This is the best place to go in Greenville. Ive had gel pedicures that lasted over three weeks. Ive also had acrylics and a fill in with Vicky and my nails have never looked better. The acrylics lasted over three weeks and still looked almost as good as day one. Shes the best and the owner is extremely friendly and personable.

My daughter and I recently decided to try out Venetian Nails to get pedicures together and had a fantastic experience! Everyone was so kind, courteous, and accommodating! And what’s even better — they’re one of the only nail salons open on Mondays!😊 All around great experience!

HORRIBLE. My friends and I went to get our nails done with the SNS powder. My nails have to be short for work. The tech did not stop complaining the whole time that she couldn’t put a tip on. Then when my friend went to get her eyebrows waxed, the tech started complaining to her about how I wouldn’t let her put tips on them. Then, they charged me $42.00 for the manicure only which is ridiculous!!! There are many other salons with much better prices, nicer staff, and much better quality! Absolutely terrible experience with rude techs!!!!

Very picky about my nails! A year and a half I’ve been using this nail salon and I continue to be satisfied. Usually make my appointments with Helena for dip nails, she is a perfectionist and pays close attention to the details, but on occasion have substituted with other technicians and they have also done a beautiful job. Have heard they are busy on the weekend so I shoot for a weekday morning when it is quiet and pleasant and the nail techs are not rushed.

Got a great manicure done! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my pedicure but I wish she would’ve spent more time on the heels of my feet.

So I’m new to Greenville and live close by so thought I’d give this place a try. Got a basic $30 pedicure which couldn’t have been more basic. To top it off the charcoal gray color I’d picked out wasn’t coating well with just one coat. My technician said something to her coworker beside her and when I spoke to confirm that one coat wasn’t cutting it, she actually SHUSHED me with her finger. Then she proceeded to get up and come back with a black polish and painted my toenails black. This is not what I asked for. I just let her finish and paid and left. Tipped her $5 which was the usual for that amount. She was just plain mean and I’ll never come back. I always am polite and gracious when I come to these places and I expect to be treated the same. This place sucks.

I had been going to another salon to get my nails done the the dip powder, did not like the way my nails turn out so I decided to change, and try Venetian, glad I did very satisfied with my dip powder Billy did an excellent job thank you .I will make another appointment with Billy

Today I went to get a mani pedi. I got regular polish on both. It was very busy and my nails were rushed. They already have cracks and scuffs in them. I do suggest you try to get Alana because she is the best technician. But anyone else I don’t recommend. The lady who did my nails did a very poor job. She was always getting paint on my skin and would not wipe it off.

I made an appointment and let them know exactly what i wanted done. When i arrived i was told they cancelled my appointment due to not having anyone available to do my nails. I was never notified. Ill never go back there.

I still have all my nails intact. Polish not bubbled up. No designs but great service

Helena is efficient and does a beautiful job on my hands and feet. I have been coming here for several months for a dip manicure and regular pedicure. She always helps me find just the right color. Highly recommend!

Me and my mom went and it was very nice . we had a mother and daughter that worked there to do our nails and they were very nice and took there time to do the perfect job . im very pleased and happy with the results. We also had our eyebrows done and she was nice to and did good work . i will come back

It was ok.Had not been to any salon in a while so had some layers on my feet. Guy barely scrubbed them off and still have layers of thick skin.Will not go back.

Awesome, clean and great place for a relaxing pedicure!

I called and made an appointment to get a pedicure and a set put on . I got to my appointment on time, picked out my polish and waited. Got on the chair for one woman to start on my toes. Then to stop in the middle and start on someone else. After about 10 minutes another lady started on me. The lady that started the second time didn’t know what pedicure I wanted and didn’t give me the one I asked for already. After this was done I got charged for a 30$ pedicure and 15$ for gel polish. They moved me to get my nails done and I showed the lady what I wanted and it seemed to be a problem. After some confusion for about 5 minutes it was told that I would have to wait at least 30 minutes to get what I wanted or to get my nails painted and come back another day for the set. So I guess they just wanted to make extra money off me. This was poor customer service I will never go back

Every time I’ve been here, I leave more than happy!! Cheeseburger and Helena are amazing! One of the few places where the more expensive pedicures are genuinely worth it. I always get SNS and they really take their time and make it perfectly cover my nails without it becoming thick. They truly care about running a respectful, high quality business and work so well together. Only place I go in Greenville!

