip you off like a lot of places.

My service was S&S. I was new to the salon and tried to explain what I wanted. Because I spoke up they said i was too picky. They were rude and unprofessional. There are many other salons, look for another

First time customer, and I will certainly be back. I havent gone for a pedicure since March and pandemic began. I told myself if I went in and it didnt look like they took safety seriously, then I would leave. I was very pleased that everyone wore a mask, employees and customers. They took my temperature and spaced out the pedicure stations so that you were not right next to another customer. The manicure stations were closer together, but they had plexiglass between the employees and customers. The pedicure itself was wonderful, the technician really took her times and gave the most wonderful foot massage. In all, I was very pleased, and I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Clean environment, staff is attentive, the wait isn’t very long (if you even have to wait) and you have all kinds of services here. They do gel, SNS, to regular nail polish. They have a solid nail color selection, wish they’d get more though.

Terri did my pedicure. The one thing I love about a pedicure is the message. Terri did great! I had the VIP pedicure and it was worth the extra $10. This was my first visit and Ill definitely be coming back.

Best place I’ve ever been to! I’ve been to tons of salons in NY and California and while they are quite skilled this place has the nicest technicians. They don’t rush or cut corners and my manicure came out perfect. I’ve had people cut me while filing and they were extremely gentle. I chatted with three ladies while I was there and they were all really nice. Will definitely come back again when I am visiting Florida, thank you to Tanya!

Acrylic and gel polish looked great but started chipping in 3 days. I have never had this happen at all with acrylic nails with gel polish. By 2 weeks they were a mess of chips and broken nails.

I was visiting my mom when I had my nails done. If I lived in Palm Coast, this would be my go-to place. Excellent and friendly customer service, and excellent sanitation and safety measures are taken at this salon.

My only go-to nail salon here in Flagler, hands down. I’ve tried several in the area, and finally was able to make a home with this one. 🖤 Love Jan, she is amazing!

First time check in here, the nail salon looks nice and clean, ton of nail polish posted on the wall . all the manicurists wear the mask and take care their customers. Look so professional . I am done for my color changed today, will be back to get my gel polish done soon .

This was my second time coming and have not been disappointed each time! Very professional and clean. They listen to you and give you what you ask for. Kalyan was awesome both times I did pedicure and SNS nails. Also I’ve been to many places before that as they’re doing your nails and filling they have cut your skin and Passion Nails have not cut me once! Highly recommend their services! 5+ 🌟 🌟

I got a pedicure and my 6 year old niece got a manicure. All the ladies were very friendly and the poor one that had to tackle my feet was so sweet! It was a great experience, and Ill definitely be going back!

They did a great job on my nails and my daughter nails and feet. They make you feel comfortable they didnt try to rip you off like alot of nail places do. I would recommend this place to anybody. The people are very kind and respectful. Give this place a try you cant go wrong.

I love my nails, Im pretty picky about them. This place I will go back to. I dont like thick nails, I like the color to go all the way to the edges and I consider cheating if I didnt get an actual manicure because I chose gel or sns. Angie did an awesome job. A lot of good reviews, but I’m not sure why. I felt extremely unwelcome. The girl doing my nails seemed annoyed. I’ve never been here before and I came because of all the good reviews. Not to mention that the location is horrible. There is bar right next door and the guy standing outside gave me some unwanted attention. Not coming back.

They were super clean and did an amazing job on my toes and were very gentle. I will definitely come back here for now on. This is my top favorite place for nails.

I have been coming here for 3 years! I had a five star review but I am changing it all the way to 1 star. I am so disappointed in how they have done my nails the last few times that I will not be coming back. I have a crooked nails a few times, and they never stay on any longer then a week and a few days! So over Being ripped off!

If I could give this place 100 stars i would!!! As someone who has worked and been in the cosmetology field for 13+ years im very impressed on how friendly and clean passion nails is. I get my sns by chan ( they last forever) and recently rea did an amazing lash fill last minute for me and im blown away on how amazing she did that im switching lash ladies to rea. The best my lashes have ever felt and looked.

Salon is clean and staff is friendly. I felt I was getting a good pedicure until later when I got home I looked at my heels and both feet were still cracked and dry. I called the salon after hours and left a message and have not heard back from them.

They take walk-ins and appointments.Mine was at 10 am, but got there around. 9:41 am, they took me in w out waiting.I had a pedicure, my first!My tech put me in a massage chair w foot spa . My tech was very professional, I had hard long nails I couldnt cut myself and a very bad hard callus on my foot!The tech was hard at work filing drilling (filing in another form )working out my over hard callus and overgrown nails.I give her credit one long hour on my feetNever complained. Those techs do hard work themselves all that bending over and manipulation with their hands. They MUSTbe sore too by the end of the day.. my feet were bad! I tipped 10 dollars cuz she WORKED for her tip at the Passion Nail Salon, I would go back.
