When people ask me where I get my nails done, I usually say, “Nail Reflections. They’re pretty expensive but they’re worth it.” Today it was definitely not worth it. I usually have Qui Pham who’s a pretty young kid but has huge attention to detail and seems very nice. I think he’s great! Today the more middle aged man worked on my nails and I’m so disappointed:( He was rude, kept hitting my finger with the drill(which hurt) and my nail polish was sooo streaky but after a couple tries he said to me “I give up” and put on my top coat. The fill was $35 and looked so streaky:( A full acrylic set costs $65. If you go here, try not to get the older guy

Ive been going two years now and as a Senior on a cane with arthritis theyre always willing to help me in the chair assist me with my shoes off & on. Im please with their kindness and gentle Pedicure I always receive there plus the cleanliness of the salon.

I drove here all the way from Fishers & I am very disappointed. When I walked in I specifically said I only wanted my toes painted. He proceeded to soak my feet and filed my toes then painted them… that’s it. & cut my toe nails extremely short to the point where they hurt. It wasn’t a whole pedicure but I was still charged 35 dollars. Then I just wanted my nails painted but he did gel instead. I said something to the owner about it on my way out. She didn’t seem to care.

I have had my nails done here since 2002. They are good to me.

Love this place - it’s my go to! I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes, and they do a great job! Never any issues with my nails and they are very reasonably priced. Been to other places Nearby and felt like they really over charged me. Not this place!

I came in for shellac polish, that day 2 of my nails chipped and the next day 2 more chipped, this is polish that should last for weeks. I went in to have them fix the nails and I was there maybe 15 minutes, my nails were rushed through completely and dont look anywhere near like the first time they were done, they look very sloppy. Unfortunately, wont be returning

I happened upon this shop because my regular shop wasnt able to get me in. What a pleasant surprise! I will definitely be going back my nails are looking great a week later and that was one of the best foot massages I have ever had.

Never had a bad experience with them! Always helpful to pick a nail color or design, fantastic and long pedicures when you need them, and great conversationalists! They offer a lot of nail services with a HUGE selection

I honestly do not know how this place only has 3.4 stars... I come and visit Indy twice a year to see family and we always come to get our nails done at Nail Reflections... every time I go, I always have a great experience. The employees are super nice and really try to make their customers happy. I have nothing to say but good things about this place and my nails, toes, or both always look on point 💙💜 10/10 for me, totally recommend!

I trust going here because they are taking the scientifically recommended COVID safety precautions, making all customers wear masks, disinfecting everyone’s hand prior to touching all the nail color bottles, etc.

Its my favorite nail salon.i took my husband there and he was enjoy his Mani and pedi.the owners are so nice and friendly.we will come back agian.

How they tell me its a 2hr wait and by the time I get there they telling me they full, then wanted me to wait another 2hrs. But 2 more ladies walked in and they took them straight on back DISCRIMINATION ILL NEVER PATRON THEM I HEARD THEY WERE GOOD BUT I GUESS IF MY SKIN WAS A DIFFERENT COLOR I GUESS THEY WOULD HAVE DID MY NAILS.

Incredible experience! ! After taking care of my dad in hospital all week, mom, daughter and granddaughter had some pampering! !! All the ladies were caring and attentive!! Thank you!

I decided to spend the money to go to this place for a pedicure because I have one foot that has a particularly rough heel and I needed someone to really smooth out the dead skin cells on my foot. What a joke! They did a WORSE job then I do at home with a cheap pedi-egg after I get out of the shower. I couldnt believe it. I even decided to pay extra for their scrub. Total waste of money. On top of the really poor pedicure the water in my foot soaking tub was so hot my legs were bright red and nearly burnt. I will never go to this place again. Dont waste your time. Your money is better spent going to the store and buying your own pedicure kit, which I will be doing.

I have been here maybe five times and will not be going back. The owner is rude to me every time I have been in. Only one good visit here, when one of the guys did my nails. Every time she has done my nails they break within a week(acrylic).

If i could give less stars I would. Bubbly uneven. I want my money back. She used so much acetone that my hands are fried. Like she just put drops of polish on my hand.

The guy cut my foot doing a pedicure so bad I had puss running down the next day. It’s extremely red, swollen and inflamed with infection. Doctor is going to have to prescribe meds I have never had a foot problem and they didn’t acknowledge it and charged ridiculous costs. Do NOT go here it’s a health risk. I am going to report them.

I went in for French tip after I found a hair in my nail. When I asked if they would redo them the owner was very rude and refused. Do not go here it is a waste of money. I finally got the woman who did my nails to take them off after she shaved them down went had people in the nail place come up and look at my nail to call me a liar when the owner saw it when I came back in. She literally shaved down the gel before she did so. Then a man redid them and was on his phone the entire time on a personal call. Then my nails not only had a few hairs in them now but random glitter in almost all my nails when finished.

Reasonably priced and looks good. Just wish they would trim nails a little shorter and file smooth.

I don’t know what y’all people was talking about they did a amazing job the place was very clean the people were very nice.

Stopped in for a gel manicure while in town. Was greeted with annoyance. The girl who did my manicure was rushing through and so rough - on one hand she ripped the cuticle so much that it wouldn’t stop bleeding. She tried to stop it bleeding with a wad of paper towel with a hair tie wrapped around it which is not okay or sanitary. At that point I said that I was done and didn’t want a manicure anymore because it would likely get infected. It took several hours for the bleeding to stop. When I left I realized I had 3 cuticles bleeding, the one I had to treat on my own at home and it is still sore today.

My nails look fine but the guy that did them was so incredibly rude. He watched tv on his phone the whole time with both head phones in, therefore resulting in him repeatedly stoping the service on my nails to watch his phone. He was also cussing and was very rough with my hands. Would not recommend.

The older gentleman who did my nails burnt several of my fingers around the nail with the buffer, when I complained he just rolled his eyes and said its fine. I wont be back.

I’ve never had my nails done before because I am a super bad nail biter so i virtually have no nails but this year I finally decided to do my nails for prom and the workers were so nice even though they knew I was nervous and they did such a great job, I’m so glad I came here

Nails are bubbly and not even, called to try and fix them and they didnt care at all

I will never come back here to get my toes done again!!! I’ve never had an issue getting my toes done anywhere and the one time I came here I got fungus and now my entire big toe has fungus from whatever instrument or product they used to put the acrylic on them! so unsanitary. I have to get my big toe nails removed and wait for it to grow back..
