So I’ve been here a couple times now. And they do really well on the nails. They always look fabulous when I leave. However this last time I went halfway through doing my dip manicure I could tell the young man was getting flustered and started to speed up and got careless and when he was sanding down my nails he kept nicking my cuticles. And it’s really raw, red and cut up. Just would like them to be a little more gentle around the skin area of our nails. And focus on the client in the chair instead of rushing us to get to the ones walking through the door.

We got deluxe pedicures with added cuticle scrub. They were very polite, quick, and skilled. They took their time to make sure that they did a good job, and it shows.Very pleasing experience, and standard pricing.

I have visited this facility twice now and have been impressed both occasions. Vivi did my nails both times and I just love how she takes the time to make sure my nails are shaped well and the way I like them. Super clean place, friendly staff, timely service, even when they’re busy. I’m glad to have finally found someone that does an exceptional job every time! Thanks Vivi and Nail Story staff!

I went in for a gel manicure and gel pedicure and Emma took great care of me! I have been here a few times before and have had a great experience each time. The salon’s prices are extremely affordable and each employee takes pride in their work. I love going to this place and will definitely be requesting Emma next time I come in!

The first time I went my manicure was amazing. Lily took her time and my hands have never looked better. The facility is so clean and the staff is super friendly. I just HIGHLY don’t recommend going on a super busy day. My manicure was rushed. My nails where not shaped with care. She got my skin several times with the nail Dremel. I’m not sure I’ll go back. The pink is the first time and gray is the second. They look good but it was just not the best experience.

This was my first time here. I showed Lily a picture of what I was wanting & she exceeded my expectations. Nail Story went above and beyond taking care if me & honestly very promptly with every single person that walked through that door, appointment or not. It was so clean, bright & quiet, unlike other places that are overcrowded, just trying to turnover clients. This place is Exactly what you want in a pampering experience.

I’ve been meaning to make the time to leave a review. This was my first time at nail story and I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance with Lily for a Thursday to get a mani and pedi. I walked in and was amazed at how clean it was and nice layout. The front part of the store by the door is very crammed but still looks nice. I was surprised to see Lily was working on another lady’s manicure (looks like maybe 10min in) so I was advised to get the pedi first. KB did an amazing job with my pedi and I thank her very much for all her patience and help in choosing a color for both mani/pedi. I am happy with my nails even though two tips were applied slightly crooked and I got nicked with the Dremel tool. Lily is great at what she does but the place was soo busy she had to stop to respond to phone calls, answer questions and talk to customers and workers. Even though her eyes and mind were elsewhere she did a beautiful job. I’m giving four stars because it took me 3.5 hours total!! And prices weren’t explained very well. But no problem. Thank you for a good quality job overall.

Lily was amazing ! She went above and beyond with her services. She was efficient my nails are flawless. I showed up 30 minutes after closing because the open sign was still on and she welcomed me with open arms to get my nails finished in time for my brother-in-law’s wedding. Would highly recommend her !

This was my first visit to Nail Story. I love my nails. Lily did such a great job. She took so much time on them and they are perfect. I definitely will be returning. Very clean salon and all the nail techs were very nice and did everything to please me.

At my old salon they left me with a terrible acrylic set that was way too wide & bumpy with a thicker coat on the french tip. Thankfully Lily fixed it all! She was polite, explained what she was doing, & took her time on each nail shape. She matched the exact color I was looking for from a reference photo. I am so happy, thank you Lily!!!

Had an appointment with Vivi yesterday morning and was running late (I called and let them know and they said it was no problem). Even though I was late, Vivi still took her time and made sure my nails were all the same length and perfect. While I was there, I asked if anyone had time to do a pedicure and they got me taken care of immediately. Will definitely be back to see Vivi and the rest of the staff!

Henry is my go to here! He takes his time with my manicures and always does a great job. Definitely make an appointment, they are always super busy! For dip powder + old dip removal it is $50.

First time going and this is the best nail salon Ive been to in a long time! Wait time was less than 5 minutes and my tech was nothing short of amazing!! This was my 1st time going and it was a GRRAT experience. I called 2 hours prior to my arrival time and was able to get an appointment. When I walked in I only had to wait 4 minutes before I was started on. The facility is clean and relaxing and my tech ( whose name I wont share out of fear that she will become overbooked and unavailable) was the best. She was so nice and took her time. I got the $50 pedicure and it came with the wax, stone message, and clay mask. She did not rush, she was thorough, and from begin to end made sure I was comfortable and happy. The application of the polish was even and neat as well. I will definitely be a regular moving forward.

This was my first time going to this salon. It was Labor Day and my usual nail place was closed. I got Kevin and he did a great job! I got exactly what I asked for! I think the only thing that was sort of awkward was no one really talked to me. I just was asked what I wanted and then told how much it was. However I am very satisfied with my nails and they look very natural and they’re tips! I would go again.

I like my pedicure, just dont love. My nail tech, Doca, was on her phone the whole time, my water was lukewarm, and she rinsed her hands with cold water, which made the water worse. The massage was ok...when she made effort to apply pressure. It wasnt what I expected and I felt like I could have skipped the whole topshelf pedi and got a regular pedicure. She was very nice, and my toes look ok. Wasnt worth the money, in my opinion. I visited because of the good reviews. I found myself wishing I had made an appt with ViVi or Lily, because I read good reviews about their work. Being a new resident of SC, my idea of 5 🌟 is different than others.

