The shop seemed clean, the massage chair felt great, and the employees were nice, but I felt rushed and was barely given time to soak my feet. This is the only time I’ve had a pedicure in which I had to finish myself. I had to trim and file my toenails and scrub the calluses off myself when I got home to get a good result. The polish coating is also thin and showing nail underneath now as well, and it has only been 5 days.Please beware. I paid in cash in addition to a large tip… but will not return. I even waited an hour for a chair.

Beware of this place! Terrible. Rude, rushed, and overpriced. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing. They let me soak all of 30 seconds before rushing thru the rest of it. And they weren’t even busy. No reason to rush.You could tell they were talking bad about all their paying clients. Pointing and gesturing and laughing.So unprofessional. Don’t waste your hard earned money here.

I got my nails done a little over a week ago and I had to ask the guy to continuously fix my nails. He did a terrible paint job and the shape I wanted was not what I got. I went back to my regular nail salon to get my nails fixed and my nail technician saw 2 of my nails have a fungus on them. Would not recommend at all.

A plus nails is the best. I been going there for many years and they are always great.

This is the only time I’ve had a pedicure in which I had to participate. I had to trim and file my toenails and scrub the callus off myself to get a good result. After drying, I discovered one of my nails was only 1/2 painted and had to show the guy where my nail was!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The staff was very rude. I took my mother there for a pedicure. She is 80 + and I wanted her feet to look nice for summer. They left her to soak in cold water. Her cuticles were not trimmed. Her heels and big toe calluses were not treated. As a YELP reviewer said, they treat older people like they are diseased or something. My mother dresses well and is pleasant. She was treated like she was nasty. I thought Asians respected their elders. Not this place. When I tried to complain discretely to the manager, she came out from behind the the desk and shouted at me. I had hoped to resolve the problem quietly, but she yelled and told us to go somewhere else if you don’t like the service here. (I don’t like being shouted at, so I loudly informed the current customers that they should also consider going elsewhere. Have some respect for a paying customer! Have some self respect! Act like a lady!)The ONLY good technician there is named ANTHONY. He volunteered to help us and did a superb job. If you go there, call ahead to get an appointment with him only. If you cant get him, go somewhere else immediately. Horrible experience.

Been going here for the past 10 years since I was 12 & have never had a bad experience! Love how they are family oriented & they always treat me very well. I go to Tam every time & he is amazing at his job, takes his time and is very detailed. Every 4th of July and Christmas I get the same special design and he just gets better every year! No complaints!!

I had a great experience here off a referral from a friend at Pure Barre class. She mentioned I see Anne or Gwen, I dont think I saw either but the technician that helped me did a great job and over a month out and my dips are still in tact. Will be visiting again. Thank you!

They all do a great job especially Ann and Queyn. Very good place to get your nails done. I highly recommend them.

I LOVE this place!!! My nails were so short and thin when I started coming here and now they are so healthy and strong. I bring my two daughters here and they love it. They treat my girls like their own. Our favorite tech is Ann. Everybody there is so nice. We have only had to wait one time and it was worth it.

Incredibly poor service. I called ahead and was told on the phone they could get me in at 3:30, but waited until 4:10 to get in the chair. Make sure to ask how much the French pedicure is. They advertise 27 dollars, but charge you 33 dollars once theyre finished. Also dont forget the 2 dollar credit card charge. They get you on that as well because the charge for them taking credit cards for what I got done did not even equate to a dollar.They made a free 7 dollars upon my visit.I have never been more disappointed in my customer service. Will NEVER return to the salon.

Friendly, professional employees. The woman who gave me a pedicure and manicure legitimately improved the pain i frequently experience in my hand, with a hand massage. Definitely going again.

I brought a friend here for a pedicure and they refused to serve her because she has a fused leg. She doesnt have a knee so her leg does not bend. They said they did not know how to give her a pedicure. No other nail shop has ever had a problem giving her a pedicure. They made her feel very uncomfortable. She felt as if they were discriminating against her.

If I could rate it lower I would me and my friends came here about 3weeks ago and let me just tell they don’t have great people skills but that’s not the worst part we went to a different place to get a fill and our real nails were turning green luckily enough the other place told me they caught it soon enough so it didn’t do any damage to my real nail don’t go here

I came to get service on several occasions because a lady that did my nails for a long time came to work there. The owner lies about when shes there and tells one thing on phone then changes it when I arrive. Not very good customer service to me, I think she doesnt want me to ask for her. I tried 3 times, I wont go back.

Discovered this place 6 years ago, tried a few other places, but THIS is the ONLY place for me! My daughter is now old enough to go, and they treat her with the same respect they treat me!

I usually pay $20 to get shellac nails and Lee charged me $34. I don’t usually pay that much just for my nails alone. I have been there before and not been charged that much for the same service.
