Do NOT use this florist! Nasty language, rude owner, and they have no class or customer service. You will be treated like garbage for questioning why you didnt get what you ordered and then called names. Just look at their responses on here for honest reviews and how they treat people. It will be a matter of time and their reputation will put them out of business. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! WALMART will provide you with better flowers anyhow.

I did an online order this morning & the flowers were delivered by the afternoon! Perfect service! It was a beautiful arrangement for my grandfather!

I placed a order for my mother in law for Mother’s Day they claim the order was delivered my mother in law never received it. And this was after I called them and said I received a confirmation emailed that it was delivered at 9:58. I called numerous time and they say the orders were still on the truck. She never got her flowers on Mother’s Day. I spoke with a lady at the florist shop she said she remembered me calling and that she had a video of the flowers being delivered. I don’t believe it I went to other sites and it’s very odd that other people have the same complaints from the same day. She agreed to send another order out and that she would contact me once it was on it’s way. She never did and left the on the steps. The order that was left looks nothing like what I ordered. She claims the flowers are different because they don’t have all the flowers due to Covid-19. Well why advertise something you don’t have . This place has poor service and ruined this special day behind there antics.

I called long distane to order flowers for my daughter who just recently Got accepted into graduate school and the person who answered the phone started yelling at me telling me not to call around and that I had called her last week. My daughter got into graduate school last night. Horrible customer service.

I ordered a bouquet through Teleflora and this florist delivered it. This is the first time in my life (I’m 44) that I have been this disappointed by a flowers arrangement. The product that was delivered to my wife looked nothing like what I ordered. Even the ceramic vase was replaced by a tin can that looked like it was from a dollar store or was a reuse from popcorn.

They delivered the flowers on time and my wife thought they were beautiful. It was a large arrangement for what I paid and they lasted a long time. The owner did a great job guiding me through what my wife would probably like because I wasn’t sure. Will definitely use them again.

So Rude, Save your Money. What was presented on the website was not what was delivered. The florist said Go with another florist next time. This was for a funeral and she had no empathy or professionalism. Do yourself a favor and find another florist.

They customized my order, followed up and made sure they had everything right. Highly recommend, and would encourage anyone to shop here and shop local!!

I was very skeptical that these same-day delivery flowers would get there on the same day, but they did! The recipient kept saying how beautiful they were and how good they smelled. They made her day. This company did exactly what they said they would do: delivered beautiful flowers on the same day as I ordered them. All local flower shops were closed, but this one was able to pull through. It was only 6 hours after I ordered them that they were delivered. I would definitely use this company again-thank you

So disappointed! The delivery date was scheduled for February 10th and I received a confirmation email on Feb 10th that the flowers were delivered but the flowers were not actually delivered until February 12th and that was after making multiple phone calls to the store. Also I understand the arrangement ordered may not look exactly like the picture online, but I have to say when I saw the arrangement I was extremely disappointed especially because of the price. Needless to say, I will NEVER order from this company again.

Do not use this florist unelss you want to be completely ignored once you pay for a product and it arrives nothing like they promise it will look. I ordered flowers the Friday before Valenties Day opting to use their choice that the florist will design the boquet. They state the florist will use all their knowlege and experience to make you a beautiful boquet you will love. They then commenced to charge me $112.99 in total for 5 daiseys and a single pink rose. I could have grabbed a hand of wild flowers on the side of a highway that would have looked better and to state that this is letting your florists expertice govern how wonderful this boquet would be? I tried calling the very same day it was delieved, they did not answer the phone becuase it was after hours, which is understandable. I just got home and saw the travisty of a boquet, so I left a message to call me back as I was unhappy with their design. I was expecting something unique, or at least worth the cost of these flowers. Well, the next day, they did not return my call, so I called back during business hours at 11am, once again, they did not answer the call, so I left another message to call me back and discuss what I received, but no one called. They knew they ripped me off and they delievered and $8 boquet and charged $112.99. They have lost my busienss for life and how they have treated me, I will also make sure I tell the whole world not to use them based on their customer service, scam of a boquet, and their ignoring of their problem. I only wish I had read their reviews on Yelp before using this company. You will be shocked at the way they speak to people who dare to leave an honest review of the company. Telling people they are pathetic, sad, con artits, scammers etc. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I went to Harris Teeter and spent $64 and got a beautiful arrangement of a dozen roses and nice vase with lillies and expertly arranged. Do yourself a favor and do not trust your event to this place. They do this frequently from what I have seen on their reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I called and spoke to Carol. She was so kind and pleasant. I needed flowers sent to my cousin for the death of her mom. Carol did a beautiful job and even sent me a picture before delivery. Then she keep me informed every step of the way. I truly appreciate that kind of great service!!

I live out of state and found this place on google. It had great reviews so I ordered flowers for mother’s day for my sister. What I ordered was not at all what I got. I understand it was a busy holiday, but there wasn’t even a phone call to explain anything. I called Monday, she apologized, said they’d send a different bouquet, asked what time my sister would be home, delivered the flowers 4 hours after the time frame I gave. The replacement bouquet was a lot better but was so sloppy. It looked like they were aggravated and just threw the flowers in there. I will not order from them again.This next bit has been added in response to the shops response:If I could post pictures I would. This review is completely accurate. You can’t complain about a consumer on USA.gov. And even if you could, I have pictures to back up my review. If this is the way a company responds to a bad review that demonstrates a lot about their character and care for customers.