Choose this place based on reviews. Came in for basic classic manicure. Well it was a mistake. Technician was in a real hurry for next client and was done with me very quickly. But when I looked at my cuticles they look terrible. Had to go back and ask for nippers to finish it myself to make it look better. Never going to come back.

This was my first time coming and i believe I’ve found my new nail home ! Tracy was AMAZING ! She really took her time with my pedicure. I will be requesting her from now own. Very clean salon and peaceful atmosphere. It was a long wait time but i promise it’s worth the wait !

I tried this place out today because I was dissatisfied with another nail salon I had been using in Greenville. Nail Story was so refreshing, and I am SO impressed. The staff is intentional about providing a relaxing, clean environment for clients. Furthermore, the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. My nail tech was so thorough, and she made sure I was happy with my nails before leaving. She also did an amazing job on my nail shape.

My pedicure was great, very relaxing. But my powder dip “nail session” was super rushed and the clean up was less than standard. I asked for a manicure and then for my nails to be done. I didn’t get that. I still have powder left around the edges of my nails. I had to ASK for it to be removed off my finger tips. This was my second experience with this salon, my first time was better. That’s why I went a second time. There will be no third visit.

Amazing staff amazing nails! They are gentle not to cut your hands or to hurt you, my nails are shaped perfectly and they take their time with the pedicure and acrylics making sure to ask you if you like it ever step of the way amazing nail salon I recommend going! New to the area and wanted to find a new nail salon. Found this one on Google and was thrilled to read so many raving reviews. Now I know why! The salon is unbelievably clean and modern. The staff are ALL so nice and professional and friendly! We walked in on a Saturday afternoon not thinking it would be so crazy busy, but we were taken care of relatively quickly and I’m super impressed with the whole experience. I will 100% be returning and am so glad to have found such an amazing place here so quickly! Henry did an amazing job!

I came in after work today to have my set of acrylics taken off and have a dip powder set done. The acrylics were done at a different salon in Spartanburg about 2 weeks ago and looked terrible. The shape was awful and they had all started to lift from the cuticle area. The tech quickly and efficiently removed my old set and started working on my dip powder set. She really took her time getting the shape perfect and even on each hand which I really appreciated. The thickness is perfect. Another thing Im really happy with is the build of the nail apex. In my experience, some dip sets can have waves and a dip around where the tip was applied which really bothers me but this set is built perfectly, with an even slope to the apex and no dips! I am very impressed and happy with my set! The techs were all super nice and friendly. I work nearby and will definitely be coming to Nail Story from now on!

I went in for a routine pedicure. I came in with high hopes based on reviews. I made an appointment and requested a female technician by name. I did not get her.The good:-clean and pretty facility-I do think there’s great techs here, I just did not get one of themThe bad:-he did not trim my cuticles, he tried to buff them off with a buffer which was so odd and hurt my skin-when he painted he clumped one big thick layer of polish on and then did top coat, versus 2 thin coats. I’m pretty sure it’ll never dry. I’ve never seen this technique before.-got deluxe pedicure which advertises 6 minutes of massage. I got about 90 seconds per leg max.-he smelled like cigarette smoke-he basically just didn’t care. Bottom line.I would only return here if I could get the technician I wanted.

Good large nail salon. Good service. We did have a small wait when we arrived even though we had an appointment but nothing too bad. Ended up spending about an hour and a half there just for a mani/pedi. But the quality was good, and I was pleased with the results. Prices are about average. If youre looking to go somewhere with a group, this is a good option as they have a lot of seats and technicians available. I do recommend making an appointment though (their website can be difficult, I found it easier to just call in).

Absolutely loved Nail Story! I showed up 10 minutes early and they got me right in. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and she picked out the perfect colors and theyre identical to what I asked for. It was actually pretty quick for everything I asked for but they look like it wouldve taken 2 hours. Its really clean and organized. Overall enjoyable atmosphere. I definitely will be coming back!

Think I will go back again.Update 2/27: So the owner called me and apologized for my experience, which was nice because it at least showed that they care for their customers. They asked for a second chance to do it right, so I’ll be going back in a couple weeks and see how it will turn out. I’ll update after that. Added one star for the care they’ve presented............................................................Maybe I was unlucky, the guy who did my nails cut my skin when trimming the cuticles, and was careless even when being told it hurts when he was dabbing the alcohol with a tiny piece of paper towel on my fingers. The nails look good, service was ok, but the nail guy’s skills definitely need to be improved. Not going back again.

JC gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I got the top shelf one. She was sweet and gentle and took her time. I didn’t feel like she rushed me at all. She amazed me so much I will be asking for her specifically.

I am very happy with the service here. I got my nails done but because my parents were dissatisfied with the color, i went back to redo them. I have been here several times, and I usually have a fine experience. But I made an appointment for 5:45 for a gel manicure, and I left the salon at 7:05 before she even started painting my nails. That is just not acceptable. Customers finished their pedicures and dip powder before my gel polish ever even made it on.

Absolutely love this place! Everyone is very nice.I got offered something to drink which has never happened before at any other place I’ve been too. I got nail art for the first time and was a little nervous but Doca did an amazing job! Will be back again ❤️
