I asked for a classic pedicure and the lady seemed upset that I chose a classic pedicure. Her tone changed from her original professional attitude real quick. She applied the lightest possible pressure when scrubbing my feet. After the pedicure i noticed i still had rough areas to both feet. I had to scrub them again myself.My nails turned out good. The lady doing them put it in a lot of effort.

*DO NOT GO HERE* Older man doing my friends nails and was hitting on her he even pressured her into giving him her number saving it and even calling it to verify it. He asked her where she worked and said he would show up. This assault is outrageous and the police will be getting involved! Do NOT go here. Women are Trafficked everyday in these businesses especially with these types of workers!

They did an amazing job on my nails, and made me feel very comfortable! I think I found my new favorite nail salon!

I’ve been coming here for several months and every time I get treated like a queen!! I love my nails. Very relaxing environment and everyone who works there is so nice. Great people, great nails, I won’t go anywhere else. And I drive from Quinlan just to come to this salon.

We made an appointment and sat there for at least 45 minutes before they got to us then they served wine to my 13 year old daughter after she asked for water, then scrubbed a sore on my mother’s foot and over charged me for the services and after I confronted them about the charge all I got was an argument he said he would refund me the $50 he over charged me then when I got there he refused.. he was very rude not professional in any manner. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I had an appointment booked for 3 sets of gel nails. I asked for a simple cheetah print for my nails and they don’t even look like it. Horrible service. WAY OVER PRICED!! For one(plain)color/short length gel is $50. Messy with dip powder, it is stuck all under my nail bed and it is very clumpy. Crooked nails. It’s just all around bad and not worth the price!

I came in around 5 with no appointment so my bad on that part. I thought what would be a simple design would be fine but they were unable to do the design and I could tell they were trying to rush me. Knicked my hand a bit in a few spots 😬 Just say no next time and Ill keep it simple.

I made an appointment online requesting particular services. Received an email confirmation. I when I arrived, I was informed they dont provide those services but would do other more expensive services. Bait and switch. Update the website.

Id love to tell you if I loved it or hated it, but I was turned away. Went in, no appt, party of 3, 2 pedicures 2 sets, they said there was a wait. I said ok Id wait. He said no, its a long wait. So I guess they are appts only. But more than half the chairs were open.

Got pedicure and manicure, the lady Tenny did a awesome job. Will go back.

Dear Greenville resident, this Salon is a scam business, (Tony) is a big tax scam, he lying to all the Nail technician on there W2 tax pay....which he told me All Tax is taking care off ...(My first paycheck I’m already warn him that the FED tax had not yet been deducted, Tony said that it will correct with the CPA, I quick the job right after week later...., look like something is not fully explain to the Nail Tech.)(I’m assume that All tax is been deducted “Fed, Ss, Med)... but when recently I received the W2, I noticed that Fed tax HAS NOT been deductible, and Tony/and his CPA even give us extra for the Tip bracket...I’m used to work here so I’m am writing this review to let Greenville residents/neighbors know about it.This salon is not fully sanity’s at all, most product are reused on the customer (paraffin, scrub, buffer in pedicure) ...I’m also prepare to report to IRS, on the conduct they did (W2) to us as an Nail Tech..Notes: Most important is a lot of Nail Tech DO NOT speak/understand English... so this scam salon been carry on the hideout scam..Please stay out...

This will always be my nail salon! I had a really bad nail job done at another place, came in and they removed and fixed my nails. I am still satisfied with their work !! Hardly any nail growth after 1.5 weeks.

Scheduled an appointment and waited 45 minutes. Never got my nails done. I left mad. Today is my birthday. I was treating myself. Yeah to wait 45 minutes though. December 24th is my birthday. Even told the lady at the counter that. Not a word of English.

It is more on the pricy side, but experience is great. Had my chocolate/shellac pedicure with 20 min massage. An is amazing, next time will go to her again. Expect to spend over $50 for your pedi.