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day. I spent $100 on an arrangement that was supposed to have stargazer lilies and roses with green flower accents. What they delivered was white and purple flowers, rose buds (none had even bloomed yet) and blue hydrangea. They also delivered it at 7:15 PM. That being said, I called multiple times to check on the status of the delivery and they were obviously very overwhelmed. The woman who I talked to on the phone sincerely apologized for my long wait and tried to get me to understand the stress they had been under all day. I really did sympathize with them, which is why Im giving 3 stars. But I will say that my mother spent all day thinking that I didnt do anything for her for mothers day, which honestly broke my heart. And that being said, her favorite flowers (stargazer Lillies) werent even in the arrangement. Im very disappointed, but I understand the stress and pressure they were under.

I forgot to order a corsage for my daughter’s prom. Every floral shop was closed and the grocery stores were booked. I called A Fling of Flair and they were very helpful. She said she would have it ready when I get there. The corsage was beautiful and customer service was awesome. I would definitely recommend!

This floral shop has went above and beyond to fix an issue from Avas flowers that they simply did not have to do. I left with a beautiful bouquet of flowers for free all because they wanted to correct a mistake that was not even their fault. They are the sweetest people and I would highly recommend them to anyone in Greenville! As a side note, never order from Avas flowers or places like that because it is a scam. Avas flowers stated that they sent this shop my order and I was shown today that they never even got the order and my boyfriend was still charged the $100 for flowers I never received for valentines day! This place is amazing and I am so thankful for the great customer service I have received today even though they did not have to give me anything! You guys rock!!!!

This florist was very rude to my daughter when my daughter ordered flowers for Mothers day. It wasnt what she ordered, they didnt send her a picture like she asked and they didnt send her a receipt. In response to the owner: No threats were ever made. I simply took the flowers and said thank you. YOUR employee started giving excuses about why the address couldnt be found. Maybe it was an apartment? I then responded that it was a duplex and I specifically put the Unit letter on the order. My husband then stated lets go, you have your flowers. Pulling a trailer behind out truck limited us on how to get out of you parking lot. So, yes, we did go over the curb, but never put city property in jeopardy. The only threat that is made is by you threatening me with legal action. My review is factual. But, I welcome seeing the video and how you thought you might need to hit the panic button simply because I walked into your store and picked up the flowers that I had already been charged for and were not delivered. As I stated, you do beautiful work, but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired.The flowers and arrangement I ordered for my mother were beautiful. I definitely wont complain about that. But, I ordered through their website for delivery on the Friday before Mothers Day. I even received a call within 30 minutes of placing the order because they needed the CVV off the card I used so besides the email confirmation I got that gave me peace of mind that the order was received. Fast forward to Friday. Talked to my mom twice and never once did she mention getting the flowers......and it is something she would have mentioned! It was after 5:00 pm, so I waited until they opened the next morning and called them. It took them a while to find my order and then I was hung up on. Okay, I can forgive a mistake. Accidentally hit the end button maybe? I waited a few minutes and called them back......9 times! No one answered. My husband and I were out and about so we decided to drive to the shop. We got within seconds of the shop and they called me and told me delivery was attempted on Friday at 11:21 am and no one was home. Okay, my bad.....forgot my mother had a doctors appointment. But really? You didnt attempt to re-deliver later in the day or at a minimum call me???? They said they were going to try and deliver right now. I asked if I could just stop in and get them because my mother was only going to be home for another hour and we were seconds away. The woman sounded flustered and then hung up on me. When I got there they were fussing with the arrangement and no one even said hello. I said hi, Im Laura, we just spoke? The response was uh-huh, here are the flowers. They werent even in the same vase. It felt as if they took the closest thing to the arrangement I had ordered and gave it to me. Then when I delivered them to my mother myself, she opened the card and laughed and said oh, they are only from you, your brother and sister-in-law? not from your husband also? I looked at the card and sure enough only signed by 3 names, not the 4 that I listed. Again, beautiful flowers, but I will NOT use them again. A courtesy phone call would have gone a long way on Friday. Even a courtesy phone call when they opened Saturday morning would have been nice. But, to be hung up on multiple times and then act like I was a nuisance when I came to get them myself is not the kind of customer service Im looking for.

Unfortunately I was looking for a florist for my mother-in-love’s funeral. In spite of this sad occasion I was serviced with such professionalism by a young lady named Carol. She was pleasant, informative and most of all caring.I was very skeptical about purchasing a large arrangement without seeing it first but she walked me through the process with kindness and much patience. Inspite of her gentle approach with me I was still hesitant to purchase something I couldn’t see, so I provided a picture of what I wanted and oh my goodness, I was so blown away by the arrangement prepared for our family. It was picture perfect!Also the day before my mother in love’s funeral, my daughter randomly ordered flowers online and the order was routed to a local florist and at the last minute they could not complete the request. Placed and order and was called 6 times in one day even after I talked to someone in the morning of the 13th who stated they needed the pin on card by time they closed . Even though they had my number they called my wife 4 times after to get the pin On Valentines day the flowers was delivered at 10pm yes as night This is crazy called the shop they provided a bunch of excuses as busy, had glitches etc. So the resolve is they are coming back to get the flowers and and not charging me for a day they ruined.
