I came to get my lace wig installed which I paid $165.00 to get my lace wig install was $100.00 I also was charged $65.00 for my knots to get bleached which really didn’t need to be done. I was disappointed in my lace frontal wig install I paid too much money for my wig and it wasn’t installed properly. I feel like I wasted my $165.00 that I paid out to get the install. My sister saw that I had too much lace on my wig which should’ve been cut the right way smh. She said that I didn’t even need my wig bleached so I paid that for nothing. My sister is very talented she redid my lace wig install and slayyyed it for her first time and I didn’t have to pay her anything. But you live and you learn I wished I would’ve paid her to install my lace frontal wig properly. If you are a hair stylist and don’t really know how to do lace frontal wig installs just be honest and don’t just take people money I wouldn’t recommend getting a lace install from this hair salon if it’s a regular sewin it’s fine but lace install save your money because it won’t get done the right way customer service was great but my lace frontal install was a hot mess I definitely was overcharged it didn’t even last me a couple of days... 🤦‍♀️ I don’t mind paying to get my hair done the right way but when it’s not done right it don’t sit right with me.

Didnt get what asked for. Left feeling very insecure about my install.. Foundation was solid but hair was too tight and sewin with closure was not installed properly. Very frustrating experience. I will not be going back.

Save yourself. I came in and was quoted $80 . And it was $150 before I left. Then she counts heads, and I hear her saying what she was going to charge people because she wasnt doing anymore heads that day. The place is run down. Very very unprofessional. Two days later my tracks are loose. She told me I could walk in Fri or Sat if I wanted them fixed. . DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

From the moment I called in as a nervous, first time customer trying to find an immediate, yet friendly open environment to now a loyal customer and will recommend any and everybody to go here. Not only was the staff very friendly and but there was not one ounce of annoyance detected over the receiver, because of my end of the phone kept loosing reception. I love the knowledge, quickness and seriousness they put into their work. Honey, they don’t play. They are about making sure you come out lookin fly and slaying the world w/confidence AND with an complimentary two week hair check up😃! Thanks again & I will be back.

This morning I went to get a cut and curl but did not expect to get bitten by a bedbug! about 20 minutes into my service I noticed I started itching on my arm. when I looked I seen 3 bumps on my arm. about 10 minutes later I see a BEDBUG crawling on my cape!!! when I told my hairstylist all she did was laugh like it was a joke. and then she insinuated that I had bedbugs. Ive been a customer of threadz for a while and I am deeply disappointed at what happened today. their new location is not up to par. at the checkout she offered me so alcohol for my now welted arm smh. never going back!

I’m a licensed cosmetologist, new to South Carolina and before i apply to a shop i like to go and get serviced there to see how they work... i called and was told my sew in would be $50... all i was getting was a basic sew in with an off center part had 3 bundles 18,20,22... now let me say the young lady Q was really nice... the owner never spoke to me i wouldn’t have known who the owner was if it wasn’t for her daughter Q... now let’s talk about how my sew in was supposed to be $50 but i ended up paying $95!!! So they charge you $15 if you don’t want your edges braided!! Yes i said $15 so that u can keep your edges... they also charge $15 to have an off center part instead of a middle part... then they charge $15 to fold my bundles so i can re use them!!! Like that was ridiculous people buy bundles so they can be reused if u cut them after every track it’s pointless!!! They tell you to come shampoo and dried with no oil on your hair or scalpe which i understand.. BUT!! After they braid it they should put some kind of oil on your scalpe which they do not!!! Now for the sew in itself the braid pattern they use is outdated and leaves your sew In lumpy... and even tho i paid $15 for the off center part i basically have a middle part because of the braid down my weave doesn’t come over to my bangs... the stitching is nice.. but i had to glue hair in to fix the issue with my bangs and to try and get it to not look lumpy...i will give them a call later today and see how they fix the issue but as of right now i wouldn’t recommend this shop

