Ive been going to Texture since they opened, and the owner of the salon, Brandi Green, for YEARS. Classy, yet casual setting. All the girls are so friendly and sweet. Brandi does an amazing job!

I went to Texture because I wanted to have someone else do my hair for a change; I usually I do my own color and trim.I provided photos to Anna (2nd photo) showing what I was going for, and what she gave me wasnt even close (1st photo; recieved foil highlights when I requested the free-hand technique balayage ombre, and was charged more for the ombre), and she forgot me in the dryer afterward - another stylist had to go get her.Far overpriced for her ability, listening skills, and what was asked. I could have done a half-decent job and not be out $165.I then noticed a LINE of blonde across the front third of my hair, with one or two highlights reaching above that line; she asked a few times if I wanted my hair curled, which I now realize was probably to hide that line that I didnt notice until I washed my hair the next day.Wasnt at all sure how to say how dissatisfied I was at the time, so I called back a few days later to see if it couldnt be remedied, or get a refund (at least repay the difference of charging for balayage when the cheaper alternative was done) and NO response. Severley disappointed after the no-call AND over-charge.

My family has been going to Lauren now with Texture 2 for years, well over 4 and I have never been so disappointed. I went in last week and spent $150.00 and my hair came out terrible--it was a brighter blonde when I went in than when I left --my whole head was orange. I have no idea what happened but it looks horrible Im so embarrassed. Anyway I had messaged Lauren and told her I was unhappy with how orange it came out and it wasnt anywhere close to the picture I had brought in and what could she do. She basically told me to come back in two weeks and pay again and maybe then shell get it right. I have tipped this woman very well over the years even gave her extra money as a wedding gift before she got married, I didnt even get so much as a sorry it came out looking horribly orange, nothing. Needless to say I wont be back nor will my family, I found someone to fix it and she lost 3 clients as did Texture.

A friend recommended stylist Pam Gentry to me a couple of years ago. She is a genuine artist who loves creating. My cut and color are flawless. Pam is also a sweetheart so seeing her every 6 weeks is a joy.

Great facility. Im a longtime client & they have handled the COVID-19 well.

For how daunting getting a wax can be, my first time getting one done was excellent. Krystal was kind, professional, and kept her laughing to a minimum from me yelping. Would definitely recommend.

I dont go Texture 2. I go to a stylist at Texture. Right next store.

Do NOT go to the tall dark head girl. I believe her name is Olivia. I know it’s courtesy to tip but She basically demanded a tip. I went in for a cut and it was not good. Her coloring was okay, not terrible. 3 stars because the place was adorable and very clean.

DO NOT see Anna At Texture 2, a month ago I went in as a birthday gift, I had been there once before for Anna. After waiting roughly an hour past my appointment time, I showed her what I want and she stuck bleach on only my roots (I had lowlights needing bleached through as well) and was sent to the back to wait to wash it out. I kept an eye on the time and had sat with bleach on my head for an hour without being checked on once. When I was finally checked on it was a quick once over: and was told 10 more minutes, and was stuck under a hair dryer for it. Once it was time to be washed out and toned, I laid with my head in the sink with toner on for roughly 20-30 minutes while she washed and cut someone else’s hair. I finally sat up at one point since my neck was hurting and just let my wet hair run down my back. Finally it was rinsed and blow dried, quickly cut and straightened: and I was told she would fix the dark pieces for less money the next time. Overall spent 5 hours in the salon, constantly getting pushed to the side it felt like. I still have her quite a tip and left. Next morning I woke up with oozing chemical burns all over my scalp and noticed dark chunky stripes that were missed all throughout the back of my hair. I have now been battling with her for a month for a refund- was told 2 weeks ago I would receive one a week later after being lied to about refund policy’s. A week went by and I was told she couldn’t afford to refund me, I let her know I would be by a week later for it. I receive a text today from her letting me know she can not afford to “hand out money” and I would no longer receive a refund- that she would only fix the dark spots: throughout this entire ordeal I was talked to in the most unproffesional ways, and spoken to like I was a huge problem to her. When at one point I agreed to get the dark spots fixed instead of a refund (she had told me the owner said no cash refunds, only redo of service within 2 weeks- which I later found was a lie) she questioned me about coming back and made me feel very uncomfortable to let her work on it again- especially with my scalp still in poor condition- which I hadn’t wanted in the first place but wanted everything to be resolved so took what I could get. I have gotten the run around for weeks now and I just wanted to share my experience. Do NOT go to her!!!