My first visit here. The receptionist was unfriendly. I asked for slightly rounded squared nails and left with short round nails. Tony asked me questions but I couldn’t hear him with his mask on. I was getting frustrated but he never tried to listen to what I was asking or saying. I don’t get my nails done often so I felt my questions were valid. My daughter was next but he went over to another customer. Apparently, the receptionist didn’t communicate that my daughter wanted her nails refreshed?? Not quite sure if I’ll go back.

Being from Dallas, I’m very picky. This place was super! Best leg and foot massage I’ve ever had with the pedicure I purchased! Sweet people who are there to make sure you happy :)

Will never go back, after reading the reviews Tony had the most reviews so I made an appointment with him. Well after he greeted me started doing my nails he decided that he didn’t want to do my nails and send a different nail tech named John. He stated that John was just as great. My nails were super thick my designs were nothing what I had asked for. Won’t come back.

Very nice people :) I love watching them. It amazes me how talented they are and how satisfying my nails turn out! I don’t get my nails done very often but when I do I go to Nail Lounge!!

I changed over to the Nail Lounge right after they opened their new Salon because I was so unhappy with other Salons I had been to in Greenville. Tony has done my nails several times & as everyone says.... hes great... got to book ahead with him! I now have John do my nails & he is equally as great! The Salon is beautiful & Everyone is very nice and professional. All pedicures have been great too! You wont be disappointed!

This is the second time that I had my nails done at this place and it has been a great experience for me. I think all of those who who work there strive to do a good job. I had Linda and she was awesome! Linda is very accommodating. I will request for her from now on.

This is the first nail salon that I go to in Greenville since moving out to the middle of nowhere. What made this nail salon stand out from the rest is that they have a very friendly Woman that speaks perfect English in the front helping you check in. I went on a Sunday and it wasn’t as packed as I thought it would be therefore I was able to go in and come back out in less than an hour. They are very sweet and very kind however the only reason that I am giving it four stars versus five is that I thought that it was a bit overpriced. They did a great job however I only got one color nothing fancy and was charged $50. This is one of those places where if you are in A hurry and need to get in and get out quickly it is worth your money.

I stopped by before work and was in a bit of a rush. Hannah did my nails and they look great. Even though she rushed her work for me, she made sure my nails look beautiful and asked me questions about what I liked or didnt like throughout the process. Great experience. The entire staff was friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable for my first visit to their salon. I will definitely be visiting again. Thanks Hannah & Ella!! :-)

This is after I got brushed aside by someone else who had an appointment last time, so I made an appointment to keep it from happening. Didn’t work. Makes me think they play favorites. Brought my 8 yr old granddaughter and her little friend to get the color dip for her friends birthday gift. No nails just a dip on their little nubby nails. $77 is what that cost for kiddos. Jeez that seems expensive to me.

For a new customer, this was an incredible experience!! Ive been to a few nail salons but the service that Michael provided and the way he took care of me was top notch!! I did a pedi and Manicure and even a cute design for my toes!! Highly recommend this place if you are in the Greenville area! I just recently transferred jobs to Greenville. I was crushed because it meant leaving my nail tech or 3 years! We’ve spent every other Thursday together. I was even more upset when I gave many attempts to another local salon, each time leaving disappointed with my nails. THIS place finally saved me. They take care of you and make sure you’re happy with your nails! I love love love them! Coming back here every other Thursday. No more bad manicures !! I’m thrilled!

The service was great. I normally go to Kat Nails but I got a gift card for my birthday. Compared to Kat Nails this place is more expensive. Will be going back to Kat Nails.

Terrible service. Never greeted by anyone after waiting more than 30 minutes with no service on a Monday afternoon I decided they were not worthy of taking care of my nails or receiving my hard earned money.

I had the best pedicure ever today by TiTi. She took her time and gave the best leg and foot massage😀. She has done my nails several time and always does a great job but her pedicures are the absolute BEST!