Ms. Helena at Venetian Nails on Augusta Rd did a fantastic job and I am absolutely in love with my nails. I showed her one picture of the shape I wanted and another with the color and my nails look exactly like how I envisioned them. If I am ever in Greenville again, Venetian Nails is the only place I will go to get my nails done. I was a walk in and they accommodated me with ease. I paid $60 for full acrylic set and it took about an hour. I am a cheap person who will generate new emails to avoid paying for a Spotify subscription but I can say with confidence that the 60 was worth every penny. She was extremely kind, professional, and made sure that at every point, I was satisfied with my nails. I cannot sufficiently express how much I am in love with my nails. Without a doubt, this has been my best nail salon experience. Highly recommend Venetian nails and especially Ms. Helena.

I thought they were great! Im not very talkative, so the gentleman and I didnt really talk, but he was still very friendly. I really like my nails; I got the dip nail/SNS for the first time and happy with my choice.Update: the first time I went, the guy was great, but the other times have been sub-par. While the customer service is either great or bad, it can be a toss up coming here.

Horrible !!! Paid $53 for a fill in with 3 colors. I wanted snow flakes done and she said it was too hard of a design for her to do so I couldn’t actually get what I wanted done. The lady didn’t put the finish coat on my thumb on my right nail so she had to re-do my nail and said it was my fault cause I didn’t put my hand down all the way in the light. Then, it took 2 hours to do a fill in acrylics. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Not worth the time and money.

If you’re looking to pay $60 for a basic manicure with acrylics that turns out HORRIBLE, this is the place for you then. awful experience. they rushed with my nails and made them look extremely bad, i’m so upset because it feels like a waste of money! they couldn’t even do one thing right, and when i asked if SHE could fix HER mistakes she made on my nails she refused and said it would be extra. insanely terrible, never coming back. please save yourself your money and nails and time, and disappointment.

Salon was clean and staff was friendly, but got dip and it was terrible quality. The dip nails started to fall off after only 1 week.

This is a classy establishment where the safety protocol is strictly adhered to. And I always get the most fabulous pedicure from Tone Loc.

Rushed pedicure. I don’t think she let anything dry in between coats. My nail polish smudged 3 hours after my pedicure! Would not recommend

I had a great experience. The salon is clean with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff are professional and attentive. Esther was my technician and I enjoyed the care and time she took with me.

Went and asked for short round almond. The lady that did my nails made them unevenly and made on of my fingers bleed. I told her that she did the wrong shape. I got another lady that worked there to tell her because I figured she didnt understand me. The lady told her and she laughed like it was funny. I told her 4 times in total not counting the time the other lady told her. Then she started telling me how I HAVE to give her a 6 dollar tip because of how good they looked. Also the nails and very uneven and flat. In not a pro but I know for a fact they shouldnt be flat but round. Then she filed my mail and cutical and then my finger started bleeding. Do not recommend.

It’s a beautiful place with a great staff but long acrylics is not their thing. Save yourself the time and money. I have been here twice and both times were not what I was looking for. Paid $70 for what was supposed to be coffin.

The ladies who did mine and my friends manicure and pedicure were very pleasant. We both had the gel polish on both our toes and fingers, no acrylic. However, our nails didnt even last 1-2 days before they started chipping and the polish started coming up at the base of the nails. DEFINITELY not worth the price we paid. Also, the one who greeted us had an attitude that a greeter shouldnt have. When you walk into a place like this at this cost you should feel welcomed but we didnt feel welcomed until well into our service.

Was not greeted when I came inside. I got a deluxe pedicure which was $37. It took just as long as the simple spa pedicure the lady had next to me. Massage was very short and extremely rushed. Never offered anything to drink. Pedicure looks decent but Very rushed. Not sure I’ll be back. Wasn’t relaxing at all.

All i wanted was my eyebrows done. they all messed up i was better off not getting them done. this was my first time there. then the lady got the nerve to tell me i can pencil it in. i told her to fix it but its still ugly.

Was lovely at first Pedi and Mani was great I want to know the prices before hand to know how much I was going to spend the owner said $35 each for gel nails. But I got to the register it came out to $80 dollars simply gel polish with one nail with glitter gel polish no nail added. I have never spend that much money to get my nails done. I almost fainted $$$ it was my first visit there and on a Sunday.

I am not normally one to write a review of a bad service but this is by far the worst gel manicure I have ever received. I am in a wedding this weekend and needed to go somewhere close to my house...plus I had heard Venetian Nails did a good job. I had an appointment at 6 but my nail tech did not start until 6:20. I understand the wait, I get that part...she proceeded to tell me that the color I picked (blush pink) wouldnt work on my nails. This is the only color I ever get on my nails (at least 10 times a year) and I had to do this certain color for the wedding. The older lady doing my nails had two other women come up to her while working on my nails that clearly did not think this gel manicure looked good. They said something to her and she proceeded with another coat. When she was finished, it looked like I had done my own nails using my non-dominant hand. The polish is down in the creases of my nail beds and all over the tips of my fingers. I understand the polish on the tips will eventually come off but you dont pay for a manicure to then have to go home and fix your own nails. As I go to pay, another lady asks me if I like my color. Sure, the color isnt the problem, the quality is TERRIBLE. I did not complain while I was there because at this point it was 7:30 and they were closed. Again, I was there in plenty of time before close but I was seated late so the tech either rushed or doesnt know how to paint nails. I normally go to Oscar Nails & Spa. They are located at 2435 E. North Street and I HIGHLY recommend them over Venetian Nails. I will not be coming back here.