I will never go back here, I was trying something new since I always go to Atlanta to get my sew ins done for 170$ but didn’t have time to drive out there. I went to this salon which is currently under construction to the point where there is no running water to wash your hair therefor you need to go with your hair washed and blow dried. I looked at their online quotes and it stated for a vixen sew in it was 150/160 which was right around my price range but when I got there I ended up paying 215! She charged me for braiding my hair down -_- which was lumpy and not tight at all, her excuse was that my hair was to soft mind you I’ve done sew ins my whole life and never had that issue. Needless to say I get my sew ins done in ATL for 170 and last about 12 weeks before taking it out and that includes washing, blow drying, and straightening my hair. I got my hair done the 19th of December and 1week later I went in for a TIGHTNING which she did horrible once again, I was in and out within 7 min LITERALLY. On week 3 I had to take out my sew in because my braids were down to my neck! NEVER AGAIN, waste of my time and money.

I referred a friend here who came from FL because my 3 stylists in Columbia were booked up. Unfortunately, she never got her hair done after waiting for several hours. As my friend verified walking in on Sat was okay on Friday. She said the people in there were rude and acted like they didnt know how to do a particular style (half up & half down with natural hair) with Kinky straight hair. She was willing to pay for the wash, blow out, sewin, and style but even with instruction and several YouTube videos.... The girl wanted to do a ponytail versus the style she came in for. Needless to say they didnt seem too enthusiastic about it and after still waiting... She left. I referred her here bc the fact it was in 3 different states and figured it couldnt be that hard to do the style. Smh Never again!!! It wasnt a good first impression at all for me or someone not from Greenville.

Horrible, horrible salon. Terrible work, sloppy lumpy braid-downs, and your tracks will be falling out the next day. Employees are rude, and eat while they do your hair. Not to mention they overcharge for this bad work and their pricing system is ridiculous. Unprofessional. Dont waste your money here.

Where do I begin... Guess I will begin with my unfortunate dilemma. It was the day before my wedding day and I had an appointment with a stylists to install my 360 frontal. Id scheduled the appointment with this stylist (whose name I wont mention) in Greenville South Carolina over a month and a advance...horrifyably & unfortunately that stylist stood me up....canceled on me after calling me to reschedule the appointment time three times. It was the day before my wedding and I had driven all the way from Georgia to South Carolina...needless to say I had no options. I was horrified & panicking, so in desperation, I decided to try and Google to see if I could find a stylist to install me last minute. I happened upon Thredz Weave Salon on Google, I called them in a panic and explain the situation... not only did they comfort me, they told me to come right in and theyd take care of me. When I arrived the staff ...and I mean the entire staff, was friendly, comforting, warm, understanding, empathetic and I felt better instantly. Kesha is a doll! Quierda straight slayed this 360 frontal! I was as beautiful as I had hoped to be. I dont know what I would have done without them...Much love! 💯

I would never go to this salon again or recommend them to anyone. The staff offered swift and polite service, but as soon as I got home (immediately), I had to remove the entire weave installation due to excessive and severe pain. It wasnt until I removed the weave that I realized the skin of my scalp was pulled so tightly, that I could press on very painful and red areas of skin that were noticeably bubbled and stretched, and that the weave only added more stress and tightness to the braids underneath. The pain of the entire installation process, I tried to endure as I was in your salon and tried not to complain too much about because I did not want to be an unruly customer. However, hair should not be raked through and should not be combed without using a detangling spray...or water at the very least, especially dry, natural hair like mine, and should not be braided so tightly that the skin underneath of the hair cuticle is visibly raised. Also, the braider shared a brush that another stylist was using on another client. That is unsanitary. Unfortunately, I kept the weave in for the duration of the very painful car ride home and as soon as I was home, had to remove it because the pain had become unbearable. The thought of someone even poking my hair at that point was too much to take. Additionally, I was told that my closure (silk base closure) could be applied by the stylist when I first arrived and before any work was performed, only to be told that when it was time to apply it, that she could not do it - I would have to do it at home on my own. Also, there was no trim and style - all of which were included in the price of the installation. All in all, I unfortunately will not be a returning customer, nor would I recommend your salon to others.I sent in a message to the customer service section of their website explaining my experience that same night. I was told to leave my phone number with them or call the salon. I chose to leave my phone number with them in a response email. Never received a call back.