I havent used them. I have a friend that I take there to get her nails done and you always do a very good job. Theres a couple of them when they talk to you theyll make you laugh . So the lady I take there she enjoys them. keep up the great work

I didn’t have the best experince yesterday which was surprising because I have been there several times in the past. I went back today and I was more than pleased with the service I received. The manager was very nice and accommodating. I really appreciate her taking her time to make sure I was happy with what I paid for.

My nail technician was incredibly sweet and capable. My only complaint is that whenever me or any people I know make an appointment, it never matters. They don’t hold up to appointments no matter if you’re on time or not.

Previous experiences with the two men who do nails here have been very good. The woman who did my nails today must have been mad that I only wanted a regular pedicure because I cant think what else explains the poor, rushed job she did. She cut my toenails at my request but didnt file them, leaving them jagged, worked on the cuticles on the big toe only, and rushed through the polish, leaving part of my big toe unpainted. At the very minimum my nails should look professionally done when paying for a professional service. Disappointing and I will not be back.

Im from Maryland and we came here last minute when our scheduled nail salon flaked and didnt take us! They were SO nice and accommodating to the bride, bridesmaid, and the very active flower girls. When filing my nails, she filed off a bunch of live skin on my fingers and my fingers were bleeding. She continued and did not apologize. Now my nails are weak and keep breaking. It looks terrible and I do a much better job with no pain. I also got a pedicure. Within a week of my pedicure the polish is coming off. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Received a full set of gel nails with regular polish. More than half of my cuticles bled from her sanding too closely to the skin and my fingers still hurt. After over three hours of them being polished, they are still smudging with anything I do. She globbed on the polish. They are not filed level, they’re uneven with lumps and bumps in the gel. There’s also dried, crusty glue all over my fingers. Higher than normal prices should come with higher than normal quality. Update: a week after a full set, one nail broke off in half. It’s a short square nail so not a long or stiletto/coffin shape that are prone to break. All the others are lifting as well.

Very underwhelming and average. Got the upgrade for the spa pedicure. +$10. My nails we cut too short and not shaped very well. The scrub, massage and hot stones were barely noticeable additions. My polish job wasn’t any better than what I could do. Wished I could say something positive but I feel it was a waste of $$.

My favorite salon in Greenville. The salon is beautiful and extremely clean, no trash on the floor. It doesnt have the harsh chemical smell of many salons. They have great color and service choices. It looks more like a spa than a nail salon.

If you need 2 services done at the same time make sure you mention that to start. Almost 30 min into my pedicure I asked about my manicure and she said she would do it after. I came in at lunch (made an appointment) and didnt have time to stay for 2 hours and they dont have anyone else to help. Her responses were what really threw me, under her breath saying repeatedly you shouldve mentioned it to start. Where Im from its expected for both to be done at once, I didnt think I should have to note this before. Attitude wasnt needed. I wont be coming back here.

I have visited this salon a few times over the years and each time Ive had different experiences. Today was the worst one to the point that I will not be returning. When greeted I asked for a pedicure and polish on my nails to match my toes. When the nail tech finished my feet she began my nails. I didnt receive any massage or lotion (full manicure) on my hands. Being a woman that loves gel polish on my nails I know the routine pretty well. Well with that being said the woman did a good job polishing them. As I proceeded to check out she was ready to swipe my card without telling me my balance (once again from a previous experience). Therefore when I got my total I was instantly upset. I was charged $35 for a manicure that I didnt receive. When spoken to the manager I was informed that they automatically charge customers for a full manicure when just applying gel polish to the nails. I explained to them that I didnt receive a manicure and again I was told about their pricing. This really upset me and I will never be returning to them again. I paid for my services because of the person I am but still feel ripped off. I will never recommend anyone to them in the near future. Theyre overpriced and unprofessional. My nails have hair in it and a red strip from the top coat brush. The nails tech seen it and tried to act like she corrected it but didnt. You dont run a business by blind siding customers with higher prices. I loved my pedicure and eyebrow waxed but not enough to put money in their pockets again.
